Reviewed Jul 1, 2026The owners seemed very sweet and helpful. Room also had a bar in the fridge which had great prices. But if you want to be close to old town that would be the best option.
we didn’t like the room anyway. We were exhausted from the trip and couldn’t change the hotel. The room was full of ants and all over the place. Frankly there weren’t on the bed. Bathroom had inconvenient utilities. So the biggest ick was from ants in the room and inconvenient utilities such as shampoo (hard to open) and soap that i did find only before leaving. Update: The property management’s statement blaming us for leaving crumbs is hilarious, especially when they should be admitting that the room simply needs insect disinfection. I took photos right after we checked in, and the timestamps will prove it. In fact, there is a clear trail of ants leading directly from your AC unit to under the bed. Please inspect your own room and do proper pest control. Such an unfortunate lack of responsibility in your response only shows how unprofessional you are.

We were able to rent bikes to explore the city, and they also helped us book a cooking class, which was fantastic. The bedroom was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Zij heeft voor ons 2 scooters geregeld, voor onze vertrekdag de Hue-riders geregeld om achter op een motor naar Hue te gaan en qua kosten alles van tevoren aangegeven, dus geen verrassing en alles op 1 factuur. Schoenen uit bij de deur.

Unser Zimmer war großzügig und ausreichend mit kleinem Balkon. Frühstück war gut, kein Buffett aber völlig ausreichend.

For breakfast we had banh mi with coffee and it was tasty! The location was very good, close to the night market and the rest of the Old Town, but still not too crowded or noisy. I’d stay here again 😇

At first I was worried that it would’ve noisy at night because it was so close to the market and restaurants, but I wasn’t disturbed at all at night or even in the evenings. The lady at the property was also so smiley and welcoming every time I walked in. There was always drinking water available, and I used the kitchen faculties too.

Au calme car en retrait, à 200m du marché de nuit, proche du vieux Hoi An, très bon restaurant à proximité (Faifoo centrale par exemple). Accueil sympathique. Chambre très propre. Reviewed Mar 4, 2026We absolutely loved our stay here. The couple who owns the homestay is SO sweet and friendly. We were always greeted with a smile no matter the time of day we entered their home. They allow you to store your luggage before and after checkout. They offer a laundry service. Our room and bathroom was clean upon arrival and staff cleans your room for you each day. Within walking distance from everything. There is a market right near by. Location is not impacted by the noise at night. Would definitely book this homestay again!

Reviewed Feb 11, 2026ナイトマーケットから少し離れるだけで夜はとても静か。ベランダでのんびりビール片手に夜を過ごす事ができる。スタッフ全員が素晴らしい。朝食のバイミンミーが美味しい。
ベトナム全体に言える事だが、車は入って来なくてもバイクは路地にも入ってくるので、クラクションが本当にうるさい。夜は静かになるので問題無いが、日中は角部屋だった事もあり気になる人には辛いと思う。

Reviewed Jan 14, 2026Struttura vicinissima alla parte storca di Hoi An, ma fuori dalla confusione. I proprietari gentilissimi ci hanno organizzato l’escursione al santuario di My Son e il trasporto dall’aeroporto di Da Nang. Camera grande e pulita con cambio asciugamani tutti i giorni.
Come in ogni struttura del Vietnam per chi ha problemi a dormire con la luce, purtroppo le tende ne fanno passare molta, ma niente che una mascherina non possa risolvere.
