The property is centrally located and for such a great place the street is surprisingly quiet, our balcony room was huge for three people and everything was great. The biggest highlight of the hotel is the staff - Anne, Tony, Chi and Ivy all of them were so so kind, accommodating and proactive. We had a lovely time and ended up coming back to the hotel for two more nights. It was really great, I will definitely be back.

旧市街の真ん中にあるので多少の街の音はあるが、これも旧市街に泊まることの魅力であり問題ない。週末に臨時夜店の出るストリートではないので静か。今回は通り側の部屋だったが内側の部屋ならほとんど音はしない。

Booking.com offered a room valued at 6m Vnd and an amazing 84% discount. The reality was that I got a std room costing 1m Vnd. Completely false advertising.

A 10 out of 10 stay. The staff were so helpful and attentive and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. My room and ensuite were clean and spacious and shower pressure great with loads of hot water, the balcony was a little tiny but it is Vietnam! This great little hotel is excellent value for money and is in a perfect location with the best egg coffee shop just across the road, a Michlin rated Pho Restaurant on the corner, and steps from St Josephs Cathedral, Hoan Kiem Lake and some amazing Art Galleries.

This was my first time in Vietnam and Hanoi was our first stop. The location was perfect, close enough that most things in Old quarter were in walking distance..Equally great this hotel in particular was on a quiet street which was great for sleep, certain parts of the city were much louder at night but no street noises in our hotel room. Staff was also really communicative on WhatsApp and helped arrange for laundry and other services. Definitely would recommend and stay here again

Lovely little hotel with THE most amazing staff- Anne and Ivy are the most loveliest and helpful staff I have ever met! Nothing is too much trouble and they messaged before we arrived to arrange everything including pick up from the airport. They arranged all our trips and text through the day to check we were happy. I would always recommend staying here as it made our stay so memorable, safe and happy. We loved every minute of our stay here. Very local but in a lovely quiet side street but the next street were all the shops and food places. Utterly fabulous experience. Thank you Anne and Ivy and the porters- we will never forget you ❤️

Bookings.com states all rooms are city view with balcony. This was not the case at all and the room I had had a window which the blinds did not work and I am a bit of a stickler for daylight

Great service, very welcoming. Great location, in a quite street.

The hotel is a perfect location near the St Joseph Cathedral. This seems to be where there are more locals that tourists. Lots of cool little independent clothing shops and speakeasy bars.

We had no complaints. Bed, bathroom and a good nights sleep was all we needed. Air conditioning very efficient.

El personal de recepción es muy atento y te ayuda con la organización de tu viaje y estancia en Hanoi. Hay platanos y té disponible para coger cuando quieras. La habitación es agradable, la ducha y la cama son comodas. Totalmente recomendable.

Absolutely loved the place. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. They even suggested us the places to visit. They handed us umbrellas whenever we went out into the rain. The room and the facilities were very comfortable. We all had a good sleep and they even had netflix to watch in the room and chill when it was raining. I would highly recommend this hotel. Its super close and within walking distance to all attractions.

The location was very good. Close to lots of good restaurants and walking distance to many tourist spots. Excellent staff at the front desk. They helped me sort out a Grab delivery gone wrong - and helped obtain a refund.

There was no area for us to gather as a group (very very small lobby). The mattresses stored in the lift areas did not look good.

La struttura è piccola ma perfetta per un soggiorno non troppo pretensioni ad Hanoi. È pulita ed in una posizione strategica. Ma il vero punto forte è lo staff. Sono tutti ragazzi giovanissimi che ti accompagnano in un viaggio in una terra lontana. Ti coccolano e ti fanno sentire sicura. Come a casa.

Location brilliant and staff were excellent

The staff is excellent, very friendly and attentive. They made us feel utmost welcome, fulfilled our requests with warmth and care. They really deserve a raise. The room is immaculate. We love the location: even though it’s located in the center and close to everything, the neighborhood is still very calm and quiet, perfect for a good night sleep.

The AC is not working too well, but the staff promptly provided us with a fan. So it’s not really a big issue.

Easy to find and a great location! The staff were extremely welcoming, professional and helpful. They gave us helpful tips and information on where to go, what to eat etc. The room was huge! Clean and tidy and had streaming services, which I was grateful for! For $70NZD, this was a great bargain!

