Hoianese Quiet Old Town Hotel - Cultural Experiential Hotel

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in ruhiger Lage und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Zimmer waren stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das gesamte Team – besonders Spring, Helen, Lili und Anna – war ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Unsere Wünsche wurden jederzeit erfüllt, und wir fühlten uns rundum bestens betreut. Besonders empfehlenswert sind der History Talk, die Free Walking Tour und als Highlight die Radtour durch die Reisfelder mit Bao. Er vermittelte die Geschichte sehr interessant und lebendig. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder!

I had the most wonderful stay at Hoianese — honestly one of the best stays of my entire trip through Vietnam! From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcome and cared for. The room was lovely and comfortable, but what truly made my stay unforgettable were the amazing people working here. A very special thank you to Spring, Lily, Helen, Kimmi and Anna. You were all incredibly kind, warm and helpful, and you always greeted me with a smile. As a solo traveller, it meant so much to stay somewhere where I felt completely safe, comfortable and at home. You didn’t just provide excellent service — you made my time in Hoi An extra special. I will leave with beautiful memories and will genuinely miss you all. Das Frühstück war wunderbar und sehr lecker. Alle in der Unterkunft waren sehr freundlich, so auch Helen, Spring und Lily. Viele nützliche Tipps wurden gegeben und auch die Free Walking Tour, welche von der Unterkunft angeboten wurde, war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und wie bereits erwähnt war das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und sehr herzlich. Beste Unterkunft in Vietnam, welche ich gebucht hatte. Fussläufig zur Stadt und das Frühstück konnte auch noch vor Ort gebucht werden. Wäscheservice auch einwandfrei. Lange musste ich überlegen, was verbesserungsbedürftig ist, es fällt einem schwer es zu finden.

Struttura fantastica. La posizione è strategica per godersi Hoian, in 5 minuti a piedi si possono raggiungere tutti i punti di interesse. La camera era pulita e con tutti i comfort. Tengo assolutamente a menzionare la professionalità e la gentilezza di tutte le receptionists Lily, Kimmi, Spring, Gravy ed Helen. Mi hanno accolto calorosamente e addirittura si sono preoccupate di medicare le ferite che ho avuto a seguito di un incidente. Inoltre mi hanno consigliato i posti migliori per mangiare, i negozi migliori per avere abiti su misura in 24 ore e il posto più autentico per prenotare il giro in barca con le lanterne. La loro gentilezza ha fatto veramente la differenza per rendere splendida la mia prenotazione, grazie!

We were suppose to stay only 2 days but extended our stay for 3 more days. Rooms were cleaned and staff cleaned them every day during our stay. There’s free water stations on each level which is very handy. Staff were extremely helpful and nice. Thank you Helen, Spring, Kimmy and Lily was making our stay special

This has genuinely been the best hotel we have ever stayed in. As a couple who have travelled a lot, this was by far one of the best experiences we’ve ever had, and a huge part of that was down to the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone was so welcoming. They took the time to talk us through the town and gave us some amazing recommendations. One of the loveliest touches is that the staff remember all of the guests’ names and greet you by name whenever they see you, which makes the whole experience feel so personal. A massive thank you especially to Helen, Spring, Lily and Kimmi , you were all absolutely amazing and made our stay so special! The hotel itself is beautiful. After travelling for a while, this was easily the best night’s sleep I’ve had in a long time. The bed is massive and so comfortable, and you get plenty of really soft pillows. We usually don’t bother with hotel breakfasts, even when they’re included, because we prefer going out and exploring local cafés. However, the breakfast here was honestly better than anything we could have found nearby! There are so many options which are made fresh for you, including traditional Vietnamese dishes, and everything comes with fresh fruit, yoghurt and freshly squeezed juices. You can also have tea and coffee at any time, either in your room or down in reception. The location is perfect too. You’re less than a five-minute walk from the Old Town, but the hotel itself is still peaceful and quiet, so you get the best of both. I genuinely cannot recommend this hotel enough. We were so sad to leave, especially because of how wonderful the staff had been throughout our stay. Helen, Spring, Lily and Kimmi, thank you so much for everything we will miss you all! Whenever we return , there is absolutely no question about where we’ll be staying.

