Staff was very nice, polite and helpful. Liked the pool area as it was calm and quiet, no loud musics. good location, about 3 minutes walk to the beach.

the room was ok but the bathroom was not clean. there was a very bad smell in it, even if the window was opened all the time. i guess it was from shower drain, really really badly. Unfortunately, taking a shower in the evenings after beach was not a pleasant experience, as the shower walls were not clean

Extremely disappointing stay 1. DO NOT BOOK THE HOTEL EXPECTING TO USE THE POOL. 2. IT IS FROWNED UPON TO EAT ANYWHERE BUT AT THE HOTEL. I have to say I am extremely disappointed with our stay at Hildegard Hotel and, based on our experience, I would not recommend it. The hotel is split into two buildings. We stayed in the building adjacent to the main reception. From the very first morning, the experience was disappointing. There were not enough tables for guests to sit at breakfast, and the breakfast selection was extremely poor. There were two juices, some salad, one cake, chips, sausages and only two types of bread to choose from. It was nothing like what we expected from a hotel stay. However, the biggest issue was the electricity outage. At around 9.30am, the electricity went off and we were told it would only be for approximately four hours. In reality, it did not return until 5:28pm — over eight hours later. We were staying on the top floor with three children. Because there was no electricity, there was no lift, meaning we had to use the stairs throughout the day. There was no air conditioning, no TV and no way to charge our phones or other devices. In the middle of the heat, this was extremely difficult, particularly with children. The shower water was extremely cold. At first, in the heat, we thought this might actually be a relief, but it was so cold that it was difficult for the children to shower. What made the situation worse was the lack of communication. We were initially told the electricity would only be off for four hours, but there was no update explaining how long the outage was actually going to last. There was no generator or alternative way of providing relief from the heat or allowing guests to charge their devices. Of course, we could go outside, and we did for the 4 hours, but with three children there wa only so much time we could spend outdoors in that heat. Сам номер довольно комфортный, есть чайник и холодильник, фото на сайте соответствовал. Персонал приветлив, до моря минут 5 пешком. На балконе есть небольшая сушилка для белья.

За 5 дней ни разу не убрали в номере, хоть мы нажимали на табло в номере, что нужна уборка, и на ресепшн говорили, что нужна уборка. Полотенца были грязные в пятнах и разводах, попросили заменить, но на замену получили не лучше. Из кучи полотенец удалось выбрать несколько нормальных, которыми и пользовались все дни. Мусор пришлось выбрасывать самим. Туалетную бумагу пришлось просить. Завтраки очень скудные: обжаренная колбаса/сосиски, картошка, овощи, бёреки, оливки/маслины, хлеб, мезе. Омлет был не каждый день. Наш номер был на 4 этаже, а лифт только до 3 этажа- дальше пешком. Бассейна 2, но они очень маленькие (узкие и не длинные). В день отъезда не было света, кондей и лифт не работали, мыться пришлось с телефоном. Трансфер заказали на ресепшн, там программа сама высчитывает время выезда, даже надо вводить данные билета на самолет, только вот не учитывается, что трансфер заезжает в кучу отелей и собирает людей, в итоге мы опоздали на самолет (так что пользоваться их трансфером не рекомендуем)

Close to the beach and centre area, nicely located and the flowers surrounding it made it look like the hotel was a bit in the „jungle” which gave a good vibe.

The cleanliness could definitely be improved. When we checked in, I already had doubts whether the floor had been properly cleaned. During our 8-day stay, the room was cleaned only once, when the towels were changed and toilet paper was provided, despite leaving the “Please clean the room” sign on the door. Considering how easy it is to bring sand into the room from the beach, more regular cleaning would have been appreciated. The breakfast was also rather average. We travel to different parts of Turkey quite often, and compared with other Turkish hotels we have stayed at, this was one of the less impressive breakfasts in terms of both variety and quality. Overall, the stay was okay, but there is definitely room for improvement, especially regarding housekeeping and breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay at Hildegard Hotel! The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The pool area was lovely and well-maintained, and our room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice balcony, which we really enjoyed. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Alanya!

The only small downside was the breakfast. It was good, but we would have liked to see a bit more variety in the selection.

