Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben viele Dinge mit ihnen besprechen können und sie haben bei allem mit Freude und Tipps weitergeholfen. Richtig toll!

Das Hotel liegt direkt in der Beer Street. Zu Hochzeiten wird es lange laut. Die Fenster können viel abfangen, aber nicht den Base.

Akzeptables Vier-Sterne-Hotel mitten in der Altstadt und direkt an der Partymeile. Wer zentral wohnen und das Nachtleben direkt vor der Tür haben möchte, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Sobald man das Hotel verlässt, ist man mitten im Geschehen. Zimmer und Ausstattung entsprechen einem soliden Vier-Sterne-Standard, ohne besonders hervorzustechen. Für einen kurzen Städtetrip und aufgrund der zentralen Lage eine gute Wahl.

Abends kommt kein Taxi an das Hotel heran.

The main level always smells bad like sewer.

Location was really convenient (walking distance to everything) and staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very tidy and daily upkeep was very well done. Even letting us store our bags after checking out. 24hr front desk also proved very helpful for when we arrived late at night. Would recommend!

The hotel is old, the hotel is located in the busy street of the Old Quarter. During weekends, you can hear the music from the beer street.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und das Personal war sehr angenehm, besonders William. Wir konnten sogar unser Gepäck in der Unterkunft verstauen, obwohl wir zu spät ausgecheckt hatten. Sehr kulant.

It has a very central location. You can just walk to all the nice spots! Very friendly staff, willing to sit down and have a talk with you to ask how everything went. Very nice.

It is in the middle of the center so you might hear some noises from the people who are partying, but it is not that loud that you can’t sleep. Quite good isolated in my opinion.

Absolutely fantastic location right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, and especially great for solo travelers. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I was lucky enough to have a balcony overlooking Beer Street, which gave me a unique and lively view straight into the heart of Hanoi’s street life. It was a wonderful way to experience the atmosphere of the city while enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony. There are countless restaurants, cafés, bars, and shops just steps away, so you really have everything you need right outside the door. The hotel is also within easy walking distance of the city center and many of Hanoi’s main attractions. A very convenient, comfortable, and atmospheric place to stay if you want to be right in the middle of everything. This place gets my highest recommendation, and I am already looking forward to coming back!

It was clean in a good location and the staff are lovely

Location is great! Staff service is excellent! Jay in particular made sure all aspects of our stay were comfortable. He arranged excursions for us and made sure everything went well. We got a great connected room configuration for our family. The rooms were clean and air conditioning worked well. Location is right in the middle of the old quarter and very convenient walking distance from everything in there.

Perfect spot for been in the mix for nightlife. Right in the old quarter. If you want a quieter place then maybe somewhere else, but nothing a pair of ear plugs can’t sort out. Overall the spot is good to get to where you need to go.

Was a really nice stay, really enjoyed it. Really centered. It is on a really busy street, so it can be noisy, but we had no problem with that.

The wifi is really slow.

Room had no natural light. There was a window but it backed onto a sheltered area and hence regardless of the time of day there was no light. Everything else was great.

The location was strategic. Near to everywhere. But bare it mind I am a deep sleeper. The downstairs bar street is quite noisy but hotel do provide ear plug for your convenience. Jay and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. They greeted us and always there to help. They WhatsApp us with the information before the trip and check on our arrival time. However, if you looking for something fancy and spacious this might not be the place. I would say the value you pay for facilities is what you get but the hospitality given is worth every cents. Big shout out to Jay and the team. Thank you for your service.

So close to everything

It’s located in the center of old quarter. Very lively and busy in a good way. Ended up extending our stay in this hotel cos of how accessible it was and the staff are very nice.

Property is right on beer street, so of a night it comes to life. Perfect location in the old quarter, short walk to the lake and surrounding areas. Staff very friendly and greet you every time you come and go and were happy to have a chat and laugh with you. Very good English speaking

Just the beds are too firm for our liking

The property is very clean, the bed comfortable ad the staff very friendly, going above and beyond. It was cheap so I believe fair value for money. But I would not say it is a 4* hotel (at least not European standards).

Location is in the Ild Quarter (which should be a plus for people looking to stay in the middle of craziness, but we were not). Even though it has a window, it’s facing the interior of the building so you never the see the light of day which makes the room creepy. Our room was on the second floor, next to the elevator and to a spa (?) - it felt we were on a hallway.

Very convenient place it’s in the heart of Old Quarter where’s the beer street at. Lots of eating places and massage places in the area. There are some noises you can hear from the room but can sleep peacefully. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The property is well maintained and staff are helpful, I had requested for early check in and manager had mentioned that if room is available prev day, he will help arrange it and i got it for no extra cost Manager gave us an option to shift room towards other side or provide earplugs since the front road is bit noisy at night. The hotel room was soundproof with minimal noise from outside

Very friendly staff and central location.

AC didn’t work (only as a fan), TV audio only worked on YouTube, and street vendors harasss you once you step outside.

The staff was amazing and location wise, you are very close to shopping and eateries/bars in the old quarters. Reception and staff did everything to ensure comfort and helped out with questions. We loved them.

The location was also catastrophic for good rest as you are literally against the beer street. The rooms are NOT soundproof so bring your earplugs. What I found the biggest problem is that the photos on booking absolutely do not match the room we reserved, which was the executive room. I found this very misleading and it impacted my first stay in the country for a bit, which is very sad.
