エルニドの中心地にあり、どこへ行くにも徒歩で行けてとても便利です。部屋にはエアコンがあり、快適に過ごせました。毎朝5階の屋上レストランで食べた朝食が特に印象的です。メニューのクロワッサンは実物がとても大きく、フィリピン風のガーリックライスの朝食も体験できますが、一番癒やされたのは、目の前に広がる海の景色を眺めながらコーヒーを飲むことです。スタッフも親切で、大満足の宿泊体験でした。また泊まりたいホテルです。

S Resort was genuinely exceptional. The level of service from the staff was unlike almost anywhere we have stayed. If we needed absolutely anything, at any hour of the day, we could simply message the team and they would respond and help almost immediately. They made our entire stay incredibly easy, from arranging airport transportation and having scooters ready for us directly outside the hotel, to helping with local plans and reservations. What really made the stay special was how far the team went for my wife’s birthday. They helped me coordinate a special birthday dinner, beautifully decorated our room as a surprise, and even surprised her with a complimentary birthday cake while the staff sang Happy Birthday to her. At one point I was struggling to communicate with a local restaurant about changing our reservation. Rather than simply giving me their phone number or telling me to try again, a member of the S Resort team actually went to the restaurant in person and sorted it out for me. That probably sums up the service better than anything else I could say. The hotel itself was excellent too: newly renovated, clean, comfortable, in a fantastic central location and extremely convenient for exploring El Nido. But it was the staff who made this stay unforgettable. “Above and beyond” honestly doesn’t feel sufficient. We felt genuinely looked after from the moment we arrived until we left. If we return to El Nido, I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else.

I was sorry to have to level such scathing criticism at them. It is the management—not the staff—at that place that has a huge problem.

Very very disappointed with the place. On this site it gives an impression to be a resort - It's NOT it is a strait forward city hotel. The displayed view from our very expensive like room was mostly rusty metal roofs - makes it close to fake/scam. We went there by car but the hotel has no parking spot it self. We spend 34K pesos for 2 nights and went home very very disappointed - this place is not worth the money

Location newly renovated. Staff is extremely trained and friendly. Reception team is amazing! Plus the star of the building GIGI.

I didn't stay longer

We stayed here with a group of friends this time. Although our rooms were not right next to each other, the hotel did their best to put us on the same floor. The hotel is in the downtown area, and it is very convenient to walk to the main beach and the island hopping tours every morning. You can book tours right at the front desk, and in the morning they even helped us confirm who our tour guide was, which was very reassuring. There were no problems with not being able to find anyone or waiting a long time at the beach. Our room was modern and clean, and the bed was also very comfortable, allowing us to get a good rest after playing outside all day. In the morning, we would go to the rooftop restaurant for breakfast while enjoying the wide sea view. The food choices were not many, but the portions were very sufficient.

We had a great experience here in El Nido at the S Resort. The hotel was located right in the city center and was just renovated with modern rooms. However, what made the experience way better was the customer service from the staff below at the reception desk (James, Carl, and all of their colleagues). Really friendly, knowledgable and overall helpfull together with the (fully vaccinated) saved little stray dog GG, as for Good Girl.

Although the quality of the a la carte breakfast was good we found it a bit too pricy. For us a better priced buffet option would have been great.

Fiquei hospedado no S Resort El Nido e fiquei bastante satisfeito com o quarto. A cama é muito confortável e, como há limpeza diária, o ambiente manteve-se sempre limpo. O espaço dá para abrir duas malas grandes ao mesmo tempo e não atrapalha a estadia em geral. O Wi-Fi funciona bem e o chuveiro no banheiro com separação de área seca e molhada é ótimo. Recomendo para viajantes que planeiam passeios pela cidade.

Requested something romantic for the room and the staff had a dove, petals, and "I love you" written out. They go above and beyond and it was amazing!

