I had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly kind, friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the service was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, and I felt very welcome.

Nice and comfort stay

Les jeunes filles à l’accueil sont adorables et très attentionnées… Changement de serviettes et lit refait tous les jours ce qui est fort agréable. Très proche de la vieille ville.

המיקום היה פצצה! חדר גדול, מיטה נוחה והצוות היו נחמדים ממש. קצת מקום של ישראלים, ישנו איתי מלא חברה ישראלים.

כשהאור בשירותים והמקלחת היה דולק יצא ריח של ביוב מהמקלחת וזה לא היה נעים כלכך. לא ריח קיצוני אבל לגמרי שמים לב אליו.

L'emplacement est ideal et l’hôtel confortable, Violet et Joy à l'accueil sont particulièrement chaleureuse et super compétente pour tous les questionnement qu'on peut avoir. Je recommande cet hôtel qui a également un très bon rapport qualité /prix.

Pleasant place and nice breakfast. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Comfortable and convenient. Lots of food places and mini markets around. Can walk to most places of interest. Water, coffee and tea available throughout the day in the lobby. Instructions on brewing local coffee were also available and a thoughtful inclusion.

The bathroom does not have a shower cubicle so gets quite wet when showering. However, dries pretty quickly as well.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel , La chambre était propre et confortable, et l’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir la ville. L’accueil à la réception était très chaleureux et professionnel. Un grand merci à Joy et Violet, qui ont été particulièrement gentilles et disponibles. Elles m’ont beaucoup aidée et bien conseillée pendant mon séjour, toujours avec le sourire et beaucoup de gentillesse.

Tolle Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal. Hat uns bei Ankunft tolle lokale Empfehlubgen (Restaurants, Shops etc) gegeben. Unbedingt das empfohlene Bahn Mi probieren. ;) Guter Wäscheservice.

Eher harte Matratzen. Leider nicht so sauber (Dreck an den Wänden & dreckiger Boden).

この価格帯に求めていることが過不足なくあって、清潔感やスタッフの対応も良かった。中心部からも近いし、どのみちリバービューでないところを選ぶのなら、ここはお得だと思う。

Es war ein Basic Zimmer, aber sehr sauber und schön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Ich kann dieses Hotel auch von der Lage und vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis empfehlen.

1. 對面的飯店每天晚上都會有live band 唱歌, 很吵! 就算換到內側的房間了, 還是能聽得到. 2. 廁所的排水不太好, 而且阻擋水的地方也做得不好, 導致洗澡時雖然是乾濕分離, 有分跟沒分差不多, 水還是會溢到整個浴室 3. 蓮蓬頭壞了, 水出的不是從本來的孔出來, 反而是從頭和出水孔中間的縫隙出來 4. wifi 訊號有點弱

This is a wonderful hotel located right in the historic city center, within easy walking distance of all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. The service is excellent, the hotel is impeccably clean, the beds are comfortable, the internet is fast, the breakfast is good, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed our time here. Violet was so lovely and welcoming! Fantastic location, definitely recommend.

This was one of my top three stays during my two-week-trip through Vietnam. I was looking for a clean, spacious and affordable room in a central location, and this hotel was exactly that. It’s within walking distance of the main areas of Hoi An, making it very easy to explore the town on foot. If you’re looking for a simple, clean and comfortable place with plenty of space and a great location, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Bạn lễ tân rất dễ thương và chu đáo. Phòng rất sạch sẽ và thơm mùi sả. Phòng mới, toilet rộng, sạch, có cửa sổ và ban công. Cửa sổ có hoa giấy dễ thương. Khách sạn rất gần phố cổ. Mình đi dịp lễ nhưng giá phòng vẫn phù hợp, không tăng quá cao, chất lượng phòng tương xứng. Khách sạn có 2 cửa ra vào tương đối thuận tiện đi lại. Phòng có diện tích rộng rãi, thoải mái. Có không gian để bàn làm việc.

Gối hơi cao so với tôi nhưng vẫn êm ái, sạch sẽ.

Zimmer war groß mit kleinem Balkon. Tägliche Reinigung, wifi super, Klima nicht direkt überm Bett, so dass man nicht angeblasen wird. Warmes Wasser, nahe zur Altstadt. Es gibt einen Aufzug.

Struttura centralissima (2 minuti a piedi e si è nel cuore dell’old town), staff gentilissimo, prezzo onestissimo. A livello qualità-prezzo davvero non ci sono paragoni. Camera pulitissima e profumatissima, passano a pulirla se lasci il cartello fuori e cambiano gli asciugamani. Alla fine del soggiorno ci hanno anche regalato un piccolo souvenir. Fantastici!