Estaven al cas de tot, ens van donar informació de tot i més, ens van preparar l'esmorzar per emportar els dies que no podíem esmorzar a l'hotel, ens van fer recomancions molt interessants de llocs locals... tot fantàstic! I l'hotel està molt ben situat, just a l'entrada de l'Old Quarter, a tocar de tot el centre caminant. El llit era supercòmode i les bicicletes que lloguen també ens van anar molt i molt bé per voltar. Tot fantàstic! Ens hi tornaríem a allotjar sens cap dubte.

Friendly and hospitable staff with high personal touch. Very welcoming and great recommendations about Hoi An. Recommend for its value for money (just a little "long" walk to old town).

I stayed here for 3 nights to visit beautiful Hoi An. My trip was made beyond enjoyable thanks to the warm hospitality of the Hoianese team - Kimmy, Spring, Helen and Lily. They went beyond their way in briefing me and prodiving helpful info in travel info recommendations, welcome drinks, and others. The stay comes with a complimentary Hoi An walking tour, guided by Cindy a v knowledgeable local who shared w us the rich history, culture and beliefs in Hoi An. The hotel is quaint, and most importantly the rooms are very clean and odourless. I rly like that the environmental efforts are taken v seriously here with no plastic bottles used. Instead, only complimentary glass bottles are provided conviently with fresh cold and room temp drinking water. There are many other thoughtful gestures too, from handwritten welcome postcard, a farewell local souvenir gift, local snacks, and umbrellas provided! I also rented a bicycle for a fun ride to the rice fields and An Bang beach. It was an easy ride on flat grounds with superb views of paddy and the sea. My trip was extra memorable with the lovely ladies of Hoianese Hotel. Xin cam on!

Nuestro primer hotel en Vietnam y un auténtico lujazo! Habitaciones espaciosas, limpias y muy cómodas. Incluso nos dieron una habitación de más nivel a la que habíamos reservado. Helen nos recibió e hizo recomendaciones, como algunas excursiones a las que nos apuntamos y fueron un acierto. Spring es un auténtico encanto, estuvo siempre atenta durante nuestra estancia, con un gran interés en aprender español, dándonos recomendaciones locales y enseñándonos algunas cosas sobre la cultura vietnamita. Con Lily y Kimmi la experiencia ha sido también buenísima, siempre atentas y serviciales en nuestra despedida. Destacar también a la cocinera que nos preparó cada mañana un desayuno buenísimo y muy completo y al personal de limpieza, cuyo trabajo era impecable. En definitiva super recomendable el lugar, especialmente por su personal! La ubicación excelente por cierto, muy cerca andando del centro pero tranquilo el barrio. Un afectuoso saludo para todo el staff del Hoianese!

Por poner una pega que probablemente sea algo personal, la bañera me resulta algo incomoda para ducharse ya que no tiene mampara y me daba reparo poner todo perdido de agua.

Really friendly staff who were so helpful. Kimmi, Spring, Lily and Helen gave really good advice on all things Hoi An. The room was clean and comfy and we were only a short walk from the old town.

The bath/shower takes some getting used too. However, this was more of a personal preference and a small detail in our stay.

I’ve been travelling all over thailand and Vietnam for the last 6 weeks. And I can comfortably say this was the BEST hotel I went to through all my travels, from the location, to the cleanliness, to the free coffee, to the amazing staff that helped me make the most perfect plan for my time in Hoi An, and assisted me in everything I needed and were super friendly, they even offered me a free room upgrade! Late at night on the last day, the toilet wouldn't stop running after I used it, and the sound of water kept going.

