Bao Phuc Hotel

Ottimo Hotel a Cat Ba. Posizione centrale, struttura pulita, ascensore presente. La camera era spaziosa e confortevole. Colazione semplice e molto buona. Il vero punto di forza di questo hotel è la capacità di assisterti in ogni richiesta in particolare tour e spostamenti. Jenny ci ha supportato dall inizio del viaggio, ci ha organizzato la crociera in giornata (con Cat Ba eco tour) consigliatissima, con non troppa gente e itinerario completo. Ha anche organizzato il nostro transfer ad hanoi facendoci venire a prendere direttamente al porto alla fine della crociera.

Arreglamos con la recepción el barco de 2d1n y el traslado a Tam Coc. Pudimos dejar el equipaje en el hotel y nos pasaron a buscar por allí mismo para ambas cosas. La vista desde la habitación era muy linda!

Un detalle, que las toallas sean de microfibra.

Bardzo pomocna i serdeczna managerka Jenny, która załatwiła nam wspaniały rejs po najpiękniejszych zatokach. Dobra lokalizacja hotelu, przy spokojniejszej ulicy, ale blisko do plaż i restauracji.

Niestety czystość nie była na zadowalającym poziomie. Śniadania były mało sycące.

El resto del personal no hablaba inglés por lo que no podía atender muy bien. El desayuno bastante escaso, pero por el precio no estaba mal.

Всё было просто замечательно! Постели большие, бельё чистое, вода горячая)). Чудесная терраса на крыше. Расположение отличное, вроде бы всё рядом, но при этом тихо. Чудесная девушка Дженни знает о своем регионе всё: где поесть, как добраться до Ниньбиня, где взять ленты для шляп)). Огромное спасибо, удачи и процветания!

Có lẽ khách trước khi mình vào có sử dụng thuốc lá nên khi mình check in phòng còn ám mùi thuốc lá rất rõ. Mỗi khi bước vào phòng vẫn còn mùi thuốc lá lưu lại. Hotel nên bố trí thêm thơm phòng để khách hàng có trải nghiệm tốt hơn ạ

La ubicación es perfecta! El personal el muy amable, nos ayudado muchísimo. La habitación es grande, las camas son cómodas y tiene aire acondicionado. Hay ascensor. Las vistas desde la terraza son muy bonitas.

Die Chefin persönlich am Empfang war sehr, sehr freundlich. Wir durften sogar am vor der Zeit einchecken: 10:30 Uhr am Vormittag. Weiter gab es jeden Tag frische Handtücher und eine Flasche Mineralwasser aufs Zimmer.. kann ich nur empfehlen. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker..

L'accueil par Jenny qui est très professionnelle et super efficace pour reserver tout ce que l’on souhaite faire. Le surclassement pour la nuit supplémentaire, encore merci pour cela.

la salle de bain vieillote et pas très propre. Le petit dejeuner dans l’entrée alors qu’un roof top existe mais la cuisine etant en bas cela se comprend.

Staff were great and helped to organise transport/tours. Good location on lake with lovely views and an easy walk into Catba centre. Room clean with fresh towels. Loved the roof terrace for a great view of the lake and to relax in the evening. Overall a great stay

The lake was a bit smelly in places, but that's not the fault of the hotel. Would definitely stay there again

Ubytování je čistě, s nádhernými výhledy, slušnou snídani a skvělými možnostmi - půjčení skútru a zařízení výletu. Recepční Jenny je velmi nápomocna a skvělá, zařídí vše potřebné a lze s ni komunikovat i přes WhatsApp.

Lokace je diskutabilní, nám osobně se nelíbilo centrum města, kdy vše lokální je zničeno novou výstavbou, také je v městě obrovsky masový turismus kdy pláže jsou prakticky k nepoužití, jelikož se zde nachází spousty turistů, převážně asijských turistů. Příště bych asi volil jinou lokalitu. Taktez nám trochu vadilo, že nikdo, kromě Jenny, na hotelu neuměl prakticky anglicky a nikdo nebyl schopen nic zařídit bez Jenny. Dokonce jsme si museli s Jenny volat i v 9 večer, aby ona něco z domova zařídila jelikož recepční na místě to neuměl a nerozuměl nám ani slovo.

