Sitio tranquilo,con posibilidad aparcar sin pagar al lado hotel ya que en todos los pueblos que visitamos había dificultad para aparcar sin coste. Comedor con cocina completa frigorífico, microondas y fuegos así como plancha para la ropa comedor grande.Desayuno bueno ..Personal atento y muy agradable.

Aunque el baño era moderno un poco pequeño y la ducha tenía un sistema de mampara que hacía que el agua se desbordara por el baño por lo que había que secarlo con un limpacritalesdw goma. Escaleras estrechas y de caracol para subir habitaciones por lo que no es recomendable para personas de movilidad reducida.( esto en la habitación que nos asignaron).

El baño, y tenía muchas arañas en general , y para ir a desayunar había que salir a la calle desde la habitación y cuando llueve es un problema grande

Poca pulizia, letti piccoli e bagno minuscolo con la doccia aperta per cui ad ogni doccia si bagnava l'intera stanza.

bedden waren goed, ontbijt was goed. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding gewoon goed !

Trap vond ik een beetje eng, maar als je geen hoogtevrees hebt heb je er geen last van. Kamer was verder schoon, maar hier en daar wat haren van een ander op de grond vond ik iets minder geslaagd. De stofzuiger (met zichtbaar stof erin) op de kamer vond ik ook wat minder smakelijk.

Molto cortesi, sotto c è il pub dove si mangia molto bene. Il paese è collegato benissimo ad Amsterdam ed è caratteristico.

De locatie was erg centraal gelegen. Een groot appartement met fijne benedenverdieping. Ontbijt bij inbegrepen.

Er zaten tot laat mensen voor het café te praten en aan de achterkant hoorde je het ook goed, dus vanuit beide slaapkamers wel last van geluid. Beneden en aan de voorkant hingen verduisterende gordijnen, maar bij de slaapkamer achter niet en daar waren ook 3 felle lichten aan de hele nacht. Toen we aankwamen was het beddengoed nog een beetje nat op een van de bedden (ik hoop van het wassen). Het tweepersoonsbed was echt mega klein, dus uiteindelijk heeft iemand maar op de slaapbank geslapen. Het toilet was niet of slecht schoongemaakt. In de badkamer kon je niet goed douchen zonder alles helemaal nat te maken. Toen we weggingen kwamen we erachter dat we nog bijna 5 euro pp toeristenbelasting moesten betalen voor 1 nachtje. Stond op booking niet duidelijk aangegeven, wat er wel stond was dat het bedrag dat ik al had overgemaakt “inclusief toeslagen en belastingen” was..

Kleines B&B in guter Lage, schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, tolle Straßen mit Grachten, Fahrräder konnten wir im Hinterhof abstellen, freundlicher junger Mann der uns alles gezeigt hat. Frühstück war gut, alles da, aber nicht umwerfend! Für uns, für eine Nacht ausreichend !

Ottima posizione in un paesino fuori Amsterdam ma raggiungibile in 30 minuti con due pullman che ci sono fino a sera tardi. Camera grande avevamo anche a disposizione una piccola cucina... Tipica casa olandese.... Bellissima

Het ontbijt was helemaal ok. Locatie is natuurlijk een pré zo midden in Edam

Kamer niet comfortabel en voelde en leek niet te schoon. Vloer van de kamer liep behoorlijk af. Het bed liep juist de andere kant op schuin.

Authentieke setting. Leuk onthaal en prima ontbijt. Heel vriendelijke medewerkster bij het ontbijt.

Trapjes naar de verblijven zijn maar zus en zo

Quite good for the price. Edam is a beautiful town, and that improved the overall impression. The location is good, and if you want to go to Amsterdam, the bus stop is about a 13-minute walk from the apartment. Breakfast is decent but very limited. Still, there is something for everyone. Parking in front of the house is convenient and free of charge.

We had two apartments. One had been renovated, while the other was quite worn out and urgently needs refurbishment. The entire room slopes to one side, and consequently, so does the bed. The water did not drain properly in the showers in either apartment and collected in the shower trays. On hot days, staying under the roof can be quite challenging because there is no air conditioning, and the fan does not help much.

They have wonderful staff who are very friendly and accommodating. The location is close to the bus station. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated that the room had a refrigerator, coffee machine and a sink area. The breakfast was incredibly good and a wide variety was served. Our family will book a room here again in the future. Thank you!

badkamer, ontbijt en locatie beviel bijzonder goed. De locatie was voor ons perfect, we waren op de fiets en volendam is maar een klein stukje fietsen.

Vond eigenlijk alles wel oke. Min punten zijn mij niet opgevallen, de prijs kwaliteit was prima in verhouding. De mensen waren bijzonder vriendelijk, dus ook dat is ook geen min punt.

Atmosfera familiare, struttura storica e tipica. Colazione basica però buona. Camera carina e dotata di piccola cucina/tavolo per pranzare/cenare. Noleggio bici.

Spazi esterni poco curati. Staff non presente in alcune fasce orarie nel pomeriggio/sera. Camera vicino alla cucina e quindi a tratti rumorosa.

Habitacions amb salonet i petita cuina al costat del tradicional cafè (bruin cafè). Esmorzar senzill però molt correcte i tractat amb cura. Edam és preciós i aquest allotjament és totalment recomanable.

La nostra estada va coincidir amb dies de calor extrema. Malgrat que comptavem amb 2 ventiladors (un per habitació) potser hauria fet falta un altre ventilador per la part de baix. Una de les habitacions no tenia cortina fosca.

