I bagni erano in particolare MOLTO freddi. Altri dettagli degni di essere menzionati: la maleducazione della signora addetta al "ristorante", l'assenza di asciugamani in camera.. non e' neanche cosi' comodo per l'aeroporto, ci sono soluzioni più vicine.

Location right next to the highway, was very, very noisy so we got no sleep! Asked for a room when we returned a week later, that was further away from road but we got a room right on the road again! The room was antiquated, linen was tired, only one plug on the floor for the kettle, no charging point for a cellphone and no adapters. Pouring with rain so we had to walk on very wet tiles outside to the room, husband not too mobile, walks with a stick. Lift broken. Fight/argument broke out at 3am, very loud that it woke us up. We were petrified for fear of being attacked, it was that bad! No burglar proofing with windows that barely closed and close to the ground in a very scary area. Aircon did not work, remote for TV does not work. All in all, a bad experience.

The hotel has seriously gone down. Room was not clean and had an awful smell. Bed sheet was dirty and full of holes. The property got my booking wrong - i had opted for the twin beds but they gave us a double bed. The pillow cases were not clean, could still smell sweat. We had to cover them with a t shirt. Tje kettle also had a strange smell inside it even after washing it. We didn't dare to have any tea from it. There is no aircon for heat - and it's the middle of winter. Bedding provided wasn't enough the cold, fortunately i had brought a little blanket of mine. There was no bottled water provided.

Cleanliness
8/10Generally reported as clean with multiple mentions of tidy rooms and housekeeping; a few comments request better floor cleaning and there are occasional cleanliness-related issues noted.
Service
8.1/10Staff are frequently described as friendly and helpful (reception and security praised), but there are isolated negative reports including an aggressive general manager and poor handling/communication during an on-site incident.
Location
9/10Consistently praised for proximity to the airport and convenience for transfers; ideal for short stays before flights though one guest noted difficulty finding the hotel from the provided address.
Room Quality
8/10Rooms described as spacious, comfortable and often with kitchenettes; some complaints include noise, non-functioning TV/aircon in a few cases, and minor maintenance issues (e.g., slow sink drain).