Всё понравилось, удобный просторный номер, есть всё для комфортного проживания , в отеле есть лифт, на крыше открытый лаундж с красивым видом на озеро, удобное расположение в шаговой доступности рестораны , кофейни, рынок, до центрального пляжа 15 минут пешком, радушный и отзывчивый персонал, отдельное спасибо Дженни, также в отеле могут организовать экскурсии.

It was totally fine, everything that we needed was there exactly as expected. Jenny was very friendly and helpful, we could also book the day trip boat around Lan Ha bay from the hotel, which was great.

Hôtel plutôt bien situé, avec un personnel sympathique. Il est possible de réserver directement auprès de l’établissement des excursions et des transports, ce qui est très pratique.

À notre arrivée, les draps étaient vraiment sales. Nous avons demandé à les faire changer, mais la deuxième paire n’était malheureusement pas beaucoup plus propre que la première. Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées : nous entendions facilement les voisins ainsi que la télévision, et les couloirs sont également très bruyants avec beaucoup de résonance. Le petit-déjeuner manque aussi de choix, notamment parce qu’il ne s’agit pas d’un buffet.

La chambre était très agréable et propre. On a été très bien accueilli, nous avons pu avoir plein de conseils pour les visites, nous avons pu tout réserver via l'hôtel à des prix avantageux et en toute simplicité. Merci à Jenny qui a fait en sorte que tout se passe bien pour nous.

Very helpful host, very comfortable room, we really liked the roof terrace and the breakfasts were excellent. I left some clothes in the room by mistake and Jenny arranged for them to be given back to me at the ferry terminal on the mainland. She also rented us motorbikes and arranged our bus and cable car tickets to Hanoi

The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well cared for. Jenny was a wonderful host very welcoming, helpful, and always available whenever needed. Booking bay tours through the hotel was also very easy and convenient. I would happily stay here again and strongly recommend Bao Phuc Hotel to anyone visiting Cat Ba!

Jednoduchý hotel, který splní všechno, co je potřeba. Manažerka hotelu zařídí doslova cokoliv, na co si člověk vzpomene.

Es war gut ausgestattet und Jenny sowie Personal waren sehr nett. Die Lage war perfekt - in weniger als 15 Minuten zu Fuß im Zentrum.

Leider war das Bettlaken und die Bettwäsche fleckig, was das Wohlgefühl etwas gesenkt hat.

Personalen var trevlig. Hotellet ligger nära till det mesta.

Tolle Lage und großzügige Zimmergröße. Die Hotelmanagerin ist sehr bemüht, freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Ausstattung ist teilweise veraltet und sollte erneuert werden.

Everything was good during my stay, and I would definitely recommend this place. The service was smooth, and the overall experience met my expectations. One tip: it’s better to book the cruise directly with the hotel rather than arranging it in advance from another city like Hanoi. They offer good prices and quality cruise options, which makes the whole process easier and more convenient.

Отель находится на берегу озера в центре города. Его плюс в том, что проезжая часть улицы с магазинами, ресторанами и прочим находится на другом берегу озера. Поэтому было тихо и спокойно. Гостиница небольшая по размерам, всё есть. Номер хороший, удобный,чистый. Если окна номера выходят на озеро,то вечером очень красивый вид. Недорого. Завтрак небольшой, но хороший. В соседнем здании находится ресторан, скромный и с очень отзывчивым персоналом. Помогли разобраться с местными морепродуктами. Спасибо им за это! Особое спасибо админисиратору отеля Jenny. Профессионал своего дела и просто замечательная девушка. Экскурсии, билеты, переезды - всё делает быстро и хорошо. Молодец! Проживанием остались удовлетворены, рекомендуем.

L'accueil du personnel réactif et toujours souriant, et nous n'oublions pas l'accueil de Jenny. Chambres spacieuses, literie confortable Petit déjeuner correct, manque de choix. Très bon rapport qualité-prix

La nuisance sonore au petit matin, dû à une route de proximité

Bon Emplacement autour du point d’eau et réceptionniste très sympathique.

Nous avons trouvé un cafard dans la chambre et les lits et serviettes étaient sales. De plus, l’hôtel était très bruyant.