Great location. Good food. We were cycle touring and could put the bikes round the back. We had the large attic room, lots of space for two.

It was Friday night and there was loud music from down below and lots of doors banging into the small hours.

De locatie is geweldig. Goed bed. Heerlijk ontbijt beneden in het cafe / ontbijtzaal Leuk ingerichte zaal. De kamer is ruim genoeg voor 1 nachtje , keukentje aanwezig , maar hebben wij niet gebruikt.

Het was wel héél érg warm op de kamer De kleine ventilator was fijn , maar kon de hitte niet de baas.

Ik werd heel blij van het ontbijt. Vers, maar vooral geen overdreven hoeveelheid.

Very central to the old part of the village. Our room was spacious and had a small kitchen which was great. Beds were very comfortable. Awesome to have access to the bar and resturant and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. Awesome place to stay if you love music as they frequently have live music.

Extractor fan in the bathroom seemed to be going all the time

We cycled from UK. Three rooms for 6 people, all clean and comfortable. Excellent coffee and breakfast. Excellent central location.

Bike storage was outside. We would prefer if it was inside.

Everything was perfect.

Prima hotel om tijdens de fietsvakantie op doorreis te boeken. Goede kamer, leuke bar beneden. Het ontbijt was goed maar niets bijzonders. Je hoopt toch altijd op iets wat je thuis nooit zou bedenken of nemen als aardigheidje / blikvanger. Maar vers brood met verse koffie is uiterraard in basis ook prima.

Je kan er wel op sommige dagen eten maar bv op woensdag toen wij er waren stond er alleen sliptong op het menu. Nog los even van de bijvangst verhalen over de vangst van sliptong, voor een vegetarier is er dan dus niets te eten in het hotel. Beetje vreemd concept anno 2026 maar in 1986 nog wel te begrijpen.

Very large room above a bar with kitchen, bathroom, a double and 2 single beds. The bar has a locked private yard where we could keep our bikes. Breakfast was very good.

The room had a coffee machine but there were no coffee pods. Because the bar was shut that day, there was no one to ask. The room is in a typical old style attic and was very warm although a fan was provided

Alt var sådan set fint, men der er meget stille i Edam en mandag og ikke meget åbent. Men det ændrer sig nok når sommersæsonen for alvor starter.

Es war sauber und schön gelegen. Dazu hatte die Kneipe einen tollen Stil.

Das Küchenpersonal hatte in der Nacht bei einer Veranstaltung die Tür offen, so dass wir zwischen 23.00 und 00.00 mit Kleinkind aufgewacht sind. Sie schlossen dann die Tür.

Great location away from all the day trippers, a short walk to town and right beside an excellent"brown" pub that was mostly frequentedby locals..

Het hotel ligt in een zeer rustige omgeving. Het ontbijt was niet luxueus maar voldoende. Ik raad dit zeker aan.

Fomos muito bem recebidos. Possui uma ótima localização, muito prática e conveniente para aproveitar a região. O café da amnhã é muito gostoso e toda a equipe muito cortez e solícita. O quarto era muito bom!

Si trova in prossimità del centro, ma con facilità di parcheggio gratuito. Abbiamo molto apprezzato il pub dei proprietari dove suonano dal vivo e di domenica è l’unico posto aperto e frequentato dai locali a Edam. La stanza era molto confortevole, c’era anche un frigo e macchinetta per caffè con cialde. TV smart facilmente collegabile con i propri account. Colazione dolce e salata.

La situation, très calme.

Ce n’est pas un hôtel, c’est un gîte avec petit déjeuner. La vmc dans les toilettes ne fonctionne pas, Les vitres trop sales pour voir dehors, Les escaliers pour monter aux chambres dangereux.

Très bon accueil dans un espace sympa. Le site est agréable. Idéal pour un bref passage.

Pas grand chose vu le rapport qualité prix.

Situé au bord du canal, dans un cadre pittoresque, l'hôtel café propose de belles chambres entretenues. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et bon.

Невелике містечко, в якому знаходиться помешкання, неймовірно красиве і спокійне. Ми були дві ночі в дворівневих апартаментах на першому поверсі. Готувати нам не довелося, але для першої необхідності був весь посуд. Приємно здивував асортимент чаю і достатня його кількість. Достатня кількість рушників, теплі ковдри і доступність регулювання опалення - саме те в весняні вечори. Сніданок досить звичайний, але все свіже і з щирим серцем💙 Смачна кава і свіжовичавлений апельсином фреш 👍 Ми б сюди повернулися !!!!

З незручностей - мабудь тільки дивний маленький душ. Але зважаючи на кількість місця для нього - це максимум, що можна будь зробити. В любому випадку буда нова, чиста, якісна сантехніка!

Le calme et la propreté du logement. Frigo ,vaisselle dans appartement.

Edam is a beautiful and charming little town, and this accommodation is directly in one of its typical streets with a canal in a pretty historical house. Even though there was a pub in the neighboring house, we didn't hear any noise in the room and as a bonus we could enjoy some beers in the evening. Breakfast was nice and tasty. We could park our car for free just in front of the house.

Bedrooms are a bit too small, a small table would be appreciated.

The property is not really suitable for elderly people as we had to climb stairs on the outside of the building and above the cafe. We could not even consider carrying our cases up.

Hôtel très facile à trouver, bon accueil, chambre correcte et bien aménagée, proximité d'Amsterdam en bus et Volendam en auto, très joli port.

Ok le petit déjeuner le premier matin, par contre pas trop à l'heure le second matin avec moins de produits. Bilan très honorable en général.
