Nice location away from the most touristic cities and great views. Facilities are quite recent and of good quality, very nice pool too. Staff was very friendly.

Only a few small things to mention that do not meet 5 star rating include lack of space to put clothes in rooms, no towel hangers in bathroom, coffee caps and water supply is limited each day, TVs are not super modern, and breakfast could be better (always same menu) and average quality.

De locatie was echt fantastisch en de kamer was prachtig. Alles was ontzettend schoon en goed verzorgd. De accommodatie had een hele fijne en luxe uitstraling. Ik heb er echt een heerlijk verblijf gehad!

Absolument tout ! Les équipements dans la chambre, les installations de l’hôtel digne d’un 5 étoiles. Le petit déjeuner est bon. Et les membres du personnel sont tous très gentil.

An incredible location. Amazing rooms with your own pool. Everything is amazing. The only thing you might even consider a negative is that guests stick to themselves. It's a very zen place and if you want to meet new people maybe not the best but this is a miniscule point. It's an incredible place.

We would like to say a massive thank you to all the staff at the hotel. You all had been very accommodating and we really enjoyed our stay. From the room, the reception, the spa experience, the breakfast, lunch and dinner it was all amazing and we would definitely be back. Definitely will be memories we will cherish forever.

לקחנו חדר עם בריכה במיוחד ולא נהנו ממנה פעם אחת אפילו המים קפואים! יש רוחות בגלל מיקום המלון על ההר אין חימום לבריכה היה בלתי אפשרי להיכנס והינו באוגוסט !!! חובה חובה לחמם את המים לטמפרטורה סבירה

מלון מקסים. חדרים יפים מאד וגדולים. השירות של הצוות נהדר ממש. הם מסייעים ועוזרים ותמיד באדיבות וחיוך. ארוחת הבוקר טובה מאד. המסעדה במלון מצוינת. באמת אין מילים, היה לנו מושלם. מתאים מאד למי שרוצה וצריך שקט, אינטימיות ורגיעה.

This hotel was amazing. We booked our stay for our honeymoon and have visited Santorini 3 times but this hotel was the best one we have stayed in. From arrival, we were welcomed and given a welcome drink as well as a tour of the hotel. Hotel staff were all extremely friendly and contacting them was extremely easy as they use WhatsApp. We could WhatsApp them anything we needed and they would reply straight away. They are able to book taxis and experiences for you and it was handy to be able to WhatsApp them when we needed a taxi whilst we were out. The room was stunning with the most amazing view. It was cleaned daily and was impeccable. Our room was very spacious with a spacious bathroom and balcony area with seating and the pool. It was so peaceful in the room as well. The room was very private and had no one looking over. The restaurant was also amazing and the food was delicious. We also booked a private meal at the infinity pool which we ended up not being able to do due to the high winds on that night but hotel staff were extremely accommodating and upgraded us to the cave spa private dinner which was amazing. This included food as well as all use of the spa pool and hot tub. Location was also really good. We always stay in Pyrgos as we like it’s quieter village feel, however there are still plenty of bars and restaurants to visit in the main village. We would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay here.

Beautiful hotel, the spa was amazing and the views were exceptional, loved the private pool and the rooms were spacious and clean, very private too. We stayed at this hotel for 7 days, and we would like to highlight the outstanding service. The rooms are simply stunning, and the hotel's restaurant, AKAU, is absolutely delicious. We highly recommend this hotel without hesitation! The service was impeccable from the beginning to the end of our stay. A huge thank you to Hamza, Andonis, and Tanasis, whose kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made our stay truly perfect.

We loved everything. The breakfast is amazing, the personnel is super kind and the view from the hotel is breathtaking.

J’ai passé un séjour absolument exceptionnel dans cet hôtel. Tout était parfait du début à la fin ! La chambre était magnifique, très propre, spacieuse et confortable. L’hôtel est superbe, la piscine est incroyable et le petit-déjeuner était excellent, avec beaucoup de choix et des produits de qualité. L’endroit est aussi très calme et apaisant, idéal pour se détendre et profiter pleinement de ses vacances. Ce qui a vraiment rendu mon séjour inoubliable, c’est le personnel. Toute l’équipe a été d’une gentillesse, d’un professionnalisme et d’une réactivité remarquables. À chaque fois que je souhaitais réserver une activité, un restaurant ou que j’avais la moindre demande, tout était organisé immédiatement. Je n’avais à me soucier de rien, ils se sont occupés de tout avec le sourire. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et sa bienveillance. Grâce à vous, j’ai passé des vacances parfaites. Si je reviens un jour à Santorin, je séjournerai sans hésiter de nouveau dans cet hôtel. Je le recommande les yeux fermés !

Wij waren op huwelijksreis, ik vindt het tegen vallen dat ondanks ik had aangegeven wij daar op huwelijksreis zouden komen en het tijdstip van aankomst, is er geen coulance gehanteerd om de kamer eerder in te kunnen.

