Staff were so friendly and helpful

Sehr schöne Suite mit Blick auf das Meer. Großer privater Whirlpool zum Entspannen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und wirklich hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück am Pool war sehr lecker mit einer tollen Auswahl. Pyrgos ist ein schönes Dorf mit einer guten Auswahl an Restaurants und Bars. Wir möchten gerne wiederkommen.

Für vier Personen war etwas wenig Platz im Schrank, sodass wir einen Teil unserer Kleidung im Koffer lassen mussten.

The property is immaculate, literally so clean and exceptionally maintained. The staff were so kind and attentive. We stayed in the Honeymoon Suite and the view took my breath away. The breakfast & food was also delicious. The hotel is based in a quieter area too which I was so thankful for - away from the crowds.

Petit déjeuner trop simple, trop peu de choix. Pas de possibilité d’avoir une collation le soir. Serveur Stefano extrême lunatique et agacé et ne prends pas le temps avec les clients français de nous de traduire correctement les cartes .

Alles aan deze plek is fantastisch. De plek de locatie en het personeel. Oog voor detail en staan altijd voor je klaar. Als ik een 12 kon geven deed ik dat!

5/5 ⭐️ — A truly perfect stay! Our stay at Alleys All-Suite Hotel Santorini was absolutely perfect from beginning to end. You can truly feel the attention to detail in everything they do. Every member of the staff was incredibly kind, attentive and genuinely happy to help. They listened to all our requests, always had a smile on their faces, and were more than happy to recommend places to visit, restaurants and beautiful spots around Santorini. Their recommendations made our stay even more special. The hotel itself is beautiful, exceptionally clean, peaceful and spacious. We stayed in room 201, which had a hot tub in the room — such a lovely touch! Everything was spotless, including the water, and we especially appreciated the black towels provided for makeup — ladies, you know! ❤️ These little details really show how much thought goes into making guests feel comfortable. The breakfast was varied, fresh and absolutely delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The swimming pool was also perfectly clean and the whole atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing. What impressed us most was not just the beautiful hotel, but the genuine care and attention from the entire team. We felt welcomed, listened to and truly taken care of throughout our stay. Traumhaftes Suiten Hotel mit tollem Frühstück (eine Mischung aus Buffet und à la carte). So freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und toll ausgestattet. Auch der Zimmereigene Whirlpool am Balkon war ein Highlight.

The people who work in this hotel were amazing! Each one of them was so nice and welcoming! The breakfast food was delicious. Not many options but for us it worked out great! The pool was lovely and the overall atmosphere was great. Location wise, if you are with older kids it is amazing and beautiful but not comfortable to be with small/ babies.

We got the residence which is a walk from the main hotel. If we were just my husband and me it could have been amazing, but we came with small children and the path is on the Main Street which can be difficult. Also the bed wasn’t comfortable for us.

Ens hem enamorat de l'illa i gràcies a com ens han cuidat al hotel. Tot està cuidat al màxim detall, habitació impecable, instal•lacions de 10 i el meravellós staff. Agraïr a la Cristina i al seu perfecte español per acollir-nos tant bé! Ens ajudat en tot i més. La Samantha i el Estephan molt amables i encantadors. Els esmorzars deliciosos servits amb molt de gust, truites i pancakes fets al moment. A més podeu passejar pel poble de Pirgos que és preciós i tot sense agafar el cotxe. Ja tenim ganes de tornar!

Hotel był naprawdę super! Pokoje były czyste, a o porządek i higienę bardzo dbano. Personel był niezwykle miły, pomocny i zawsze chętnie służył pomocą. Dużym plusem jest również lokalizacja obiektu — blisko centrum oraz stacji autobusowej, dzięki czemu łatwo można było się wszędzie dostać. Mieliśmy pokój z jacuzzi, co było dodatkowym atutem i zdecydowanie umiliło nam pobyt. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel!

Gym could do with more equipment

Absolutely perfect hotel! Highly recommended. Pyrgos is also a wonderful place — charming, peaceful, and far away from the crowds. Fira is very easily accessible by car, and Oia is just a 30-minute drive away. A great location for exploring the island. A hotel with excellent staff and outstanding service. Highly recommended!

First of all, the service of the reception team led by the amazing Christina and Katerina. They welcomed us with a smile, gave excellent recommendations for viewpoints, restaurants, taverns and entertainment venues, all with love and kindness, and of course gave us a spa gift at their expense to celebrate our personal event. They also helped us with advice on planning when to go where, and simply did their job above and beyond what was expected! Also, Stefanos and the entire bar staff were so nice, courteous and pampering, both at breakfast and with the wonderful service throughout the vacation. Excellent and varied breakfasts, fast and accurate service, pleasant music and an unforgettable atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

An amazing hotel located in one of the most picturesque villages on Santorini. The staff are incredible; welcoming, approachable and informative - they really care for their guests and go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. Special mention to Stephanos and Kristina for being amazing! Apartment was really comfortable with lots of space, amazing views from the top terrace and private car parking. A well maintained, modern, split-level arrangement with lots of space Lovely pool and bar area - Stephanos makes a great cocktail! A wide range of choices at breakfast include eggs, omelettes, pastries, pancakes, salads, fruits etc served in a lovely poolside location. Did I mention the amazing cocktails?

