Staff were lovely, hotel was in a good location and it was perfect for what we wanted.

The pool was green for half of our stay and we couldn’t swim in it.

We had one of the best rooms in the hotel! Fabulous views and plenty of room , we paid for premier room for our last night in ubud and was very glad we did , balcony had fabulous view so we enjoy time out there reading and just enjoying the view . Location is fabulous in monkey forest road , breakfast so delicious with such friendly accommodating staff ,

Anumana has had an upgrade!!rooms have been update , pool area has better configuration of sun lounges and it now has a 6 person spa , ,staff has not changed , still happy to see us ( our seventh stay) , and warm greetings abound , breakfast is excellent with lots of choices for every palate , now offering lattes and cappuccinos too. We love the location of this hotel as we have many choices for walking and eating in the immediate area ( actually spoilt for choice!) we will be back and we highly recommend Anumana to those wanting to be closer to the action .

It’s not set amongst the rice paddies if you’re looking for that kind of experience .

ロケーションと部屋。歩いて買い物や食事を楽しめる、良い立地。部屋も広くて水回りも含めて、清潔だった。英語での電話予約が出来ないのでスパを予約してもらったが、丁寧な応対でフレンドリーで安心してお願い出来た。ヨガや料理体験をやる時間がなかったのが、勿体なかった。コスパも良いと思う、おすすめできます！

プールとジャグジーは豪華なリゾートホテルという感じではないかなぁ。でも私は楽しめました。1階のプール付きの部屋にもバスタブがあったら尚良かった。

The location was great, Happy with the room- air-con was so good!! All the staff were wonderful & so nice, Meals were lovely, breakfast included with our accommodation- no smorgasbord, which I really liked better, but the good choice of options of their set breakfast menu. Very helpful if you had question about drivers or getting one of their Massages.

Excellent location with lots to do and good restaurants in short walking distance. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. We had a room with splash pool which we enjoyed. Very friendly staff.

Breakfast was a la carte with limited options however breakfast was good for a short stay.

The room was large, very comfortable and beautifully decorated. I also loved the view over the pool from my balcony. The hotel location is great.. less than 100 meters from the Monkey Forrest entrance and very central to local attractions, restaurants and shops.

The breakfast wasn't as good as I've had in many Bali hotels. I would have preferred a buffet selection rather than ordering from a smaller a la carte menu.

Lovely staff and lovely location. We had some issues with local money exchange and the hotel helped us sort the problem. They were very helpful.

Le personnel est super sympathique. L’hôtel est très bien situé et au centre ville, à 3 mins de monkey forest. La chambre est super propre et elle est nettoyée juste après avoir quitté le lieu. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux. Piscine est bonne.

UBUD was the best experience ever. The location is super central, you can walk everywhere. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they even helped me plan my days, booked drivers, and celebrated my birthday! The whole reception team is great, and a special shoutout to Ardi and Supti from the restaurant. They're professional day and night, and the laundry service is a plus. The massage service is really good too, not like those commercial ones, these masseuses are pros. The room is super clean and spacious, and the food options are great too. I would definitely stay there everytime in UBUD.

This hotel was absolutely stunning, exceptionally clean, the staff where all super friendly, the meals where incredible and very reasonably priced. Would 100% recommend to someone.

The staff was amazing, Just one of the best experiences i ve ever had in a hotel all around me and my spouse are planning to go back to Bali and 90% of that was maid in result of how nice the staff was in this hotel, even recommended it to some close friends

Very clean, modern, well appointed hotel. Great room and comfy beds. Fantastic location close to restaurants, shops, supermarket and Monkey Forest. What stood out the most for us, however, were the wonderful staff. They were super friendly from the beginning, however I was unwell during our stay and they bent over backwards to help with anything I needed, always asking how I was doing and if they could help. They brought tea and fruit to the room on request and nothing was too much trouble. I am very grateful. Beyond all of that though, I would definitely stay again.

Wat beviel je het meest? De ligging was perfect, vlak bij Monkey Forest. Daardoor zagen we bijna dagelijks apen in de omgeving. Zolang je ze gewoon met rust liet en weinig aandacht gaf, deden zij eigenlijk hetzelfde. Wat ons vooral is bijgebleven, is het personeel. Iedereen was ontzettend vriendelijk en kwam regelmatig even een praatje maken. Het voelde heel persoonlijk, bijna alsof je bij familie verbleef. Je merkt ook echt dat het personeel hard werkt om het verblijf zo prettig mogelijk te maken. Het ontbijt werd iedere ochtend vers voor je bereid, wat we erg fijn vonden. We verbleven hier in totaal acht nachten en toen we vertrokken, voelde het oprecht een beetje alsof we afscheid namen van familie.