Staying right in the town center is very convenient. It is just a few minutes' walk to the main beach and the island hopping departure point, and there are many restaurants and shops nearby. The room is modern and comfortable, and the bed is great to sleep in. The only minor drawback is that the air conditioning was not very cold, but the hotel sent maintenance staff right away to adjust it. Overall, this is a very convenient place to stay for exploring the area.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr gute Lage inmitten des Geschehens. Zwei Minuten zu Fuss zum Hafen an dem die verschiedenen Touren starten. Alles anderes direkt vor der Tür. Zimmer durchschnittlich, wie in einem 4-Sterne Hotel.

Das Frühstück war qualitativ gut, jedoch mehr Auswahl wäre wünschenswert.

I like the place so much but i do love the warmest and friendliest staff ever. Everyone in the reception were very kind and has very positive energy. Especially ate Gillian? Not sure with the name but she was the one who accomodated us upon arrival. I can see she loves her job so much, and really do deserve to be recognised :) also to 2 kuyas, i forgot thwir names, also in the reception and talked to us about GG, we saw them in Nacpan yesterday said it was their day off but they still gave the same positive energy towards us and gave us a quick tour and settle in Nacpan beach resort. Just the ac is not too cold and some power interruptions but totally understandable since it's happening in the whole island, and it's no biggie. Still a nice experience ☺️

The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond. The organised transport to our next hotel for us because the bus was not being used.

Perfectly positioned with lovely personal touches. Gi Gi , the resident pup, was especially welcoming and always up for a belly rub.The beds were super comfy..this felt like a high end stay. Breakfast was adequate and you were able to customise to your taste. Concierge were especially attentive.

Great location, good rooms beds/ameinites, great staff, good price and the best part of all GiGi the hotel doggo. Such a welcoming hotel all around would 1000% stay again… Free gym access included also

Lo staff è super cordiale e premuroso, e offre vari servizi : servizio navetta aereoporto, prenotazione tour, Transfer, massaggi, ecc. camera da letto spaziosa e pulita, piccola chicca : asciugacapelli dyson

Il bagno non era rinnovato, rispetto alla camera da letto c’era una bella differenza. Ho trovato degli insetti (probabilmente salivano su dai sanitari non nuovissimi) ma siamo in un isola tropicale quindi ci può stare. Non ci sono bottiglie d’acqua in camera ma c’è un dispenser di acqua nei corridoi.

C'est vrai que les rues du centre-ville d'El Nido à Buena Suerte sont parfois assez bondées et qu'il y a pas mal de coups de klaxon, mais dès qu'on passe les portes du S resort, on se sent tout de suite dans une bulle de confort hyper relaxante. La déco a beaucoup de cachet et la propreté de la chambre est vraiment excellente pour un pays tropical. On avait réservé une chambre avec vue sur la mer, et le matin en ouvrant les rideaux, on tombait direct sur les dégradés de bleu de la baie, en plus la chambre était super spacieuse ! Même si les rues de la ville peuvent devenir un peu boueuses et encombrées juste après la pluie, il suffit de rentrer à l'hôtel ou de monter au resto sur le toit pour que la vue sur les immenses falaises nous fasse oublier tout le reste. Je vous conseille vraiment de prendre la formule avec petit-déjeuner, c'est un pur bonheur de manger face à la mer !

Avevamo prenotato due camere con vista mare, una per gli adulti e una per i bambini. Il sistema non le aveva messe vicine, ma l’hotel ci ha sistemati in stanze adiacenti senza che dovessimo insistere. Un pensiero che si apprezza. Ogni mattina i bambini si alzavano da soli e andavano a fare colazione sul tetto, con il mare davanti. Non vedevano l’ora di uscire. A casa di solito ci vuole un’ora per tirarli giù dal letto. Qui erano già in piedi prima di noi. La reception ci ha aiutato a organizzare un’escursione tra le isole adatta ai bambini e ci ha consigliato una spiaggia per vedere il tramonto. Avere queste informazioni pronte ci ha tolto la pressione di doverci pensare da soli. Il cane dell’hotel, GG, è diventato una tappa fissa. Ogni volta che i bambini rientravano, la prima cosa era cercarlo. In qualche modo sapere che c’era un cane da salutare li faceva tornare più volentieri.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Albergo moderno, in centro da qui puoi arrivare tranquillamente in altre spiagge. Il ristorante al quinto piano è molto buono 🥰 Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile, purtroppo siamo capitati nella settimana di pioggia molto forte (monsone) però loro sono stati carini e consigliarci alternative da fare