Our stay at North Santorini was absolutely amazing and exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was wonderful, and the service from Tasos and Mariam was truly outstanding. The hotel is beautiful in every detail — from the cleanliness, the design, the atmosphere, and the breathtaking view. All the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling. Their warmth, constant communication, and willingness to help made our stay even more special. Every request we had was taken care of within minutes, which shows the high level of service and attention they provide. Our Grand Suite was simply wow and beyond what we expected. The surprise decoration for my husband’s birthday was beautiful, and the attention to the smallest details made the moment unforgettable. We honestly couldn’t ask for a better hotel or better service. Everything was perfect, and we will definitely come back again.,

Our room was planning some maintenance tlc for a 5* hotel in our opinion, some things needed replacing or fixing, private room pools I would have expected to be slightly larger, none of this affected the stay!

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist außergewöhnlich, Pyrgos ist die perfekte Ausgangslage um die Insel zu erkunden. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind magisch. Besonders muss man das Personal und das Frühstück hervorheben!

Teilweise war der Zustand unseres Zimmers abgenutzt. Schranktüren ließen sich nicht schließen, es lief Wasser von der Dusche ins Zimmer und Deckenelemente waren lose.

La situation de l'hôtel est parfaite pour visiter l'île. Le personnel est vraiment très accueillant et bienveillant. La chambre avec jacuzzi est magnifique et le lit très confortable. La salle de sport a de très bons équipements et est climatisée avec tv. Le bar pool est très agréable.nius gardons de magnifiques souvenirs de notre séjour.

Quelques traces de moisissures autour du pommeau de douche et derrière le lavabo. Problème d'étanchéité de la porte de douche, l'eau passe en dessous malgré une porte bien fermée. Deux prises électriques ne fonctionnaient pas. Le petit déjeuner est très bon mais manque de variété. C'est la même carte tous les jours. Ce serait bien d'ajouter 1 plat du jour. Nous n'avons pas testé les prestations du spa, ni mangé au restaurant car vraiment chers pour ce que cela semblait être.

Repetiremos! El servicio super atento, amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudarte. Las habitaciones increíbles, amplias y limpias, con vistas impresionantes desde la terraza y el jacuzzi o piscina calentita. Ubicación muy buena, totalmente tranquilo y silencioso, a 5 minutos caminando del centro de Pyrgos. Fuimos caminando desde el hotel a Fira y Oía (camino precioso a pie bordeando la costa). En cuanto al desayuno, todo delicioso. También probamos el restaurante del hotel, productos de calidad estupenda, que disfrutamos con vistas al atardecer. Por último, agradecer a todo el personal su dedicación y cariño, nos sentimos muy a gusto y cómodos! Deseando volver!

Το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο και πολύ προσεγμένο, ενώ ένα βράδυ δοκιμάσαμε και το σούσι στο δωμάτιο — απλά καταπληκτικό! Η υποδοχή και η φιλοξενία ήταν υποδειγματικές· όλο το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενικό, επαγγελματικό και ταυτόχρονα φιλικό, κάνοντάς μας να νιώσουμε πραγματικά σαν στο σπίτι μας. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον θέλει να ζήσει μια αυθεντική εμπειρία πολυτέλειας και χαλάρωσης στη Σαντορίνη. 🌅✨

Eine sehr sehr saubere Anlage. Das Frühstück war hervorragend sowie das gesamte Team. Die Lage ist Magisch, wir haben uns dort die ganze Zeit über richtig wohl gefühlt !!!

We rented a villa, which was perfect for my wife and I, plus our 17 year old daughter, so she could have her own room. Stunning location in Pyrgos, high up, and you get the view of the island to the north. 5 min walk into the small village also, and some lovely restaurants. Loved the infinity pool and the hot pool, again; lovely to chill, and with the view of the island during the day and as the sunsets, being the island light up. Staff are all extremely friendly and will do anything to accommodate.

Lovely stay for our honeymoon, the staff’s attentiveness to and communication with us were both equally convenient and compassionate. I highly recommend this hotel for the quality of service as a former service/hospitality employee myself. The spa and gym facilities were beautifully maintained and super supportive of our much needed R&R. Parking on site for our rental was readily was available and easily accessible. Please try the wagyu burger and katsu-style chicken sandwich for lunch, trust me. And if you’re into gin - they make an impeccable Hendrick’s lemonade with mastiha for the Balkan flare. However, we experienced 2 minor inconveniences: 1) early check-in does not seem to be a thing here, it took several hours for our room to be turned over and ready (granted we arrived about half an hour prior to normal checkout and it was reportedly a busy logistical day for them, 2) the ants in the room, one night I found a bunch crawling over my shorts on the couch; another night we found a swarm of ants hiding under the coffee machine in the room (however, the staff was super responsive and quick to come and clean out the area for us). These were the only reasons we didn’t give 5 stars across the board. Otherwise, looking forward to coming back to stay in Pyrgos to explore more of the island, efharisto

Amazing hotel, new clean, stunning views and the most friendly staff

Everything was amazing!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. From the from desk worker Georgia who greeted us like she was a family member who was happy to see us to the breath taking views to the amazing food and the incredible ambiance, this hotel has everything. We didn’t have to think for ourselves for once when planning activities or planning on where to go as the staff recommended and booked all our excursions for us. The rooms were spotless and the entire property smelled amazing. We will definitely be coming back as the North Santorini has our hearts.