One person of the staff was intrusive and criticized me for being how I am. He literally criticized me for not smiling and being boring and compared me to my friend who he liked more. Considering I am a very joyful person and had just laughed a second earlier. About the intrusion, he just didn't leave us alone and when we were at the pool, he always joined us and we didn't like it. It made us feel weird and anxious. Since this employee told us we were the only guests in the whole building, you would think in that case you'd do anything to keep your customers. However his behaviour was unacceptable and because of it we won't be coming back to this hotel. Everyone else in the staff was very polite. In addition, there are no proper blankets in beds, they're more like towels. The bathroom stinks once in a while.

Очень понравился отель - чистый, стильный , отличная локация - до моря 7 мин пешком с шикарным пляжем Клеопатра . Вкусные завтраки по утрам готовит приятная женщина Хатидже .

Останавливалась в этом отеле 3 года назад, впечатления остались хорошие, единственное, за неделю никто так и не убрался в номере, хотя очень просили. 

В этот раз остановилась в отеле на пару дней. За 2 дня заплатила 150 евро. В номере тараканы. Когда показали фото администратору, он пришел в номер с пшикалкой и сказал - ну что, такое бывает.
 Один из администраторов ведет себя не очень адекватно. Пытался флиртовать с моей подругой, а когда я была в лобби вместе со своим парнем, то начал включать на переводчике слово «Изгонять», раз 10. Когда я спросила в чем его проблема, он сказал - я просто учу русский язык.

 В соседнем доме живет какой-то сумасшедший мужик, который отгоняет от отеля говоря, что это его место.

П еред вылетом позавтракала в отеле и после меня рвало в аэропорту и в самолете. 

В общем, это был ужасный опыт.

Værelserne var pæne og hotellet ligger meget centralt ift. midt byen. Dejligt at hotellet var småt, så der var altid plads ved poolen, hvis man ville bruge den.

Køleskabet var ved at falde fra hinanden, vi fik kun 1 nøglekort til 3 personer, badeværelset lugtede konstant af kloak, vi fik ikke rengøring i 4 dage i streg fordi de havde glemt os og/eller ikke kunne nå at gøre vores værelse rent. Morgenmaden var ikke særlig god. Vi måtte ned os spørge efter håndklæder hver dag fordi rengøringen ikke havde været der.

Anbefaler gjerne opphold på dette hotellet. Rolig og fin atmosfære. Utmerket beliggenhet i forhold til div. fasiliteter, serviceinnstilt og vennligt personale; Sonar og damene på kjøkkenet; koselige ;) god frokost m ferske råvarer. Når det gjelder renhold er det ett forbedrings potensialet, det nevnte vi for den ansvarlige på hotellet. Vi kommer gjerne igjen hit.

Die Lage war sehr gut die Dame vom Frühstück Personal waren sehr nett sehr zuvorkommend. Im Großen und Ganzen ist es ein familiengeführtes kleines Boutique Hotel was das ein oder andere noch verbessert werden müsste. Es ist eine sehr gute Lage zum Strand circa 300-400 m. zum Kleopatra Strand. Das ist ein sehr feiner Sandstrand mit sehr starken Wellen ist okay das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr schlecht da. Ich finde das Hotel ist ziemlich teuer. Für diesen Preis gibt es auf jeden Fall bessere Hotels das muss ich gestehen aber wenn man es bescheiden und klein mag und viel Geld ausgeben möchte, kann man es schon nehmen. Ich muss noch dazu sagen das Frühstück Personal die zwei Damen einfach grandios der Herr an der Rezeption der Abend da ist sehr zuvorkommend.

Der Preis Zimmer war nicht meinen Vorstellungen entsprechend, aber das muss jeder für sich selber entscheiden die Kissen sind sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig die Dusche, eine totale Katastrophe.

Small, but clean and comfortable rooms, nice bed. Location is not on the road so you don’t hear cars passing.

Very noisy because of the elevator door. We could hear everything happening outside the door. Not too much options for breakfast, but they have menu which is paid separately. Reception and the rooms are in two different buildings.

