The room was very spacious, the bathroom was unique and opened into the room with a tasteful barrier when privacy was needed, the view was beautiful, the lobby was cool, the staff were great and kind and very welcoming.

per quanto lontano dalla zona centrale della città , per me questo hotel è stato ideale per la visita della città e dell'esercito di terracotta, soprattutto nei giorni di overtourism in Cina intorno al 1 maggio lo staff è stato da subito gentile e ci ha messo a nostro agio tutto il soggiorno, vissuto in camera o per la colazione o per l'aperitivo, si sviluppa con una vista mozzafiato sulla città la colazione è stata la migliore nel mio soggiorno in Cina, con estrema attenzione sia alla colazione continentale che a quella locale hotel consigliatissimo

The room was spacious and well appointed. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from the metro station.

The bed was not very comfortable. The wifi in the room was so slow it was impossible to use.

It is a really high end hotel and gives you a supermodern yet cozy feeling, The staff offer a high degree of service, maybe even to much for our comfort but that might have been due to a initial misstake at checkin there they didnt understand we booked a excecutive king corner room but it all cleared out soon enough and the staff was really appolergetic about it and stuck to us like flies to make up for it. Nice if you are used to it but we are not and feel like we are fully capable of carrying our own cup och coffe to the table and pouring our coke by ourself. Also there is a huge mall nextdoor and they have awsome shopping and foodcourt so dont worry about eating at the hotel.

When taking shower, hot water was not stable, continuously changing between too hot and not hot enough. It was very hard to have a comfortable shower.

Sehr schönes Hotel und mit allen Zimmer in den oberen Stockwerken ist die Aussicht natürlich wunderbar. Auch die Zimmer sind sehr schön und geräumig.

The hotel was beautiful, clean and had great amenities

While the hotel was excellent the staff and management were not what I would expect from an international 5 star hotel. Most of the staff struggled with English which was very surprising and this made matters complicated. More importantly the front desk just seemed chaotic and extremely disorganised with lack of communication between staff members leading to lots of confusion. We were initially charged a rather large deposit based on an incorrect room rate. We had 3 rooms, 2 of which weee booked direct and one with Booking.com. Upon checkout the hotel overcharged us for 2 of the 3 rooms and incorrectly associated transport charges to our rooms. This took days to resolve to get the correct refund. This was only really possible with a Chinese speaking family member using WeChat to contact one of the front desk staff. Frankly, this was the most disappointing and frustrating part of the experience. 5 star or not we should not have been overcharged in the first place. Having to resolve the matter over WeChat is also ridiculous.

The location is excellent and the staff provided great service.

The room was spacious and clean. Beautifully decorated with high ceilings. High tech as well. Gym is very well equipped. Did not get a chance to use the swimming pool but it looked good. Breakfast buffet is extensive and well priced at 100 yuan. We had room service twice which was prompt. Staff were all friendly and professional.

Very nice property with very friendly customer service. I enjoyed the spa are too. Would recommend!

It was simply beautiful, a lovely swimming pool, great breakfast buffet. Amazing room with curtains & a toilet seat that open automatically for you! A robot for room service. Complimentary cold drink in the lobby. Anna, lovely Ukrainian hostess at breakfast was very helpful & professional. Next to a metro with direct service to bell tower area & next to a good shopping mall with good shops & food. Local restaurants in a little square behind it. Very comfy beds, huge bath & great power shower.

Only small paper napkins at breakfast (like most of China) would be good to have large linen napkins as standard in other JWs, especially with noodles to eat with chopsticks.

The team were amazing, they went over and beyond to help me and make my stay a fantastic experience, my big thanks to Bella ( who called all the taxis companies ) to find my phone and also Yotk who i could not have made this trip successful without him..thank you

Great rooms and really helpful concierge and bell boy! Mike helped with tickets to attraction and Bobi was really attentive towards elderly! 😊

The Hotel is located at the North Part of Xi'an , this is not very close to the main attraction. The taxi and traffic take a lot of time.

Had truly memorable 7-night stay at the JW Marriott Xi’an. This new property is beautiful, and it clearly befits the JW Brand. Its location is also very good. There is a big mall next door, and the metro is a 5-minute walk that can conveniently take you anywhere in the city. The staff here are truly exceptional. Every staff member that I have met and has been very friendly and helpful. I will just mention a few examples: 1. Eddie from the front desk always went beyond his duty to help me navigate to certain locations by writing instructions so that don’t get lost. 2. Jenny from the JW Kitchen . Very morning made me feel welcome and no request during breakfast was too hard. 3. Lilly, Demi. And Nana from the executive lounge . All 3 ladies willing to go beyond their duty To help and show genuine interest in how your day has been I nearly forgot to mention that the the food provided in the lounge during happy hour is excellent. It's a buffet dinner. I can highly recommend JW Marriott Xi’an due to its wonderful staff and the other mentioned reasons

Excellent breakfast and dinner. Many options, beautiful presentation and great service. My room was amazing. The spa was very good as well. I had a massage and facial and the staff was very attentive and professional Overall, excellent staff at this hotel. Unfortunately, I worked overnight and the internet was horrible. I ended up using my hot spot from the US. This appears to be a problem with all the hotels I have stayed through out my trip in China, very slow or no internet. I picked this hotel because it is located 10 minutes away from the high speed train station.

nice room, nice facilities

the check in time is not clear. I arrived at 3pm to check in, the room is not ready and i have to wait until 5pm. even until I came back to the lobby the room is still not ready yet. the receptionist said that because the guest before did a late check out at 2pm. but it is still doesnt make sense that the check in time at 2.30pm but you let the guest before did a check out at 2pm and clean a room for 2 hours
