Ettore was an amazing host. He went above and beyond to make ourselves confortable and enjoy our stay not only at the hotel, but experiencing the whole Capri island. Beyond recommending places to visit and itineraries, he's made reservations at restaurentes we were interested in dining. Fantastic experience! Thank you Ettore and all staff!

Top-Lage mit wunderschöner Aussicht! Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, und das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei unserer Ankunft erhielten wir eine Karte sowie tolle Tipps zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten und dazu, wie wir diese am besten erreichen können.

Beim Frühstück wäre ein bisschen mehr Abwechslung schön – zum Beispiel Eier, Schinken, Käse, ein paar Tomaten oder anderes frisches Gemüse. Gerade wenn man länger bleibt, würde das das Frühstück noch etwas abwechslungsreicher machen.

Tutto perfetto. Il signor Ettore, lo staff, chiunque è stato estremamente gentile. Accoglienza e premura di un tempo, consigli e tips per vivere appieno questa meravigliosa isola e scoprirne le particolarità che solo chi la conosce davvero bene, e la ama, può farti scoprire. Colazione buona, in terrazzo con vista su Certosa di San Michele e Faraglioni. Posizione comoda anche per raggiungere il corso principale e la piazzetta (a pochi minuti a piedi) ma in zona più tranquilla. Un punto di riferimento a Capri che consiglio a tutti!

Convenient location, large space, pristine, lovely staff. We were given brilliant advice to get to Anacapri and ride the chairlift without crowds. Couldn't have been more helpful.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé au centre de Capri (ce qui est appréciable lorsqu'il fait très chaud!). Le petit déjeuner donne sur vue exceptionnelle de Capri. Tout le personnel est très amical et d'excellent conseil.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, and the location was very convenient, close to shops and the main area. Breakfast was also very good. They also offer luggage service to the ferry, which I highly recommend!

There was a slight cigarette smell, but I’m very sensitive to smells, so others may not notice it.

Breakfast was very good, continental . location was just far enough away from crowds. Only 3 to 4 hundred yards through the narrow back streets and you were in the main square Very handy for Capri RoofTop and Hotel Quisisana where family were staying for family wedding.

Everything was brand new, comfortable hotel, beautiful terrace with view , the breakfast staff was very welcoming and kind. Ettore was excellent when he received us, told us about capri, and how to move in Capri. The hotel is in an excellent location, and everything was perfect in our stay.

La gentillesse du personnel

O hotel fica no centro de Capri, perto da piazzeta e de todas as lojas. Os funcionários foram excelentes, muito simpaticos e a limpeza estava impecável.

O Hector nos recebeu logo na chegada e foi super educado e prestativo. Os atendentes sao super atenciosos e nos deram todo o suporte para algumas duvidas na ilha. Quarto apesar de relativamente pequeno, atende super bem o casal e possui um bom banheiro. O custo nao foi baixo mas pelo o que pesquisei é o padrao da Ilha e nao tem muito o que fazer, considerando que ela fica em alta temporada praticamente de abril a setembro pelo o que ouvimos.

Havia recebido um feedback negativo sobre o café da manha por um amigo, porém achei que atendeu bem as necessidades. Eles nao possuem uma mesa com paes, frios e variações. O cafe é servido numa cesta com paes e geleias, de uma forma padrao aos hospedes, mas confesso que foi super bem servido inclusive com iogurtes. Nao atrapalhou em nada a nossa experiência mas avaliar a inclusao de uma mesa para os hospedes se servirem pode melhorar ainda mais as avaliações.

Nice view from the room and a good location in Capri

I was unexpectedly charged an extra €95 at check-out because the room had a balcony/terrace. I never requested a balcony room and was not informed about any additional charge when booking. I had already paid for my room online. This felt very unfair. The breakfast was also disappointing, as it only included a croissant and a cappuccino, with no buffet or proper breakfast selection

The location was perfect, within walking distance of the beach, ideal for enjoying time with my mom and kids, and close to everything Capri has to offer. The beautiful surroundings, excellent service, and friendly staff made our stay truly memorable.

Excellent stay in this hotel! The cleanliness is impeccable and the staff are extremely kind, always available and very attentive. The location is ideal and strategic for exploring the island. A special thank you to the manager, who really takes the time to advise guests on visits to beautiful sites, often far from the crowded tourist areas. He also helped us book excellent restaurants and outstanding beach clubs, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast is fabulous: a real moment of pleasure every morning, with a caring team that does everything to offer a warm and friendly experience. A hotel we highly recommend without hesitation!