My number 1 hotel name I’ll think when I’m back to Ha Noi next time. The staffs members are all so professional, friendly and helpful. They work with cares and kindness! The clean, fresh and quiet room is a plus in the busy old quater area. I love the indochine style tho. Location is perfect for travel and exploring the beautiful city tho.

I dont want to give this a proper rating. I booked this hotel 8 months ago and immediately I was contacted through whats app. We kept communicating until my arrival. After a 25 hours travel I was at 30 minutes from the Hotel and was suddenly informed that there was a fire damage in the room and I had to go to another Hotel. Note, I already booked the room one day earlier so it is quite remarkable that precisely my room, which was already booked my me, had this damage by a customer. All of a sudden I was moved to another hotel, in the same street. I had booked a 3 bedroom with balcony and was moved into a 2 bedroom withoutbalcony. My daughter had to sleep on a mattress on the floor. As I had already travelled 26 hours I did not want to go into a argument so I accepted the situation. But was it handled properly? No it was not. Note, the people in the other hotel Hanoi Center Silk Premium Hotel were absolutely lovely.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Hanoi Center Silk Boutique Hotel &Travel. Das außerordentlich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal (besonders Anne und Ivy) haben wir sehr zu schätzen gewusst! Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Kurze Wege aber dennoch ruhig. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen, wenn wir in Hanoi sind.

立地は食べ歩きなら周りにバインミーもピッツァ屋さんも名店多くて最高だと思います。 旧市街の真ん中だと夜まで大騒ぎでしょうが、ココはそこまで賑やかなエリアではないので夜は落ち着きます。 また、スタッフは笑顔が素敵で、自分の拙い英語でもニュアンスを察してくれて頼りになります。

残念ながらシャワーの水圧は良いですが、お湯はぬるめでした。 大雨が降ると隣のトタン屋根からかなり音が聞こえますので、スコールの時期は辛いかもしれません。耳栓あるとマシかもです。 時間帯では車は入れないので、30メートルほど移動してタクシー待たないとダメです。

This is a really well located hotel in the old quarter. The staff were very helpful.

The beds were a little bit uncomfortable but the staff were on hand to provide extra blankets.

EXCELLENT location! They also have a treadmill and weights in their small gym. Helpful to burn off the egg coffees!

All the staff were great, especially Anne, Lynn, Ivy, Nam. Lynn went out of her way to help with tours and trains, big thanks to her.

Ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter im Hotel. Sie waren jederzeit ansprechbar und haben Tipps gegeben, was man erleben kann. Weiterhin wird auch ein Transfer vom Flughafen für 18$ angeboten. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ein Traum - mitten in der Altstadt, aber in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, somit kann man nachts super schlafen. Das Bett war gemütlich und das Zimmer sauber - der Zimmerservice gründlich und es gab täglich frische Handtücher.

Der Balkon ist nicht wirklich groß in Balkon, eher ein Austritt mit einer Breite von vielleicht 20-30cm. Das störte uns aber nicht, da wir bei der großen Hitze eh die Fenster geschlossen gelassen haben und die Klimaanlage genutzt haben.

Lots of restaurant choices, spas and souvenir stores all around. It’s also close to the temples and parks. It’s off-season for tourists when we went to Hanoi, so room rates had been discounted. Our room is always clean and the hotel, in general, is clean. There’s a small room with gym eqpt too that’s free to use. Love the way the staff treated us. They responded fast to our minor concern. Lin and Emma are great hosts.

It’s hard to locate at first because there are so many Hanoi Silk hotels in the old quarter. When booking a taxi, the complete address should be typed in instead of the hotel name. We didn’t do this so we ended up in a diffent hotel and had to get another cab.

Ms Lyn is so lovely and supper supportive. He staff are kind and friendly. Excellent location.

The people were very helpful and kind. They helped us with our taxi’s and ensured we were comfortabel the whole journey.

The room offered on arrival at the hotel was not the same as I booked. In the description of the room I booked it said there was a sofa, when I inspected the room before checking, there was no sofa and the cleanliness and feeling of the room was very weak. Also the photo of the reception area does not match that shown on booking.com. When we complained to the receptionist, and told her we will not stay at the hotel she offered a room at their sister hotel. We refused as I've learnt in life if someone was not truthful one time they will not be truthful the second time. Then my Vietnamese wife spoke with the manager who told her we can cancel the booking and she will refund the money paid. Today I received my card statement and I was charged by the hotel for 3 nights which I did not stay due to their crafty tactics. BEWARE!
