Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Excellent Stay with Exceptional Management & Customer Care I stayed at the hotel for 12 days with my family, and the overall experience was truly great. The hotel’s location is very convenient, and the cleanliness is top-notch. What truly made a difference was how the management handled our feedback. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Mr. Saleh Al-Zahrani (Duty Manager) for his extreme professionalism, outstanding attitude, and swift action in resolving an issue we had in the dining area. He handled everything with remarkable leadership, dignity, and care for our family's comfort. Special thanks also to Mr. Majed (F&B Director) and Mr. Mohamed Ali (Executive Chef) for their respectful approach and ensuring everything was made right. I would also like to commend Mr Mohamed Raza ( evening shift restaurant manger ) , Sajed and Siam from housekeeping team for being extremely polite, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Because of this level of professional management and great hospitality, I highly recommend this hotel, and we will definitely consider returning!
