Breakfast was not at the Royalissa City apartment but at the Royalisa Palmiye Beach hotel which is about a 15 minute walk away. It is fortunate that none of us have walking difficulties. On booking.com this was not described, but if you click on breakfast at the Royalisa City apartment there is a picture of tables and chairs by their pool which is very misleading

When we had to book rooms for four adults in two rooms, it was very unclear how to do it on booking.com. We typed four people and two rooms into the search box above and selected two rooms with breakfast in the submenu. We also received a receipt from booking.com stating that the price was for four people. When we arrived at the hotel late Saturday night on 11.10, the porter wanted us to pay an extra 300 euros on top of the 709 euros we had already paid to booking.com. Even though we could show a receipt from booking.com stating that the price was for four adults, the porter would not give us the rooms until we had paid the 300 euros. He then called the hotel manager. He was very unfriendly and arrogant and it was very clear that this was not a new problem for them and that they had experienced this before. It also appears from their reviews that other families have been in the same situation, and he wanted 5 euros per day per room for air conditioning even though the description of the rooms states that air conditioning is included. Soundproofing it said that the hotel was soundproof but in our bathroom there was a grate in the wall about 50 x 50 centimeters as the only separation between the neighbor's toilet and ours which we were not very happy to hear the neighbor had fixed his toilet visits. In addition, the toilet was defective, so there was water on the floor all the time. This was reported the next morning. Was told that it would be fixed within 30 minutes. but nothing happened the whole week we were there.

We were able to budget and maximise our stay to train for the Paragliding AccuracyWorld Championships The Brooklyn restaurant next door was super lovely with delicious food and kind waiters that arranged take aways when we were tired or unwell

Breakfast was at a different venue. We were moved rooms mid stay which was frustrating after a long day competing

A fost destul de ok

Отдых в конце сентября 2025 года. Отличный вариант для бюджетного проживания, удобная локация рядом пляж Клеопатра, неплохой бассейн, сетевые магазины, рыбный рынок, йома базар (пятничный рынок), кафе, рестораны, при желании можно приготовить что-то из еды (конечно не так много посуды), приветливый персонал, особенно спасибо русскоговорящей девушке из рецепшена, уборка каждый день, смена полотенец раз в три дня, видя стоимость нужно учитывать что это вам не 5 звезд

Хорошее месторасположение (если отталкиваться от цены), недалеко от пляжа, есть свои лежаки, что очень удобно. Рядом все есть, магазины, рестораны, рынок недалеко.

Рядом с отелем есть пару заведений и из них громко играет музыка до полуночи. Надо это учитывать. Правда это курорт и во многих отелях так.

Groß, hell, Ausblick, schnell, hilfsbereit, nette Leute.

Geruch im Zimmer, laute Putzfrauen, alte Küchenzeile, direkte Klimaanlage -auf das Bett, man kann sehr schnell krank werden. WiFi im 5 Stock funktioniert nicht, Steckdosen nur im Wohnzimmer funktionieren gut.

Location is perfect, staff is nice and helpful. There is a small kitchen in the room.

It is really noisy because of the karaoke near the hotel, which is open late. Cleaning is poor, you cannot walk without shoes. Air-conditioning is billed separately, not included in the price.

Just location was good

We experienced the first shock at check-in. When we got to our room, the air conditioning wasn’t working. Even though nothing was mentioned about an extra charge for AC in the reservation, they asked for additional payment. Although we had specified double beds in the booking, there were only single beds. They were only able to make the change on our last day. The reception staff are like actors — they try to cover up problems and requests with lies. At night, you can hear them having phone conversations full of Turkish profanity. I would never stay here again.

The overall condition of the facility was terribly bad. Room cleanliness, bed comfort, noise levels, and breakfast quality were all awful. It takes more than 20 minutes to walk to breakfast, and the selection was almost nonexistent. They asked for extra payment just to return the air conditioner remote. They pushed two single beds together and tried to market it as a room with a large bed. The place was old and run-down, completely different from the photos. I definitely do not recommend it to other travelers.

İnternet bağlantısı kopuyor. Otopark yok, otel önünde yol kenarında yer bulma sorunu yaşamadım. Klima kumandası için ekstra ücret isteniyor. Konum güzel. Plaja 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Plaj kenarında bir otelleri daha var, şezlongu ücretsiz kullanabiliyorsunuz. Dışarısı gürültülü gece 1-2 ye kadar epey yükses ses var. Havuzu kullanmadım, küçük biraz ama temiz gibi. Kalabalık görmedim.