Such a fantastic hotel!! - Room: very spacious, extremely clean, and beautifully designed - Service: best I have had in Vietnam. They proactively made sure I had the best stay, planned every day, gave me all local tips, and made sure I pay the least for the best. - Breakfast: I usually don't have hotel breakfast, but after I tried first day, I only ate there. Delicious, cheap, and way above any expectations. The owner of this place is so lucky with the staff. Shoutout the Spring, who's attention, care, and helpfulness made it so special for me. Hats off to her, and I'd hire here in a second anywhere!

Sono arrivata in hotel piuttosto tardi, quando la reception era già chiusa, ma la comunicazione è stata semplicissima: le istruzioni erano precise e il processo di accesso molto facile. La camera, così come tutta la struttura, era impeccabilmente pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. Ho trovato una bellissima lettera di benvenuto personalizzata e scritta a mano, accompagnata da dei dolcetti davvero buonissimi: un piccolo gesto che ho apprezzato moltissimo. L’aria condizionata era già accesa e la stanza era freschissima al mio arrivo, cosa davvero piacevole dopo una giornata di viaggio. La camera che avevo scelto era molto ampia, con una bella finestra e un balconcino. Inoltre, aveva ben due split per l’aria condizionata, quindi era possibile regolare perfettamente la temperatura. Le ragazze della reception — Hellen, Spring e Lili — sono state tutte super disponibili, gentili e attente. Mi hanno aiutata con ogni esigenza e sono sempre state pronte a dare consigli e supporto. La colazione è davvero ottima: molto abbondante, con una buona scelta sia dolce che salata, e soprattutto preparata al momento. Anche la posizione è perfetta: vicinissima al centro, ma abbastanza defilata da essere tranquilla e lontana dal caos. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole. Lo consiglio senza alcun dubbio!

Sinceramente pur impegnandomi non ho trovato nessun difetto. Posizione tranquillissima distante dal caos turistico giusto i 10 minuti per la passeggiata serale di rientro dalla cena, stanza dotata di tutti i comfort (per gli italiani top il condizionatore non puntato direttamente sul letto), pensierini di benvenuto personalizzati e acqua fresca disponibile, possibilità di fare la doccia nei bagni dell’hotel anche dopo ore dal check out (avevamo il bus notturno, senza di questa possibilità saremmo rimasti sporchi per un giorno e mezzo), lenzuola pulite e topper molto comodo. Il plus assoluto è il personale tutto di estrema cortesia e simpatia. Da noi trovare personale così attento e preciso é davvero raro. Insisto solo nel dire che al di là della qualità della struttura scegliere questo hotel varrebbe la pena anche solo per il personale.

The staff were amazing spring and kimmy really went out their way to help me they made my experience in Hoi a one of my favourite in Vietnam. As a solo traveller it was so nice to just have the care and support and really good with English. Beds were so comfy room was everything I needed. This was our first stop in Hoi An and we couldn’t have been happier. Ever since we booked the place the staff was communicating with us regularly. What makes this place better than anything else in Hoi An is their staff. They are attentive, caring, knowledgeable and so passionate about what they do, always greeting you with a big smile. They offered us a free walking tour of the old town which was one of the great highlights. The rooms are very clean and good. The bathtub is one of the most practical bathtubs that I have experienced. They provide with you everything essential. One of the best things is the water bottle system - they have water bottles on every floor that you can pick up and replace your empty bottles with. Highly highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great comfortable stay. Special shout out to Helen, Kimmi, Lily, Emma, Anna & Spring

早上約11點多抵達，SPRING非常熱情的接待了我，給了我一張HOTEL細心製作的會安旅行小手冊，並一一向我介紹當地人會去的、最好吃的在地美食與店鋪。而且我也在這預訂了前往迦南島玩COCONUT BOAT的行程，相當方便。而且中午12點時，也讓我提早進房，先安頓好行李與整裝，非常感謝。徒步走到古城區約八分鐘，晚上可以有安靜的環境休息。之後也在KIMMI、HELEN的照顧下，在會安待上了完美的兩天。非常推薦大家來住。