Bao Phuc is located on the quieter side of the fishing village lake in Cat Ba town. This area is nice to walk around and has little traffic making the hotel a great place to relax and catch-up on sleep. Nonetheless, the hotel is only a short distance from the centre of town, restaurants and ice cream parlours. Staff are friendly, helpful and available to support with any request. I left my wallet on our arriving bus and one of the team drove me to the depot to collect it - phew! Jenny was on hand from when booking until check-out to make sure we got the most from our stay, including booking a Ha Long Bay boat tour and our onward bus. The hotel itself is clean, and the A/C was effective. There is a lovely view from the room out over the lake, town and hillside. We were also able to hire a bike from the hotel to explore other parts of Cat Ba

Breakfast could have been served later than 9am for those who enjoy a lie-in. Laundry service a little overpriced

Breakfast on the rooftop would be GREAT

This hotel is excellent for its class (2 star hotel), with particular bonus points being it felt very clean, includes breakfast (I had plain omelette, watermelon and white coffee) and had an excellent shower. Everything felt relatively new and the window had a mosquito net. Other bonuses are soft towels, very comfortable bed, kettle and 2 small bottles of water in the room included. Also a mini fridge. The air con was very good! There were various sockets, a kettle, body soap and shampoo. I felt very comfortable and clean after a long boat tour day! The staff are very willing to help, whether it was sorting an electric 'golf cart' to the beach trail walk (fantastic) or a taxi to go to 102 Cat Ba House (surreal/fun). Therefore, thanks to their efficiency, I made the most of my one morning on Cat Ba island. While only 1 person spoke English well, they were all very willing to help and very efficient in resolving any questions or issues. I got this room on the getaway offer, making it particularly excellent value! While I was gifted a deluxe room at a 4* in Hanoi, I actually valued this hotel more. It felt local, efficient, clean, and no-nonsense. I recommend it highly. Turn left putside of the hotel if you're looking for a food place with an English menu.

It would have been nice to have 1-2 tea bags or coffee sachets since they included a kettle. My sheets were very clean and felt great, but occasionally a slight whiff of cigarettes. No toilet roll in the bathroom, though the bedroom has tissues if you don't want to use the toilet douche/hose. However, these were minor issues for me personally.

Good price, in a very central location yet quiet, a nice, comfortable and clean room with a lake view, Jenny is helpful, but…

Very nice place to stay in Cat Ba! The room with the view on the lake was really clean and confortable, the hotel is well situated on the island. Jenny, the host, is very kind and helpful in order to organize tours, motorbike renting or even bus tickets to your next destination. All of that for a very cheap price and a nice included breakfast!

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Im Hotel wird jeder Wunsch erfüllt. Ausflüge, Bike und Weitertransport würden organisiert. Wir empfehlen zu 100 % weiter!

Hele lieve host die echt in alles mee dacht, vooral in welke activiteiten het best zou zijn voor onze tijd en het weer. Verder was deboottour die we hier hgenoekt hadden heel erg mooi en goed verzorgd. De kamer was schoon met een ruime kamer en badkamer.

Everything was great. Easy walk in to town or to the beach but far enough away that it was quiet at night. The breakfast was good. The staff were all very lovely- Jenny was great, helped with buses and tours and anything else I needed. The room was big, the bed was comfortable and the shower was good.

We liked everything, Jenny was super helpful all the time and very kind. Definitely recommend and would go back when in Cat Ba again!

The hotel was situated close enough to the centre and some beaches to be convenient, but not too close to cause noise during the night. The staff was very friendly and help when needed.

The water in the sink leaked, but it didn't cause too much trouble.

Our hostess Jenni, really made our stay comfortable, right from greeting us when we arrived to scooter rentals, delicious breakfasts and arranging transportation for our onward trip! The beds were comfy, room was spacious (complete with a/c, heater, bar fridge, hot shower and great views) everything was great 😃 Then after arranging our seamless trip (no transfers and direct to our hotel) to Ninh Binh, I realized I left behind one piece of luggage, with the passports, computer, etc. Jenni arranged for this to miraculously arrive directly to our hotel within 4 hours of us arriving here. Beautiful! Can't say enough about her and our stay at Bao Phoc...a truly excellent experience!!

Leaving, we didn't like that it was time to go..... We will be back!
