The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is close to a beautiful beach, it was not crowded and preferred by locals. The restaurant in the entrance of the hotel is awesome. The owner was very kind and it was easy to communicate. We got to the hotel by taking ferry from Tuan Chau which had great views of Ha Long Bay and then took a shuttle from the ferry to the city centre, and after our stay returned to Hanoi with the bus the owner of the hotel arranged.

Reservamos habitación estándar con 2 camas. Estaba limpio y el personal era muy amable. Tiene tv con Netflix y aire lo cual se agradece con el calor que hace. Nos cambiaron las toallas todos los días. Desayuno a la carta, nos dieron bananas adicional y contratamos el tour con ellos a buen precio y estuvo muy bien! La zona donde estaba era tranquila pero a 15 min a pie en donde está la zona más céntrica.

El wifi el la habitación funcionaba muy mal. No había agua caliente en varias ocasiones o se acababa muy rápido. No dan toalla de mano. Tampoco hay cortina, lo cual se moja todo el baño h queda así un buen rato. Los colchones son demasiado duros.

L'hôtel est peut être sonore dû à sa construction et son positionnement en bord de route. J'aurais apprécié un mini bar, ou au moins, des bouteilles d'eau dans la chambre à l'arrivée.

Very nice family-run homestay hosted by a soft-spoken man who does everything! The location is perfect if you're looking for a quiet area. It's a 10-15min walk to the center. Our room was big and clean with a good view of the lake. No complaints about the bathroom. Breakfast is basic but with home-cooked meals if you want to stay in for lunch or dinner.

L’hôtel est bien situé, tout juste en retrait de la place la plus populaire de la ville ce qui permet un peu de calme en soirée. Le propriétaire est très disponible et nous a aidé à organiser une visite éclair du parc national alors qu’on pensait devoir oublié l’idée.

The gentleman on the desk was extremely helpful. The hotel was just out of the way of the main strip so we avoided all the awful contriction noise. The rooms were clean and we were able to hire good bikes and arrange sleeper buses for out next stop.

The breakfast menu was very limited.

The host Victor Is the best i Met so far in Vietnam and the location Is great.

This basic homestay for our 1 night was perfect. We chose it because it was a little way out of the main street (about 10 mins walk) where it would have been noisier and there is a lot of construction work going on spoiling the views for the hotels located there. The Anh Nhu hotel is right next to a lake, with good views, quiet, clean and spacious. The owner was great - we messaged ahead of our stay asking if we could book an extra night although we weren't arriving until 7am in the morning, just so we had somewhere to dump our bags, get changed, use the toilet etc before heading out on a day boat trip at 8am. The owner was able to accommodate us to do this, there was a room ready, but he only charged us half the price as we didn't sleep in the bed and literally only used the room as dumping place. When we returned from our day trip, our bags had been moved in the room we had booked. Perfect. The owner also supplied us with decent moped with fuel for cheap price. Can highly recommend using this hotel for a short stay over.

Everything, from the beginning to the end, was perfect. Victor helped us plan our days in Cat Ba, and organized a trip for the same afternoon we arrived. He also helped us with the transfer from Hanoi to Cat Ba. At the very last moment, after our check out time, we asked if it was possible to have a shower and he allowed us to freshen up in the ground floor toilette, which is definitely a life saver after a 4-hour hike. He kindly gave us a couple of extra towels. I’d say Victor and the rest of the staff made our stay special. The breakfast was delicious, too. My partner swears he has never eaten a better vegetables omelette before.

There is nothing we could complain about.

Restaurant im Haus

Super Lage, schöne Aussicht, gute Betten und geräumiges Zimmer. Im Hotel kann man gut weitere Reise planen: z.B. Bus buchen u.ä. Sehr ruhig in der Nacht.

Frühstück könnte etwas besser sein - aber wir haben immer Omlett und Obst bekommen

Victor hat sich um alles gekümmert, war bei Buchungen behilflich und immer freundlich. Im Restaurant konnte man gut essen.

Die Karaoke im ganzen Dorf, auch in der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Sees nervt, aber gegen 22 Uhr war alles meistens ruhig

Everything, the manager who is probably the owner too helped us book the lan ha bay cruise too which was very reasonable, cool and peaceful place.

A jetspray in the toilet would have be a plus.

The owner was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The room was spacious and I really liked the view from my little balcony. I had my breakfast there. Good location.

Victor est très accueillant, il s'est assuré que nous arrivions bien à l'hôtel, a booké la croisière pour nous. Pour le Nouvel An nous avons partagé une collation, et au petit déjeuner nous avons été accueilli comme la famille avec le gâteau traditionnel et une carte de bonne chance ! J'ai pu louer un scooter malgré que tout soit fermé avec le Nouvel An et il a mis le plein dans le scooter gratuitement.

Dans la douche il n'y a que le shampoing, pour le savon il faut traverser tout la salle de bain.