Our hotel was just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town, which made the location very convenient. It was also close to ATMs, restaurants, shops, and other necessities. The hotel is very affordable, yet the quality and comfort felt like those of a more expensive hotel. The staff were approachable, friendly, and accommodating. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with windows and a balcony. The bathroom was also surprisingly spacious. Everything we needed was provided, and the facilities were complete. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for its great location, affordability, cleanliness, and excellent value for money.

Me encantó la ubicación, la habitación era estupenda, la limpieza la valoramos muy positivamente, las chicas de la recepción siempre tienen una sonrisa en la boca y están dispuestas ayudarte en todo, tuvieron muchos de talles con nosotros durante nuestra estancia. En general, lo recomiendo al 100%. La relación calidad-precios es excelente.

The staff were so kind and very accommodating. The hotel is near the ancient town as promised. It's also just a few walks away from restaurants and convenience stores. Their breakfast meals will energize you throughout the day. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Best of all, it is very affordable. I have so many good things to say. Well recommended!

Estaba bastante cerca de todo. La chica de recepción muy amable, aunque con poca flexibilidad.

La moto que nos alquilaron era vieja e incómoda. No nos pusieron comodidades en la devolución de la misma. La habitación bastante cutre, sobre todo el baño. El desayuno escaso en comparación con otros hoteles de la zona.

Cet hôtel est vraiment sympa et son personnel a-do-rable. Très bien situé dans la vieille ville dans une rue calme. La chambre était très propre et bien agencée. Bonne insonorisation. En libre-service dans le lobby: café (du vrai café) pour faire son propre café vietnamien avec les instructions, eau à volonté ( Fontaine à osmose inverse). Ouvert 24/24. Si je reviens à Hoi An c’est sûr que je choisirai cet établissement (j’en ai testé plusieurs dans la ville). Je recommande à 10000 %!

I had the room in the picture. I was impressed by the decor, cleanliness, space and facilities. Great value for money. Staff were very nice. Breakfast was decent. Location was in a quiet location but literally 5 minutes walk to the ancient town. I would definitely return back. I loved everything about this hotel and the town. I wished I booked to stay longer. The vibes in the town were magical. The room was a joy everytime I returned for rest. I also left with custom made jacket and blazer from the attached Izi Tailor shop. Lan made it possible with her great help. Perfect experience all together.

L’établissement est très bien situé : tout peut se faire à pied, ce qui est très pratique. Le personnel est accueillant et sympathique. Ils m’ont même gentiment permis de recevoir un courrier urgent, ce que j’ai beaucoup apprécié. Les chambres sont propres et la salle de bain est équipée d’une douche toute neuve, ce qui est très agréable. L’hôtel dispose également d’un grand hall avec des tables, des toilettes et une douche accessibles après le check-out. C’est un vrai plus pour attendre son transport dans de bonnes conditions une fois la chambre rendue. Nous avons aussi apprécié la fontaine à eau, qui permet de remplir facilement nos gourdes, un geste à la fois pratique et écologique. Enfin, la petite attention avec le cadeau en argile remis lors de la remise des clés était adorable et a été très appréciée.

Les chambres sont plus petites que ce que les photos laissent penser, et le lit est surtout assez petit. Mon compagnon mesure 1,87 m, et à deux nous étions un peu à l’étroit. En revanche, nous avons été particulièrement déçus par le service de blanchisserie. Les vêtements semblaient encore sales à leur retour : j’ai dû en relaver certains à la main pour retirer des taches (comme du dentifrice) qui auraient normalement dû disparaître en machine. L’un de nos tee-shirts est également ressorti avec de nouvelles taches, ce qui est très décevant. De plus, tout le linge était extrêmement froissé. Nous voyageons depuis plus d’un an et avons utilisé de nombreux services de blanchisserie au cours de notre voyage. Malheureusement, celui-ci est de loin le moins satisfaisant que nous ayons eu. À mon avis, c’est le principal point à améliorer, car le rapport qualité-prix de la blanchisserie n’était vraiment pas à la hauteur.

Hotel ko có tv nên hơi buồn, mọi thứ dừng ở mức ổn chứ ko wow. Thang máy hotel dơ, khu vực gần thang máy cũng có mùi hôi khó chịu. Nhưng cái đó cũng ko quan trọng nên có thể bỏ qua vì phòng cũng trong tầm giá hợp lý. Bù lại nhân viên vô cùng nhiệt tình, vị trí hotel gần phố cổ.

L'hotel è tenuto molto bene, si trova in una posizione tranquilla e il centro storico si raggiunge facilmente in pochi minuti a piedi. Il personale è gentilissimo e la pulizia impeccabile. Ho potuto noleggiare una bici molto conveniente direttamente all'hotel. Se un giorno torno a Hoi An torno in questo hotel!