Het enige kleine minpunt was wat onduidelijkheid over de ligbedden bij de lagunekamers. Mijn ouders hadden een kamer met directe toegang tot de lagune en bij aankomst stonden er twee ligbedden direct bij hun kamer, waardoor wij dachten dat deze bij de kamer hoorden. Later bleek dat ook andere gasten er gebruik van mochten maken. Dat was even verwarrend, maar verder hebben we een heel fijn verblijf gehad.

Very nice and cosy hotel suggled on the edge of Monkee Forrest Road. The hotel caters mainly for couples rather than families and has a nice sized pool. The staff were super friendly and accomodating. I look forward to staying here again.

The property was in a great location, close to everything we needed in terms of the monkey forest, water palace and beautiful restaurants. We used Klook to organise day tours which the reception staff helped with! Breakfast was lovely - starting with a drink, fruit and then a main course of your choice!

The plunge pool could have looked a little less dull.

Albergo molto bello, in posizione assolutamente strategica, a due passi dalla foresta delle scimmie e da un’enorme quantità di negozietti, spa, ristoranti e bar ben curati e capaci di soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza o desiderio del palato. A sua volta l’hotel è dotato di ristorante e spa, oltre che di una piscina dalle dimensioni modeste ma graziosissima, con i lettini direttamente in acqua. Le camere sono spaziose, luminose, ben arredate, fornite di un’apprezzatissima macchinetta del caffè che funziona anche con le capsule, amatissime da noi occidentali, oltre che di un frigobar pieno di bibite in omaggio, a cui si aggiungono le bottiglie di acqua quotidianamente offerte dall’albergo. Peraltro il frigorifero funziona benissimo e, a differenza di quelli che spesso si trovano nelle strutture alberghiere, è perfettamente in grado di refrigerare anche a bassissime temperature, con mia somma gioia, amando l’acqua quasi congelata. Il bagno è spazioso e ben illuminato; se proprio devo fare un appunto, il phon in dotazione è troppo piccolo, specialmente nel mio caso, avendo i capelli lunghi. Inoltre, è separato dal resto della camera da letto solo dalla vetrata della doccia, per cui in coppia potrebbe essere un problema. Non posso non menzionare il personale, davvero adorabile, che mi ha sempre salutato per nome tutte le volte che mi ha incrociata per le scale o nella hall, chiedendomi se avessi trascorso una bella giornata o avessi bisogno di qualcosa. Quanto alla colazione, di cui ho letto tanto nelle recensioni, posso dire che è perfetta per chi è a dieta: caffè o tè a scelta, succo di frutta, frutta fresca e un piatto principale, dolce o salato. In pieno stile healty chic. Che dire, se mai tornassi a Bali tornerei certamente qui. Grazie per i bei ricordi che mi avete regalato.

Il phon nella stanza. Ma è chiaramente una piccolezza. L’accoglienza in questa struttura è eccellente.

Het zwembad en de buitenruimte was klein. Suggestie: er was ruimte op de daken maar daar stond geen meubilair en geen parasols

The hotel is in a perfect location, right in the centre of Ubud and very close to the Monkey Forest. We could walk almost everywhere, which was very convenient. The staff were absolutely wonderful and provided excellent service. You could really feel that they genuinely cared about their guests and took pride in their work, rather than doing things just expecting tips. Breakfast and afternoon tea were included, which was a lovely bonus. They also have a Balinese Dance dinner every Thursday, so you can enjoy a traditional performance while having dinner without needing to travel into town or pay separately for a show. There is also a massage place right next door. Everything was so convenient and enjoyable!

The only issue we experienced was with the electricity on our last day. The power in our room suddenly went off and came back on, possibly due to a power outage or an electrical overload. Unfortunately, it happened again in the middle of the night, which woke me up and I couldn’t fall back asleep afterwards. Other than this, everything about our stay was wonderful.

Estaba muy en el centro de Ubud, al lado del moley forest, peor la calle no era tan transitada como la principal, y la verdad que esi se agradecia. Todo estaba super limpio, hicimos un lavado de ropa con ellos y fue estupendo. La habitacion que nosotros escogimos era super amplia, y el baño enorme.

Me gusto todo, pero a mejorar, diria que la piscina no se veia super limpia.

The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. I accidentally booked a room that wasn’t the best fit for my needs, and they did everything they could to help me. They arranged a room change the following day, which made my stay much more enjoyable.

You can’t smoke in your room balcony.