Yatakta başkalarına ait saç ve kıllar vardı. Yatak surekli gıcırdıyordu. Otopark sorunu çok büyük bir problem. 3. Kata kadar asansörle sonraki kata yürüyerek gidiliyor. Üzdü 🙂‍↕️

Otelden memnun kaldığımızı söyleyebilirim birkaç eksik yönünü söylemeden geçemiyicem kahvaltısı alınan ücrete göre biraz yetersiz peynir zeytin ekmek dışında 2 çeşit kahvaltılık çıkıyor birde konfleks var birkaç kahvaltılık çeşit daha bulunmalı. Bunun dışında temizlik konusunda personelleri biraz yetersiz odanıza temizlik istediğinizde bir değil iki kere söylemeniz gerekiyor ona rağmen gönülsüzce iş yapıyolar bu konuda biraz eksik olduğunu düşünüyorum ama bunların dışında oda olsun havuz olsun diğer personellerin ve resepsiyonitler sizi her zaman güleryüzle karşılayıp yardımcı oluyorlar.

Un petit hôtel de charme divisé en deux bâtiments avec une piscine par immeuble un peu à l'écart des usines à touristes que sont les établissements à 500 chambres du bord de mer. Petit-déjeuner buffet très correct.

Attention à certains détails comme les draps de lit trop petits ou l'absence de drap de dessus, la douche qui ne fonctionne pas très bien ou les oreillers beaucoup trop épais...

Nice hotel checked in late at night parking was an issue advice to arrive early to get parking outside hotel.

Уборка 1 раз была за наш 7 дневный отдых Завтрак крайне скудный и на мой вкус все не вкусное, даже кофе. Только арбуз был вкусный. В последний день подхватили там кишечную инфекцию.

Two things disappointed: lift goes only to 3rd floor, our room was on 4th. Second: breakfast options are very limited.

The room and general aesthetic were nice, we like it. The breakfast was open buffet with not much of a variety, but still enough and tasty food.

The filter coffee in the breakfast is the worst coffee I have ever had. I would say the staff were over-friendly. Some people may like this level of attention but it made us feel a little bit awkward. When I am in holiday I want to have my own space and unfortunately everyone in the hotel makes it really difficult.

Uniek, kleinschalig hotel. Het is goed verzorgd en netjes. Op loopafstand van het centrum. Eten daar is heerlijk en perfect geslapen. Complimenten

Odalar temiz ve düzenli. Özellikle fatoş hanım ve soner beyin misafirperverliği çok iyidi. Kalvaltı ve akşam yemekleri çok lezzetli idi. Çok memnun kaldım.

1. The common corridor where the elevator is located is very audible in the room. The threshold should have been installed at the door, there should have been rubber seals on the door and in the doorway. It was very inconvenient, although we only spent the night. 2. The cleaning is not very attentive: cosmetics are not changed in a timely manner (I had to buy them myself), bed linen is in pellets, there is very little space in the closet, they do not look after the refrigerator (it had ice in it and the door did not close well), the cleaning lady puts bags in the trash cans in such a way that it is difficult to put trash in them (I had to straighten the bags myself) 3. After sweeping the floor, the cleaning lady forgot to take away the trash collected in the corner (I did it myself) 4. The tap in the sink was not secured and was loose. 5. The place under the tap for toilet accessories is broken, the back board falls from there, which fell on my foot several times and it was painful

The staff was super friendly. Very smooth check in and check out. The ladies in the kitchen making breakfast were so sweet and hard working. We enjoyed every moment of it. 3 min walk to the beach..will definitely come back again.

Me and my friend really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hotel was clean, close to the beach and stores. The staffworking there were incredible, always happy and helpful. One thing that was a big issue for me and my friend was that one of the staff named Soner which is the bartender was really unprofessional. The first day he seemed polite and kind but just after one day we understood that his intentions wasn’t just to be nice. He turned really jealous and yelled at me for meeting up with guy friends. I felt really uncomfortable during the rest of the stay. I have informed some of the staff about the situation. I guess this might be a problem for girls staying in the hotel but not if you’re with a guy. Sad that it has to be like that. I saw another woman leaving a review about experiencing a similar situation. Otherwise we were really satisfied with our stay.