All was perfect

Perfekt von Anfang bis Ende. Wir haben hier nur eine Nacht gebucht, aber es war mit Abstand das beste Hotel auf unserer gesamten Reise. Das Hotel liegt wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Zentrum entfernt, in einer ruhigen Gegend. Direkt um die Ecke sind die Garden of Augustus und die Via Krupp. Der Chef Ettore und das gesamte Team sind super freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir haben einige Empfehlungen bekommen zwecks Aktivitäten und Restaurants und waren ebenso zufrieden. Das Frühstück war ein weiteres Highlight, sehr viel Auswahl und das bei schönstem Ambiente auf der Terrasse. Die Zimmer sind nicht nagelneu, aber sehr sauber, mit bequemen Betten und es fehlt an nichts. Wir würden jederzeit hier wieder kommen, ganz klare Empfehlung.

Hector and all the staff were impeccable. This lovely getaway hidden in the capri heights is just perfect. It’s savvy and simple. Quiet and close to the center. Communication on booking was instant. The room was spotless clean and the whole hotel was just spotless. The attention to every little detail to make visitors comfortable was obvious from the first step into the hotel. I just loved this and would go again!

We had a lovely getaway at La Tosca. Ettore and his tesm was very helpful and made us great recommendations about local things, restaurants and places to visit!

Really lovely stay here in Capri. The location was perfect and made it easy to walk everywhere, I loved getting up early and doing long walks before the crowds descended. The terrace breakfast was gorgeous and the staff were honestly the best part. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, especially as a solo female traveller, and they gave helpful restaurant recommendations too. Would definitely stay again.

The breakfast was not a cooked breakfast, but but was an enjoyable selection of orange, juice, yoghurts, croissants, bread buns and jams. Good coffee.

Nothing really. Capri is expensive and you just accept it. The accommodation was pleasant, initially not easily accessed but well placed for getting to different places. Once in accommodation it was much easier finding your way around

The staff are all amazing, but Ettore and the other gentleman with the glasses (I'm sorry I didn't catch his name) really looked after us and gave great recommendations for us.

The hotel was in an excellent location—about a 10-minute walk from the cable car, in a quiet part of town, and close to a beautiful garden. The staff was very helpful and welcoming, and the room was clean. Although we were given a room with a small balcony facing a wall, which felt a bit cramped, it was fine for a short stay. If I were staying longer, I would have missed having a proper view.

The breakfast was very sparse; considering the hotel price, I would have expected a higher standard. (We received a basket with honey, jam, butter, packaged toast, a croissant, one bun, yogurt, and coffee or tea). Given that I am in Italy, I would have preferred a fresh croissant from a bakery. By the second day, I couldn't find anything appealing from the selection. Otherwise, everything was perfectly fine.

La stanza era pulita e confortevole, la colazione ottima. La terrazza dove facevamo colazione o prendevamo aperitivo aveva una bellissima vista mare. Ettore ci ha fatto da guida, ci ha consigliato cosa vedere in 2 gg, dove mangiare e come ottimizzare i tempi della nostra vacanza. Consigliatissimo

The reason I’d come back to la Toscana is etorre, who is an absolute font of knowledge about what to do. We followed his detailed itinerary and had a great time, avoided tourist traps. He made capri a memorable visit. It’s a good hotel, good location.

Accueil absolument exceptionnel, avec une grande attention portée aux voyageurs et de précieux conseils pour découvrir Capri. L’hôte a même eu la gentillesse de nous permettre de laisser notre sac à dos avant et après notre séjour, un vrai plus. L’appartement est récent, spacieux et parfaitement équipé, avec deux très grandes chambres, une cuisine complète et un grand balcon très agréable. La terrasse commune, où sont servis les petits-déjeuners, est un véritable coup de cœur : très agréable et offrant une vue superbe sur les environs. L’emplacement est idéal, à seulement quelques minutes à pied des jardins d’Auguste, en plein cœur de Capri. Mais très calme. Enfin, le rapport qualité/prix est tout simplement remarquable, surtout au regard des standards habituellement pratiqués sur l’île de Capri. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésitation !
