Reviewed Aug 6, 2026The staff is very helpful and they answer all your questions. I also appreciated how quiet and peaceful the location was. The staff also made sure I received the specific kind of room I wanted and made sure it was ready and clean for me. Overall, great staff!
The aircon/heater didn't work. There was no DSTV so we had only 3 SABC channels to watch. They should also invest in an elevator or something, or at least for the luggage, because some people come with a lot of luggage so it's an inconvenience dragging the heavy luggage up and down the stairs. I can't keep my things in a luggage closet by the reception as if things get lost, it would be at my own risk.

The rooms they allocated us were next to reception, and we needed to wake up early for our flights. There was a lot of noise coming from the reception area the whole night. I do think the issue is entirely baced on the location of the rooms.

Shower drain was blocked. Total disaster. Bed sagged towards the middle...very uncomfortable. AC didn't warm room and only one blanket which made for a cold night's sleeping. Had a school group in, VERY NOISY!!

The fact that the heating system in this facility does not work in the heart of winter is a problem. No heaters in the room and no electric blankets on the bed. The receptionist provided us an extra blanket which helped a bit but ideal will be to have heaters in the rooms in winter.

AC in room is a bit dodgy. AC seem to need service or replacement. Property seems a bit worn and tired. Zero food options and no restaurants nearby. Uber Eats your only option. Bath towels old and thin. Mold in the shower. Very thin walls, you'll hear the neighbours...

vending machine robbed me of my R20 after paying i never received my energaged and the assisted told she can't help me with that, the owner of the machine is supposed is supposed to leave petty cash for such incident. i had to eat my meal without any beverage