Housekeeping doesn’t clean rooms daily

We booked the property primarily because it said on booking.com that it is FULLY accessible.... This is not the case, which can turn into a big problem if you really depend on it. We were traveling with someone who cannot climb stairs or only with big effort and pain. The buildung we were assigned and the restaurant, swimmingpool and all rooms in that building are ONLY accessible after climbing several relatively steep stairs into the lobby/restaurant. Then there is a lift, but only til 3rd floor. Our rooms were on 4th floor, even though i made it clear well ahead of time that we are traveling with someone who absolutely needs a room accessible by lift. This was made known at the time of booking, with well enough planning time in terms of assigning rooms, especially if you advertise your property as accessible, these HAVE to be maintained. Also it families having rooms near each other should be understood, especially if acceaaibility needs are communicated from the beginning. Otherwise rooms were nice, small, clean, not fancy, nice balcony. Breakfast, restaurant and housekeeping staff very nice.

Only thing we didnt like was loud music from other bars, but it wasnt all days of our staying.

Beklentimizin oldukça üzerinde hizmet ve güler yüz var. Resepsiyon ve restaurantta çalışan beyefendiler başta olmak üzere herkes gayretli, iyi niyetli. Konum olarak sahile yakın. Kahvaltı çeşitliliği yeterli ve lezzetli. Odalarda klima sorunsuz çalışıyor. Odaların fiziki durumu iyi, eşyalar yeni. Sokakta park yeri bulamadık ama sahibi olduğunu düşündüğümüz beyefendi kendi araçlarını çekerek bize iki arabalık yer açtı. Tek eksik gördüğüm yastıklar çok zayıf. Tavsiye ederim.

staff were very nice and helpful, property had two swimming pools which was good and location was good as everything was nearby, breakfast was reasonable not a variety but the watermelon was delicious!

Was not aware alcohol was sold in the hotel and loud music played, lift only went up to 3rd floor so we stayed on 4th floor and had to carry all luggage’s up the stairs no assistance provided sadly the rooms were quite small but did the job for a short stay, book the family room if you need more room, there was issue with one room as the smell was very bad due to drainage problems and staff were not able to sort it out during our stay which was a shame, cleaning was not great even though we requested it only once during the stay of 3 nights! They only give one key card for each room which can be a problem if you have a family.

I recently stayed at the Hildergarde Hotel in Alanya, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. Their warm hospitality truly made the stay memorable.Overall, Hildergarde Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great vacation in Alanya.

Such a good hotel. It would get cleaned every day and the cleaning lady was super nice and good at her job. All stuff were really nice and polite. The breakfast was really good and you had many many options to choose from. The food in the hotel was really nice and we ordered many times and really liked it. It’s close to the beach and in a nice location. We 100% recommend this hotel! Also, the last day we had a confusion with taxis (because of the company’s fault) and the hotel staff came out and helped to solve the problem and we are really thankful for this!

Un bel piccolo hotel ristrutturato di 2 palazzi separati a due cento metri circa dal mare. La proprietaria è il personale molto disponibili e gentili. Per quanto riguarda la stanza molto carina ma piccola rispetto alla media, bisognerebbe trovare un'altra soluzione per i vestiti perché c'è pochissimo spazio,e curare di più la pulizia. La colazione non molto varia, (mancavano croissant, fette biscottate, macchina per il cappuccio espresso ecc.. ) cosa che ho sempre trovato gratis in ogni Hotel o B&B che ho visitato in tutti i miei viaggi per il mondo.,senza dover pagare extra ogni giorno un espresso mediocre più di 2 euro. Nel complesso un piacevole soggiorno di 14 giorni.Senza molte aspettative lo consiglierei

Til prisen så er dette hotellet veldig bra. Nylig oppgradert. Personellet var veldig vennlige og imøtekommende. Helt grei frokost, men sov som regel forbi den. Veldig hard seng, men det er normalen her. Lokasjonen er veldig bra, nærme alt, men fortsatt for seg selv så det er ganske stille. A/C fungerte utmerket. Prøvde aldri bassengene, men de er relativt små.

Very nice hotel, we’ve stayed there for a week. Only five minutes from the beach and away from the Main Street.restaurants and Supermarkets are on every corner. The hotel is freshly renovated, there are two pools, AC and Wi-Fi in every room, and a TV as well. Staff on the desk and on breakfast is very friendly. Breakfast itself is nice as well, every morning something new, there are fruits and vegetables, cheese,eggs, etc… I would stay there one more time.
