Camera molta grande, ottima colazione

Bagno non pulito (piastrelle delle doccia con calcare) e condizionatore molto rumoroso. Ho prenotato una camera tripla (per tre adulti) ma tutti gli asciugamani, gli accessori bagno e ciabatte erano per due persone. Ci hanno dato una sola chiave. Vale il prezzo basso pagato. Non è di certo un 5 stelle.

La stanza era molto grande e pulita . Il letto era grande e comodo . La posizione abbastanza buona se si arriva a notte fonda alla stazione nord, la stazione è a meno di 10 minuti a piedi , la camminata è piacevole perché si attraversa una via piena di ristoranti di bar e di minimarket. La metropolitana consente di arrivare in centro in 20 minuti .

In due notti non mi è mai stata rifatta la camera.

La pulizia, ho trovato insetti morti e vivi che sono rimasti sul pavimento per tre giorni

Hotel in buona posizione rispetto alla stazione dei treni di Xi an. Personale disponibile e con buona comunicazione in lingua inglese. Camera al 32esimo piano con vista sulla stazione e i palazzi circostanti. Dimensioni della camera molto grande. Abbiamo usufruito di un late check out ad un prezzo buono.

Purtroppo c’era odore di fumo sia nelle camere che nei corridoi, nonostante i cartelli con divieto di fumare. Ciò ha reso il soggiorno non dei migliori. Colazione con prodotti non di elevata qualità.

Good buffet breakfast and large rooms. Good location if you travel from Xian North Railway Station, otherwise quite far from the city center.

The room had moisture stains on the walls and was generally not in the greatest of conditions. Some people were smoking in the halls so it smelled of cigarette smoke. The elevators were dirty. Cleanliness should definitely be worked on.

Niemand die Engels sprak, dus dat maakte sommige zaken wat lastig.

The staff were incredibly kind and hospitable. Allowed for a late check out which was greatly appreciated. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. The location was about 5 minutes from the train station (north) and there was a plaza next door to grab food.

The air conditioning wasn’t great and we had to call them about it twice. The Mini-fridge was warm

Персонал не говорит по-английски от слова совсем. Это не марриот,не стоит ожидать уровень сети. Ночью была гроза и шум в номере был жутким,ветер завывал, спать при таком было сложно. Стены коридора требуют ремонта ,как и сами номера.

Le personnel pourrait être un peu plus agréable avec des étrangers et faire une compréhension parce qu’ils veulent pas savoir ni parler anglais alors qu’ils savent parler anglais

駅から真っ直ぐ歩いていけると思ったが、幹線道路が邪魔し大きく迂回しなければならなかった。翌日はタクシーで駅に向かった。

Room was spacious and clean. They have offered us free breakfast

No English at the desk. It's indeed close to the train station but not as close as they write to be - more like a km away. They have charged us a bit more than the agreed price claiming that because it was in Euro there has been an conversion fee of something..we agreed to pay it eventually but this didn't happen to any of the other 4 accommodations we had booked elsewhere within China. We have also booked for 3 adults and it turns out we got 2 big single beds instead..

I initially selected this hotel purely because it was close to the Xi'an North Train Station as we had a train to catch the next afternoon. The hotel was clean, had air con, and sufficient linen and towels.

Dissapointed in the buffet breakfast, as the selection was more around Asian cuisine. I would have loved some bacon, eggs, spaghetti or baked beans. Also the tile in our shower was cracked and roughly repaired with sealant exposed. Bed was firm and hard.

We liked the hotel very much, but there is a problem with the accessibility on foot.

The hotel seems very close to the railwaystation, but it's not because of the highway you have to cross. There are no guidelines how you can reach the hotel on foot. May I ask the hotel to publish on their website the directions one has to follow when walking from the railwaystation to the hotel?

Das Zimmer ist groß und geräumig

In den Gängen ist alles finster und dunkel, die Rezeption spricht kein Wort englisch und das bei einer internationalen Hotelkette Der Frühstücksraum ist eine Frechheit, erinnert an ein kommunistisches arbeiterheim. Dunkelheit herrscht auch vor dem Hotel, alles sehr abweisend, kurz vorm zusperren, sehr komische Leute, bin mir nicht sicher ob das alles Hotel Gäste waren

Las instalaciones son de primera calidad. Una habitación y un baño muy amplios. El desayuno es muy bueno.

Está alejado del centro turístico de la ciudad...Pero está bien conectado.

Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, great location great value for money

The room is large, has a nice breakfast, and is conveniently accessible to the metro station and train. There is a market which is closed to the hotel. You can purchase veggies in the morning or to taste regional cuisine during night market.

The wifi is quite slow. The room is hot, the air conditioner isn't working, and the window won't open. I ultimately fell asleep near the window.

The hotel was good located and the breakfast was very good. The sizes of the rooms good enough and it was very clean and tidy.

O hotel fica na zona central, mais perto do aeroporto e da estação de trem, além da saída da cidade para os guerreiros de Terracota. Não fica tão prático para explorar o centro, mas funciona com Didi/táxi e com o metrô da cidade

Clean, big room, comfortable beds, close to the train station.

Room was spacious. It is at least a 20 minute walk to the train station. There are a few eateries nearby.

The staff are not about to communicate in English which made it difficult. There were people smoking in the lobby area which is unacceptable for guests.

Расположение рядом с вокзалом. Классные просторные номера, чистые, вид из окна 🔥. Возможность постирать вещи бесплатно и очень отзывчивый персонал - рассказали и показали как поставить стирку с сушкой. Вкусный и разнообразный завтрак.

Придраться не к чему, все было отлично.

The breakfast was a little cold

We booked the 37 square metre room, it was spacious enough for 2 people with luggage’s, basic amenities and services as described, and Staff were friendly and professional.

Poor wifi connection, shower and vanity bench stained/damaged, looked like something was removed from the tiles

The location was relatively near the station but it was not in the most convenient of places.

Boa localização, quarto grande e café da manhã bem variado. O time da recepção e do restaurante procuram ajudar o máximo possível, mesmo não falando inglês.

Fui no inverno e o ar condicionado só funciona para aquecer, até aí tudo bem. O problema é só aquecer acima de 29C, ou seja muuuuito calor para dormir e a geladeira do quarto não gela nada. Achei que estivessem quebrados mas a informação da recepção foi que é assim mesmo e colocaram um ventilador no quarto. Quanto à geladeira, nada a fazer.

Abbiamo soggiornato nel Fairfield by Marriott a seguito di un prezzo super scontato tra sconto della struttura, Genius e sconto mobile. La struttura è un executive hotel molto ben tenuto, staff molto disponibile e gentile, colazione a buffet con scelta vastissima, camere molto ampie e dotate di tutti i comfort. Avendo soggiornato qui il 1 ottobre, l'hotel ci ha anche fatto un piccolo omaggio di snack e bibite in occasione della festa nazionale cinese. Posizione comodissima alla stazione Xi'an North che a noi serviva per ripartire e a 12 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro. Considerando che abbiamo speso, con appunto i vari sconti accumulati, 48€ a notte direi perfetto.

Ottima qualità prezzo. A 14 min a piedi dalla metro. Struttura pulita e personale cordiale. La colazione è prettamente asiatica ma trovate yogurt, frutta, cornettini e marmellate. Ottimo per un breve soggiorno soprattutto se utilizzate il treno è molto comodo poiché vicinissimo alla stazione

We love this property! Very good location, close to the Main High Speed train station, metro, restaurants. Big, spacious, clean room. Staff are very friendly. Good breakfast spread. The outdoor food court is just across the road. Plenty of choices to eat. We love Mr. Wei if you're craving for some Fast Food western style. Although there's McDonald around, we really enjoyed the food here.

La struttura è molto grande, non è distante dalla stazione nord dei treni ad alta velocità (in taxi si arriva in pochi minuti). La camera è molto bella e soprattutto molto spaziosa.

ci hanno dato una camera all'ultimo piano , aveva una vista bellissima. molto pulita , moderna e bella, davvero bella. I ragazzi alla reception non sapevano l'inglese ma si sono fatti in 4 per aiutarci, sempre e sempre con uno splendido sorriso in faccia. davvero complimenti

la colazione è stata un'esperienza così traumatica che il secondo giorno ci siamo rifiutati di farla anche se era già pagata. la stanza buia, chiusa e puzzolente. capisco che i gusti degli occidentali e degli asiatici siano diversi ma non si può entrare al mattino presto in una stanza che sa solo di cavoli e verze, non un 'apiratore non una finestra, una puzza insopportabile e pochissima scelta di dolci. abbiamo mangiato un pezzo di pane, bevuto un espresso ( quello era molto buono ) e siamo letteralmente scappati via.