The staff was very polite and helpful during our stay. We originally booked package hotels on love holidays and wasn’t happy with the hotel when arrived. We booked to stay for a night in Royalisa hotel then booked for another 6 nights. They staff let us stay in the same room which was good and saved loads of hassle. Housekeeping came everyday with clean bedding and towels and also cleaned the room. The location was great for us everything was walking distance.

When booking it did state the pool was open all year round but when arrived the pool was not open due to being out of season which we was disappointed about. Although they do have a sister hotel not far round the corner which we could use the sunbeds on the beach for free

The apartment was very spacious, well laid out with a large shower room, kitchenette, TV, sofa, dining table & a balcony with table & chairs. It's also very close to the beach with many clothes shops & restaurants along the main strip. The staff were lovely, helpful, kind & considerate. They always treated me with the up most respect. I wish you all the best & if I ever return to Alanya, I'll definitely be back.

The apartment was very spacious & comfortable with a large shower room, double room & a balcony as well as a kitche. The staff were lovely. The location is only 10/15 minute walk to the local beaches. I had a great stay here.

Great location is the most important thing. Very close from Kleopatra beach, various markets and centre. The room was spacious, with a balcony. Very communicative and helpful staff

Toilet was broken and leaking. Keep in mind, that Air condition is extra, although in my room it was already on

Staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful and did everything they could for us! My partner left her glasses on the bed and the housekeepers folded the sheets to make a Duvet Swan which we both found brilliant!

The hotel location was great, we was able to cook in the apartment as we had the facilities, the housekeeping ladies cleaned everyday of the your stay and they were lovely. Staff were also lovely. Market and shops were close by and beach was walking distance

This was the second time my family have stayed in this apartotel.its clean, friendly and a good location for the beach, but convenient for the city centre without all the noise . Very good value for money.

The reason I booked this stay by booking.com is that I had a bad experience last time I boooked directly from The hotel. They claimed I had booked for 1 person and not 2 and demanded extra money from my boy Friend. To be honest The response I got When I complained and asked them tocorrect The error was rude and unbelievable- for a guest who paid good money for a whole months stay. Also The night guy that I had never seen before was rude and tried to hit on me. This time he didnt Even say welcome. The other personel were ok. Especialky a young man who called me When my friends came to brooklyn. He was cool. By using booking.com I felt more secure. I didnt have any problem this time. But I have to think about If I have to stay there again. Also on The Beach The boss can be moody and it is not nice to feel that you have to watch your steps.

The pool is small and The staff and cleaning people could be warmer and nicer.

The room service was good, clean and customer service was good. Forced to wear a bracelet which was annoying. Stopped wearing it and got a warning. Bad side of the stay was that had to pay to use aircondition with an extra fee for the week, which upset me, because when you get a room, you expect atleast the aircondition with paid room.

Hotell,beliggenhet ,basseng var ok. Mye støy fra resturanger om kvelden Dusjhode helt elendig,blandebatteri kjøkken og bad spruta alle veier. Det virka som det bar oppusset overflate,nye gulv og tekstiler. Veldig romslige leiligheter. Godt basseng med plass å svømme litt. Solsenger og parasoller var slitte. Men alt i alt vi hadde en god ferie.

Sehr nettes Personal, super Massage! Leider eher abgewohnt, teilweise kaputt und nicht besonders sauber. Restaurants nebenan machen bis zwei Uhr nachts Laute Musik, aber da kann das Hotel nichts dafür. Sollte man aber wissen. Nah am Strand gelegen, gute Klimaanlage.

Absolutely Amazing staff, good location

The breakfast was not in the same hotel (5 min away from another). In the pictures when i booked it was the other hotel (almost the same name), so I was a bit disappointed that it was not that room like in the picture. I could see in to the other hotel room when i went for breakfast and that was that room that showed in the booking.

Oda temizliği her gün yeterli olarak yapılmaktaydı ve temizlikle görevli ablalar çok güler yüzlüydü. Resepsiyon görevlileri ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Genel olarak biz memnun kaldık fakat civardaki işletmelerin geç saatlere kadar yüksek sesle müzik açmaları çocuklarıyla konaklayacak olanlar için sıkıntı olabilir. Ek olarak su, poşet çay gibi ikramlıklar yoktu.