Nous avons tout aimé. la gentillesse de Spring qui a été à l’écoute et au petit soin pour nous ainsi que l’ensemble du personnel. la chambre était parfaitement propre et très jolie. Des bouteilles d’eau filtrée sont à disposition à chaque étage. L’hôtel est à deux pas du centre historique ce qui nous a permis de faire toutes les activités et visiter à pieds. Je retournerai dans cet hôtel à 200%

The staff Spring, Helen, Lilly, Kimmi - were beyond kind and attentive and helpful. They speak English very well, they love and know history of Hoian and gave us so many great suggestions. They do walking tours about history of Hoian for just a tip and the coffee at the hotel Is great. Clean and comfortable. We felt like home there after staying extra 5 days. Highly recommend it.

I had the loveliest stay at Hoianse Hotel. Firstly the atmosphere & attentiveness of the staff are unmatched. Shout out to Spring for the introduction to the hotel and all the fantastic recommendations. I attended the Hoianse Cultural Walk on my second day for free & I couldn't recommend it highly enough. Breakfast is $125,000 dong and they have a lovely selection of western/local options. Affordable for an all you can eat compared to other cafes in the area. Room was exactly as pictured. Comfortable mattress, air conditioning & great sized rooms (not tiny like some other places). Be mindful that shower is in bath so requires adept mobility. Location -> 10 minute walk to the very centre of Ancient Old Town. Perfect in my opinion, situated on quiet street so great for sleeping. Amenities-> clean & as expected. Room cleaned daily too. Wifi. Access to filtered drinking water & unlimited access to tea & coffee. Additional shout out to Helen who made my stay feel like home in a foreign country. Thank you, Spring, Helen, Lily, Kimmy, Anna & Tin.

Helen is the best!

Among of all the hotels 4 that we booked on our 6-day tour in vietnam, this hotel is the best. I regret that we book for only 1 night. I wish we stayed here longer. Room: Homey vibes. Complete complimentary items. I was surprised that there’s a shaving cream free. There’s a complimentary snack i forgot the name but it is a delicacy in HoiAn. There’s also a ginger tea included which is not available on different hotel. There’s also a handwritten letter that welcomed us. Food: We overslept, but Spring & Lily never forgot to save us our breakfast. This includes our favorite Banh mi, banana, dragot fruit, pineapple, passion fruit, yogurt and a passion fruit drink. We are very touch by their service. Staff: Everyone is very accommodating and friendly. Very hospitable even allowed us to check-in early. We really appreciate the service of Helen, Spring, Lily, Kimmi, Anna and Tin! We will be there next year and will spend more nights 💚 From HoiAn with love 🇻🇳💯

The hotel offers excellent value for money, with a wonderful traditional atmosphere and a genuine effort to introduce guests to authentic Hoi An and Vietnamese culture. Unser Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt! Während unserer gesamten Vietnamreise haben wir in keinem anderen Hotel so freundliche, herzliche und engagierte Mitarbeiter erlebt. Das gesamte Team hat sich außergewöhnlich viel Mühe gegeben, damit wir uns wohlfühlen. Besonders schön fanden wir, dass man uns gezeigt hat, wie man traditionellen vietnamesischen Kaffee zubereitet. Außerdem konnten wir für wenig Geld Fahrräder ausleihen und die Umgebung erkunden. Auch nach dem Check-out durften wir weiterhin kostenlos Wasser, Tee und Kaffee nutzen und sogar noch duschen, bevor wir unseren Nachtbus genommen haben – ein Service, der wirklich nicht selbstverständlich ist. Als uns unser erstes Zimmer im Eingangsbereich etwas zu laut war, wurde uns ohne Probleme ein ruhigeres Zimmer angeboten. Diese Hilfsbereitschaft und Flexibilität haben wir sehr geschätzt. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die wunderbare Gastfreundschaft. Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

I felt safe and looked after as a 65 year old woman solo traveler. Spring, Lily, Helen, Kimmi and Anna are the best staff. They are extremely helpful and explained much to me as this is my first visit to Vietnam. A short walk to the river, about 8 minutes. Also the bathroom in my room had a lovely bath which I used for the 6 nights I stayed- heaven after walking all day. The hotel became home.