Everything was perfect although we could have done with a full length mirror in our apartment and somewhere to hang wet bathing things but these are minor niggles and didn't affect our stay.

Everything was perfect. The entire staff very nice and friendly. After the Fira-Oia hike i returned 30 later from the breakfast closing time but there it wasn't a problem for them to make one for me, too. Stefanos from the bar is the best! :)

Velmi dobrá snídaně, skvělý a ochotný personál, zejména na recepci. Velké poděkování patří také paní, která se starala o úklid pokojů – její práce byla opravdu nadstandardní. Líbilo se nám i umístění hotelu a blízkost taverny, kam jsme každý den chodili na večeři. Skvělá vířivka, velmi příjemné městečko Pyrgos se skvělou crêperií na náměstí a výbornou restaurací Kastelana s krásným výhledem na město.

Uvítali bychom pestřejší výběr snídaňového bufetu. Pro hosty, kteří se v hotelu zdrží déle než týden, by širší nabídka byla velmi příjemná.

Everything! This was the best surprise of our Greek island hopping. The hotel was perfect - excellent location in the best village on the island, the friendliest staff; who couldn’t do enough to make our stay comfortable, the cleanest rooms and hotel I’ve ever seen and the loveliest pool area. Literally a 10/10 hotel

The original suite I had booked was over 3 floors which I hadn’t realised and didn’t suit us. However the hotel moved us immediately to a great room and didn’t make me feel bad about it.

Excellent and efficient staff. All services are excellent too. Bar, breakfast, lunch and service are very good. Very pleasant and friendly staff. If we visit Santorini again, will stay again. Not too busy but not too far away from important visits and activities.

Unfortunately the air condition equipment malfunction made the stay a little uncomfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful property tucked away in a quiet village of Pyrgos. Staff went above and beyond to make sure we had an excellent stay. The spa room and the massage were so good. Stefan looked after us at breakfast and the pool bar, he even remembered us by name. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Santorini.

Breakfast was exceptional, great choice and eating on the terrace was amazing. Though you can eat indoors if you choose. We asked to change room (only due to personal preference) and they moved us without hesitation or making it feel like we were putting them out.

There was nothing I can say we didn't like. However we did book the Rimidi Suite, which was amazing, 900sq ft, very spacious. However it wasn't practical for us. It was over 3 floors. Ground level was a coffee making area and bed, single warddrobe, no mirror. Bathrom was down steep marble stairs with a turn at the bottom. This for me was an issue as I always need to visit during the night and I felt unsafe. Upstairs from ground level was a lounge area and a terrrace with a jucuzzi. Again these stairs were steep. We were also attending a wedding and all our friends were in the main area of the hotel so we did feel a bit isolated. So based on these aspects we asked if there was availability in the main hotel. The reception staff were so amenable and even asked if they could help in moving us across and asked us to check that the room was to our liking before we moved. Maybe one tiny thing is that the bar shuts at 9pm, it's very quiet and mostly you will be out eating at restaurants anyway so I totally understand why it shuts early.

This hotel is exceptional, the rooms are big, bathroom has everything you need , very good hairdryer, safe, and a hot tub on the balcony. What really makes this hotel special is the staff. The receptionist’s were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble for either of them. The maid was friendly. The service we received from Stefonos in the bar and restaurant was incredible, he really made our stay so special, he remembered our names, our orders, our drinks and was so friendly and helpful.

First and above all, what we loved most was the wonderful staff. From the warm welcome we received upon arrival to the kind and thoughtful messages before we even reached the hotel, they made us feel truly cared for. Kristina and Katerina at the reception were exceptionally friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. We truly enjoyed talking with them, and their warmth, positive energy, and attention to detail made our stay even more special. We would also like to give special thanks to the lovely woman at the spa. She was warm, compassionate, and genuinely sweet. The way she welcomed my mother and gave her such a heartfelt hug was incredibly touching and meant a lot to our family. We would also like to thank the breakfast and lunch staff, who were always welcoming, attentive, and cheerful. Their excellent service added greatly to our overall experience. Thank you all for making our stay so memorable. The hotel itself was wonderful, but it was the people who made our stay truly exceptional. We would be delighted to return in the future. ❤️