Odayı satarken belirtmedikleri bazı anlamsızlıklar oldu...Alanya gibi sıcak yerde, klima kumandasını parayla vermeye kalktılar, size yazacağımı söyleyince vazgeçtiler !! Otopark var deniyordu, sokağın ortasına parkettik arabayı...Yatakları eski ve orta kısımları çökmüş, uyunacak gibi değil, bel ağrısıyla uğraştık !!! Yatağın altına battaniye koyarak yükseltip uyumaya çalıştık !!!! Havlular çarşaflar 3 günde bir değişiyormuş, oraya gidince öğrendik maalesef, leş gibi havlularla 3 gün geçirdik !! Oda eski, bakımlı değildi !

Otel fiyat/performans olarak çok iyi diyebilirim. Mayıs ayında günlüğü 400 TL’ye denk geldi bize. Her gün temizlik yapılıyordu. Konumu plaja yürüme mesafesinde. Otopark yok ancak cadde boyu park yapılabildiği için biz sıkıntı yaşamadık. Sezonda nasıl olur bilmiyorum. Biz genel olarak otelden de çalışanlardan da memnun kaldık.

Pillows and blankets were not clean The room was cold, when I asked the reception to control the air conditioning, she said we don't have air conditioning at the moment, even though it was mentioned in the room information about air conditioning.

not all facilities that were in the description of the hotel were available. for example pool. it was closed while we were in accommodation. and there was no information about it in the description of the hotel at the moment reservation. so we chose this hotel and paid for the services that were given in description, but they were not available. still the price remained the same. more over, staff didn’t even try to compensate this in any way. in general, staff didn’t do anything that we asked them to do. they didn’t change the soap in a shower that’s didn’t work, even if we asked 4 times to do it. they didn’t compensate 2 days that we paid extra, because we checked in 1 day later and checked out 1 day before the period payed, even when we informed them that it will be like this weeks before we came to hotel. staff didn’t move as to another suit when we came and discussed it. they promised they will do it and in the end gave room to another people. In general, we didn’t receive any help from the hotel at all. very disappointing service

Dirty sheets and other things, lack of sunlight, no ventilation, decent breakfast , but it was the same for two weeks, also window in the bedroom was too small and there was no internet for 4 days in a row. I’ve seen cockroach, but only once

The receptionist who check us in didn't give us any info about anything.. No wifi password, breakfast time, checkout time or any info about anything.. In the morning the other receptionist was also out like a snow man.. When I asked about breakfast she did say that I only did pay bed(maybe I really pay for only mattress cos we didn't have enough blankets.. There was 4 of us and only 2 blankets. Also some broken dishes for 3 person. 3that and 2 other thing and once again 3 something else. Some more some less broken..) but after I show my booking she did give me that wristband for my food what the other should give me already at the same time we came in first place.. From tv mainly russian channels but with blizzard in the back ground. My opinion is that time has fly and over take them and the best days are over. Some one should invest alot of money and fix rooms and fire/ train some or hire some new stuff who can do even basics...

Lägenheten är toppen då det finns även sängar i vardagsrummet/köket, inte bäddsoffor som det brukar vara samt att det var AC även där. Det är bra storlek på rummen. Största nackdelen är trafiken utanför, den är väldigt intensiv och hörs tydligt. Det är ganska lyhört. Någon Netflix fanns inte. All personal på hotellet är väldigt trevliga. Ren och fräsch pool. Restaurangen som tillhör hotellet har god mat. Vi är nöjda med hotellet.

Location is very nice. 10 minutes walking to the Cleopatra beach, 10 minutes by car to the main bay with ships and 5 minutes by car to the Casle funicular. And a lot of other places are around. Swimming pool is clean and area around are nice. There is a shop, restaurants and ATM next to the entrance. The place is fantastic.

Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Allasalue pieni, mutta meille riittävä. Siisti hotelli, huoneen siivous päivittäin. Ravintolassa edullinen ja hyvä ruoka.

Die Unterkunft war sehr alt und unhygenisch. Sehr alte möbel,dreckig und unangenehmer geruch,konnten nicht Schlafen! Das einzig Positive die Strand nähe

The hotel front desk staff is very rude and unhelpful. The rooms are shabby and smelly. The bedsheets are stained. There is no hot water daily, only lukewarm water. The washrooms smell of sewage. There is very loud late night music. Airconditioning costs five euro a day. Safety deposit box is keyed and costs two euros a day. Overall there are many hotels to choose from in this area. This hotel just wants your money.
