Great location with access to everything you need. Clean room and everything working as expected. The staffs and reception are very helpful and cooperative. They accept request to clean room on demand. Really like the stay here. This is my second time and preffered stay.

We got what we paid for... The rooms were very big, very comfortable bed more than anything, the service of the staff was excellent.

I’ve been booking this property everytime i visit Kochi. This was my 4th time staying at this place. The location, the rooms, the rates are all factors that have contributed to the repeat booking

The bed was comfortable. Allowed early check-in without payment as I checked out early. Location is close to Ernakulam South Railway Station.

The location is pretty good, the staffs are very nice. Room was very clean and specious. They kept our luggage also upon request after check out. Very nice experience. Will definitely recommend others.

The flush malfunctioned a bit and a curtain and hangers outside the washroom would have been perfect for changing clothes.

We had originally booked a 5-day stay, but due to an emergency, we had to check out early. Since the booking was made through a third-party website, the cancellation and refund process had to be handled externally. However, the front desk staff was extremely kind, supportive, and helpful throughout the process. He guided us clearly regarding the cancellation request and refund procedure, which truly reflected excellent customer service. The stay itself was very comfortable — the rooms were clean, well-maintained, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job. Overall, a very pleasant experience despite the unexpected situation.

The room was modern and the bed confortable. The AC also worked very good. Another good thing to mention was the availability of cold water all the time.

Two minus points for: 1-The rooms could be more cleaner. There were too much small insects and animals in the room. The floor and the walls were dirty, as no cleaning team was there. 2- The WC was smelling very bad. More specifically the bathroom sink was brown and stinked like it was „shit“ there (sorry for the word), but it smelled very bad.

The hotel is at a very accessible location. The facilities provided are very good for the price. The room was clean and had a lot of space. Will be making the reservation at this property everytime i visit Kochi

Smell of whatever used for cleaning here is terrible. It does fade away but the scent is not good

Had a comfortable stay in reach inn. You just need to scan the QR code to request room services. I had requested housekeeping and they sorted within 5 minutes.All facilities are available.

Particularly the location. Close to marine drive jetty and ernakulam south metro station.

Great hotel for our first week in India. We don't have much to compare to here yet but we felt it was a very good value hotel. Big comfortable bed, great AC and fan, decent wifi with a smart TV. The room was spacious and the bathroom fine with a decent shower and fairly clean. The staff were very helpful and professional with communication before & during the stay and even gave us some tips for our stay. Tea and coffee facilities in the corridor.

The room itself was clean enough overall but there were a few hairs in the bed. The sheets and rest of the room felt clean so maybe these were from housekeeping. The tea and coffee making area could use some more daily attention as they were often under stocked and needed a clean to keep the ants away. The location was fine for us but may be a bit far out of more tourist friendly areas for some people. To visit the fort area we got affordable tuktuks to the ferry port and the ferry is very cheap. There are decent restaurants, supermarket, shopping mall and off license are walking distance or short tuktuk away.

No on site parking. Parking is provided on a separate property. Tea/coffee amneties was not provided in the room but placed in the corridor. Only tea bag and coffee powder was there, no sugar or cream. Toilet seat was broken. Even 4th floor gets lot of mosquitoes at night.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, safe and very reasonable. Manu the Manager, was incredible and went out of his way to help us book all our India train tickets. He recommended excellent local restaurants. The hotel is 1 km from the train which was very handy.

The room was great at the price with a comfortable bed & good internet. I especially liked the owner, who was easy-going and super helpful. The area was local and a bit hectic, but it was easy to get to the fort area in a taxi.

As others have said before, it was rather noisy at times. Noise coming from the other guests. I still give the Reach Inn a 10 out of 10 because I felt very comfortable there!

I had an excellent stay at Reach Inn in Kochi. The room was spotless, the facilities were well‑maintained, and the staff were consistently warm, helpful, and attentive. For the price, the value was outstanding—far better than many hotels in this category. Everything was smooth, comfortable, and hassle‑free. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kochi. Special thanks to Manu at the front desk. He is a superstar!
