I would say, i got a really good deal for the price I paid. Fully satisfied with the cleanliness, hygiene and service here at this price point.

Washrooms was bit smelly.

Everything was good and all facilities were provided..

Overall good but current outage may be resolved and water jar may be filled in every hour with proper checking.

Rain water was entering the room through the UPVC windows ! We got our room in 3rd floor & the area became totally wet even after asking the house keeping guy to clean as it was raining continuously !

1. I booked 2 deluxe room but they provided one deluxe room and one double room and said both were deluxe room - scam 2. The toilet flush in double room was broken 3. The deluxe room AC was not working properly - cooling issue 4. Foul smell from both rooms 5. Congested place and small room size

Well mannered staffs, very spacious and clean room and washroom, kettle was available, peaceful location close to Marine drive, rooms available for additional hours at reasonable rate

Mosquitoes were present, mosquito repellent should have been kept in room. Bathroom door was very difficult to close and open. Charging plugs were present only on one side of bed

For two they provided only one towel. When there is no room service, the basic requirements for coffee or tea such as kettle; sache not provided. And the window curtains are not proper which allows the out side lights to creep inside. And more lot many noises in and around the property disturbed a healthy sleep.

Not completely clean. Few things like exhaust fan in bathroom were not working. They offered to share an iron box while calling reception but never gave one.

Some maintanence was going on and whole day the sound of drilling and maintenance was annoying. Could have mentioned about the maintanence prior booking.

The location

The room’s hygiene and air quality were below expectations. The bed linens were not fresh, and there was a noticeable underlying odor. Compounding this, the staff's attempt to mask the smell with heavy air freshener made the environment overwhelming and difficult to breathe in.

The room was kept clean.. The TV was not working.Although it was said that wifi was free, the password was not written anywhere in the room.I didn't go to ask them about it.

Rooms are sufficiently large to accommodate a family. Public transports are easily accessible which make it more attractive. We enjoyed our stay at the Reach hotel. The staff is cooperative.