There was not a single thing I didn’t like about the property. Sincerely the best.

Amazing location, fantastic hospitality and very clean room

Wonderful stay! For the price, this hotel was great value. Clean, spacious room and - two things seldom available anywhere other than deluxe properties - a bathtub and bedside reading lights. Location was super-convenient for the Old Town, while being just far away to avoid crowds. But what really makes this Hoianese hotel is the staff. Spring, Lily, Helen, Kimmi, Anna and Tin all work amazingly hard to provide information about local restaurants, tailor shops and day trips (everything they recommended to me was fantastic), they were always abailable to answer questions and solve problems, and they couldn’t have been friendlier. Having checked my DOB on my passport, they even surprised me with a birthday cake and flowers! I heartily recommend Hoianese Quiet Old Town Hotel.

I wish the hotel had a swimming pool, but it was easy and convenient to use the pool at a nearby venue for a reasonable price.

Helen, Spring, Lily and Kimmi are the best staff members I can imagine! They immediately helped when I got some troubles with my bank card and acted very professional, helpful and friendly at the same time. The staff’s support is from a different level! Location is great, no noise pollution at night time, the best beds I’ve ever had in a hotel and the cleanliness is just excellent.

The hotel is located on a quiet street. The room is cleaned and we had a nice street view. The bathroom was spacious with a bathtub. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel room is not completed dark for sleeping. The AC unit has a bright light which makes it hard to have a dark room for sleeping.

The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was super good. The room was dark, and had good Aircon and good WiFi They give you a lot of information in the hotel about local restaurants and places to go. Everybody was super friendly, thanks to Spring, Anna, Kimmi, lily and Helen.

The shower. It was so uncomfortable to shower. You have to sit down or bend in a weird yoga position to shower. It is super high and is honestly very uncomfortable. Just put a head shower from the top. Also we had an internal window room and we could hear every time someone passed by.

They really make this hotel unique. Lily and Kimmi were our helping hands most of the time, but also Helen, Spring and Tim. We did the Walking Tour, the History Talk, a Cooking Class and got a Scooter through them and enjoyed all of them very much.

Everything about this hotel is spectacular. Perfect location within walking distance of everything. The staff is incredible and so friendly, giving us recommendations for tailors, restaurants, and activities. Special shout-out to Kimmi, Lilly, Spring, Helen, and everyone else we had the pleasure of meeting during our stay.

Absolutely nothing.

A stylish hotel located just perfectly - short walk to Old Quarter, quiet, clean, and next to a great coffee shop. Exceptional facilities include hot tube, hair conditioner and full body mirror. All receptionists were outstanding!! - Lily drove me on her private bike so I will not miss the hotel lecture (highly recommend!) - Spring helped me to decide on my next adventure and handled the transfer to fit my requests! - Helen always welcomed me with a big smile! - Kimmi was attentive to all my requests!

El alojamiento está bien ubicado, cerca del centro pudiendo llegar a pie a 5 minutos. Habitaciones espaciosas y un desayuno local inmejorable. Lo mejor de todo la atención prestada por el personal del hotel. Helen, Spring, Lily y Kimmi hicieron nuestra estancia inolvidable. Nos ayudaron en cada plan que hicimos, sin duda nuestra estancia sin ellas no hubiera sido lo mismo!