המלון הכי טוב שהתארחנו בו אי פעם! הייתה לנו חוויה מושלמת מההתחלה ועד הסוף. הצוות פשוט מדהים – אדיב, מקצועי, שירותי ותמיד עם חיוך ורצון לעזור בכל דבר. החדר היה נקי, מפנק ונעים, וכל פרט במלון היה מתוכנן ברמה הגבוהה ביותר. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מושלמת – טרייה, טעימה, מגוונת ועשירה, מהטובות שאכלנו. השירות יוצא הדופן, היחס האישי והאווירה המיוחדת הפכו את השהות שלנו לבלתי נשכחת. אין ספק שזה אחד המלונות הטובים ביותר שהיינו בהם, ואנחנו ממליצים עליו מכל הלב לכל מי שמחפש חופשה ברמה גבוהה. תודה רבה לכל הצוות על אירוח מושלם. בהחלט נחזור שוב! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

המקלחת לא הייתה טובה, היה זרם חלש פעם מים קרים פעם מים חמים , אחרי שסידרו פתאום המים היו מלוחים והזרם עדיין היה חלש מבאס לשטוף פנים עם מים מלוחים ולצחצח שיניים מבקבוק אבל חוץ מזה הכל היה מושלם

Un séjour absolument exceptionnel ! Nous avions réservé la suite lune de miel avec piscine privée chauffée, et tout a été parfait du début à la fin. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse et d’un professionnalisme remarquables. Le petit-déjeuner à la carte était délicieux chaque matin, le bar de la piscine excellent, et la salle de sport très bien équipée. L’emplacement est également idéal : une agence de location de véhicules se trouve juste en face de l’hôtel, plusieurs excellents restaurants sont accessibles en quelques minutes à pied, et le village est selon nous l’un des meilleurs choix pour séjourner à Santorin. Situé au centre de l’île, il permet de tout visiter facilement tout en offrant de nombreux restaurants, de jolies églises et une vue magnifique sur les couchers de soleil. Un véritable rêve éveillé que nous n’oublierons jamais !

Not much negative for us. It’s a little away from main areas but that’s what we wanted to prevent constant crowds.

Upea hotelli! Huone sekä yleiset tilat ja uima-allasalue olivat erittäin siistit ja viihtyisät. Huone siivottiin päivittäin, ja huoneen oma poreallas oli kiva ja sopivan lämmin. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja auttavaista. Erinomainen, laadukas ja täyttävä aamupala. Sijainti on loistava, kaikki palvelut sijaitsevat lyhyen kävelyetäisyyden päässä.

We had a truly unforgettable stay at this property. We were in one of the private residence which is run by the hotel, about 50 meters from the main building. It was exactly as the photos described. What sets appart this property is the sincerity, attention to detail and hospitable team. Here are a few things that added so much joy to our stay : -The team came out to welcome us upon arrival after picking us up from the airport -We were welcomed with a cold drink and a tour around the property, which we had full access to even staying in one of the outside residences -The beds were very comfortable and the room sound isolated despite being somewhat close to the road -There were sweet decorations added since it was our honeymoon -We received good recommendations for close by restaurants -the included breakfast was lovely with such friendly staff -the local village features many beautiful churches and a castle ; much more to do in walking distance than we expected -we booked a massage at the spa, and it was fantastic We could add much more, but overall highly recommend this booking ! We wish the staff a beautiful season and lots of success.

We were in the honeymoon suite on the top floor. The lights in the jacuzzi never worked even after they were apparently replaced. So I guess never ended up going into the jacuzzi in the evenings which was a shame :(

A perfect vacation in a perfect hotel. Special thanks to the lovely Nicoletta who answered every request with a smile. Also to the kind staff at breakfast by the pool who made the meal an experience, we really enjoyed it. Great location, quiet and at the same time in the center of Pyrgos with great restaurants around.

Services is the most important thing in this hotel. Staffs here are really good at their profession and give us a lot of help.

The breakfast was fantastic and provided a lot of options across our week stay. The location was away from the main tourist towns but there was still a lot to do. Staff were fantastic and helped with dinner and activity recommendations without hesitation.

Nikoleta, Ilia and Nafsika are top gems of the hotel. Breakfast was amazing! Perhaps the reason to give a rating above 5 is professionals like the ones i mentioned. They made sure they went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Ilia is amazing at the massage!

Perhaps one of the strangest, rudest and awkward moment that occur at this hotel after being staying at hotels from last 25 years! The cleaning lady was extremely impolite, bad at her job and we felt threatened by her actions. She didnt clean toilet, didnt make the bed or changed bedsheets even oneday after us living there for 4 day, didnt bring in new drinking glasses, didnt clean the dining table, there were tissues in drawers of the table when we checked in. I can talk alot about how many mistakes but that is not just, when we asked for her to come and clean it properly, she came back screaming at me and my wife. And was perhaps cursing in greek and asked us to tell her what was wrong, when i pointed towards dirty table she was quiet. I complained about her to the hotel but that didnt improve anything on her training or didnt even get an apology from the hotel manager for her behavior. She was so bad that she ruined all the good work by other staff members in the hotel. And it seemed like she didnt care at all.

The outstanding quality of the hotel is the staff. They were there to help in every instance, friendly and very informative on activities etc. The ambience of hotel was very relaxing and tastefully designed.

The only improvement would be to have a better gym. It is functional but basic.
