There were cockroaches in the room. Had to check out after the fist night.

Perfectly comfortable in the middle of the Old Town. The location couldn’t be better with all the attractions of food and shopping within a few minutes walk. The staff were so lovely and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Hanoi

Idealne położenie na Old Quarter, przemiła obsługa z dobrym angielskim. Obsługa bez problemu pomagała nam z rezerwacjami transportu zarówno z lotniska jak i w obrębie miasta. Pokoje były bardzo ciche, mimo tego że to Old Quarter, to nie mieliśmy problemu z halasem. W pokojach działająca klimatyzacja i telewizor, z którym mogłem połączyć się telefonem. Możliwość płatności w dolarach. Na miejscu byliśmy bardzo rano i mimo że planowany check-in był o 14:00, to obsłudze udało się przygotować pokój już o 8:00 rano.

I had a really enjoyable 9-night stay here. The location was excellent, especially for exploring Hanoi and the Old Quarter, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, shops and attractions within easy reach. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, and everything felt well organised from check-in to check-out. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for a longer stay, and it was a convenient base to come back to after spending the day exploring the city. What stood out most was the service and how easy the whole stay felt. I’d happily stay here again on another trip to Hanoi and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place in the centre.

Nothing major at all. I had a very good stay overall and any small things were easily outweighed by the location, service and convenience.

In my room the a/c was old so needs upgrading . Room was cold but not what it should have been. Lifts were outside door as it’s small old building.

The property is well located and the property is furnished very nicely. The hotel was also able to store my luggage for one month while I was travelling, free of charge, which was very helpful!

Property accommodated our group of seven (across three rooms) all on same floor which we were grateful for. Although hotel rooms were on the smaller side were clean and beds were very comfortable. We were happy with location, central to many attractions. Staff were great at providing recommendations for food and sightseeing. All over we had a seamless stay, would happily stay here again.

Die Lage war zentral im Old Quarter von Hanoi. Das Frühstück war gut. Ein besonderes Lob verdient die freundliche Rezeption, insbesondere Frau Hao

Vielleicht könnte das Frühstück etwas umfangreicher sein...

Toplage, zwei Coffee Shops gleich nebenan, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, hilfsbereit, wirklich nett.

Die Matratze hat nicht die beste Qualität

Friendliest staff on earth. We had misplaced our bag at the airport and they orchestrated everything for us including a later check out to accommodate us organising the bag to be returned. On top of this, they gave us some delicious near by spots for lunch and we are very grateful for how helpful they have been.

The hot water was in and out when taking a shower, but it may have been a blessing considering the high heat and humidity.

Good hotel for the price, our room had a window facing a 1*1m hole towards the back, so no light feedback if that's important to you. Beds were comfortable, and room was clean. No complaints

I had a wonderful stay at Hanoi Center Silk Classic Hotel & Travel. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Hanoi and very convenient for exploring the Old Quarter and nearby attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist with anything I needed and made the whole experience very smooth. I also really appreciated the travel services provided by the hotel. The team was helpful with arranging tours and transportation and made everything easy and convenient. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money, an excellent location, and outstanding hospitality. I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend Hanoi Center Silk Classic Hotel & Travel to anyone visiting Hanoi. I would happily stay here again!

The small room is very hard to stay so I recommend booking a large room

Great location for walking to all of the main tourist attractions - I walked to the puppet theatre, prison museum, train street. The staff were very helpful with organising anything I needed, particularly Aimee deserves a special mention. She was always available on Whatsapp for anything I needed and spoke very good English. The breakfast was very good with fresh fruit and a menu for made to order eggs etc. Room was clean.

The hotel staff is very lovely ! They immediately gave us recommendations based on the time we had in Hanoï that were closed to the hotel. The hotel is located at the center of Hanoï allowing us to do a lot by foot ! They were very accommodating, especially when we had to book an extra night because of a cancellation. I will 100% come back. The chamber was clean and the bed very comfortable, we also enjoyed the variety of food proposed for breakfast.

The room was a bit small, but the staff did make us aware of that before confirming the booking. It is a good size for solo travellers or for short stays.