We originally booked a room from June 21st to 24th, but we loved it so much that we extended our stay twice and ended up staying until the 27th! Having traveled to 12 countries and stayed in countless hotels, I can confidently say that the customer service and attention to detail here is completely unmatched. The rooms are spotlessly clean, and they offer amazing free coffee 24/7 in the lobby. Spring was wonderful and taught us exactly how to make authentic Vietnamese coffee, which became a favorite daily ritual. Helen is an incredible host and storyteller who beautifully explained the history of Hoi An to us. A massive shoutout to Emma, Lilly, Helen, Spring, Kimmy, Anna and Tin from the night helpline, they were always there to assist us with a smile, no matter what we needed. They even have dedicated day and night WhatsApp helplines that they respond to instantly. Two specific moments truly showed how far they go for their guests: 1. I forgot to book an airport transfer and reached out at the absolute last minute. They arranged a pickup and had a cab ready for us at the airport in precisely 4 minutes. 2. During a rainstorm, some of our clothes blew off the balcony into the backyard. The staff literally went out into the dark with torches at night to search for them and retrieve them. We are incredibly grateful to have chosen this place and to have experienced such genuine warmth, love, and hospitality. If we come back, it will be as much for this hotel and its staff as it is for Hoi An itself. 10/10, highly recommended!

スタッフがほんとに親切丁寧に対応してくれる チェックイン時も外出後も家に帰って来たみたいに笑顔で迎えてくれました バスタブがかわいかった！ 日中は極度の暑がりでエアコンでは物足りず、その様子を見て、部屋に扇風機を用意してくれてた おかげで涼しく、洗濯も乾いて快適に過ごせました チェックアウトのあとに、街を散策し汗だくになったけど、預け荷物引き取りの際に共用シャワーを借りれたことはほんとにありがたかった

洗面台がもう少し明るいとお化粧しやすいと思います 旧市街の入口までしかタクシーで行けません　歩くとホテルから10分ほど　でも膝が痛いし、暑いので前もって調べるべきでした ホテルの周りにも良心的な値段のお店はたくさんありました

What a great hotel. The amazing hospitality starts the minute you arrive. The staff makes you feel welcome and is very eager to share thier knowledge of thier city to ensure you have a good experience. Located just a short walk from the old town, it is just far enough away to escape the crowds when needed. The Rooms were immaculate and the breakfast was great. We were able to park 2 motorcycles out front. I would highly reccommend this place to everyone. Be sure to go see the bamboo circus while in town. Thanks very much to Kimmi and Spring for the wonderful hospitality.

Staff were excellent and attentive, Kimmi provided directions and reccommendations for sites around town and very helpful. Location is perfect to explore, just outside of the busy part of town but only a few minutes to get to the very touristy parts. Room was very comfortable and well stocked, nice view and decor was very unique.

Mùa hè này mình ở tâng 4, nước rất nóng mặc dù mình đã để chế độ lạnh nhất có thể, mong ks có cách xử lý được thì tốt hơn.

From the staff to the room, everything exceeded expectations; I also booked very last minute and was not expecting a lot - this was just amazing. I also went for their history talk and I think this was such a highlight of my overall stay! It was so interesting to learn more about Hoi An and Vietnam, would 100% recommend! Also the place was very quiet which was a nice change from where I previously was!

スタッフの皆さんがとても明るく親切。チェックインの際にホイアン観光について詳しく教えてくれました。 ランドリーも安価で24時間で出来上がります。 部屋はとても清掃が行き届いていて、広さも充分あり、快適でした。小さなバルコニーもあり、開放感もありました。朝食も美味しかったです。冷蔵庫の効きが良かったのも地味に嬉しかった点です。 フロントのSpringさんやHelenさん、すぐに私たちの名前を覚えてくださり気さくに話しかけてくれ、とてもアットホームな雰囲気で、楽しい滞在となりました。どうもありがとうございました。

Es hat mir super gefallen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und engagiert - ganz besonders Lily, Kimmi und Emma. :) Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Altstadt - ich kann mir sehr empfehlen.

Friendly & helpful staff! Went above and beyond to learn our names and help with anything. Great location, on a slightly quieter street but very close to old town. Beautiful room.
