The toilet was clogged when I first checked in, which was inconvenient. However, I told the staff, and they fixed it promptly, so I appreciated their quick response. The room's soundproofing was also limited, so I could sometimes hear noise from the corridor.

The room is small and mold on the wall. No sleepers in the room. The floor was not cleaned as hair was on the floor. Hope the hotel can improve on the clealiness.

Staffs were rude. Young people talking brash to adults. I wonder who they think they are? TV in the room is at the side... to watch TV you got to be sitting on the side of the bed with nothing to lean against. Checkout was slow.... the staff was missing in action.

Reviewed Oct 18, 2025The good thing is this hotel is located in the centre of the city. We were given a choice to decide whether to stay at ground floor or 1st floor, of course we chose Gr floor. Howver, the room was a bit off where the wall got stained. The staff was not answering the phone and I had to go to reception to ask for iron by myself. Maybe they are tired after working overnight.