Nel bagno la doccia non era completamente chiusa quindi si allagava facilmente il bagno. Quando hanno fatto la pulizia nonostante avevo buttato le ciabattine perché purtroppo le avevo rovinate non ne hanno messe di nuove

The hotel is very central to everything. It’s 50 meters to the dock where all the tours take place. I love that is very accessible to everything- ATM, resto, tours etc. The facilities are topnotch with Nespresso, stylish SMEG boiler and Dyson blower. Their restaurant at the 5th floor is the only restaurant I loved in El Nido. The staff are very attentive and made excellent recommendations on where and what to do. They also anticipate all your needs making you feel home and taken cared off. Special thanks to all the front desk staff, restaurant staff and housekeeping for their excellent service! Thanks for the thoughtful gesture of giving us bottled water and pineapple cake on our way back to PP.

I didn’t realize they don’t have a pool. However they were so nice to recommend sister hotels in Lio where we can use their pool.

A special thank you to Sky, Jillian, Carl, and James for going above and beyond to make our stay so memorable. Your kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality truly stood out and made us feel right at home. And of course, we can’t forget Gigi the dog! She was such a lovely addition to the experience and always brought a smile to our faces. Seeing her around made every day just that little bit brighter.

The property was very clean and modern. Had everything you need. The mini fridge had drinks in which was complimentary, very kind. Carl is an amazing attribute to the hotel. He made my stay amazing. He was so lovely, kind and so helpful. He really made me feel comfortable being a solo traveller. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much Carl and Team!!!

I loved everything about this hotel in El Nido. We shopped around and were thankful that we booked our ABC tours through the hotel too. We only had time to do A and it was fantastic. The staff were amazing. They truly wanted you to enjoy their home and Gigi was the perfect welcoming committee. I would stay here again and would recommend all of my friends to stay here when in El Nido. A perfect stay.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine au S Resort Hotel et tout s'est très bien passé. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse, la disponibilité et le professionnalisme de toute l'équipe, toujours souriante et prête à aider. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, au cœur d'un quartier animé tout en restant calme et agréable. Il se trouve à deux pas de la mer et du port, ce qui est très pratique pour partir en excursion ou prendre le ferry. La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et bien équipée. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un établissement offrant un très bon rapport qualité/prix, que nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Le seul point à améliorer concerne le ménage, qui est réalisé assez rapidement et pourrait être un peu plus soigné. Cela reste toutefois un détail, car l'ensemble de notre séjour a été très satisfaisant.

I'll explain in order, because that's how I work. Location: 10 out of 10. Two-minute walk to the beach, five to the boat departure point, and restaurants and shops right downstairs. In El Nido, that's a real advantage. Service: 10 out of 10. The receptionist has an energy that's rare in this industry. She doesn't just do her job; she takes care of the guests. That makes a difference. One objective point to consider: the street is noisy until about 10 pm. I'd recommend requesting a room on a higher floor or bringing earplugs. With the window closed, the room is quite quiet.

Front desk staff all a stand out. James Karl and Sky all fabulous always said hello went over and above to help and made up feel at home. Excellent staff. Also Gigi the hotel doggies so sweet and lovely. Fabulous hotel central to everything. Would recommend to anyone. Please let them know if it’s a special occasion they make it so fun. ❤️❤️

The property itself is well maintained. The location is surrounded by great restaurants and shops. A short walk to St. Francis of Assisi Parish Church. The church offers parking space in case you have a rental car. It is safe. Their roof top restaurant has a great view of the ocean & bangkas (fisherman’s boat). The highlight of our stay are the friendly and energetic staffs (Jillian & Carl). In a short period, we really enjoyed their company. My best friend & I opted to hang out at the reception area to chat with these two. We felt we were home with our other friends which we really love and enjoyed. Their hospitality and energy keeps the hotel lively. I highly recommend staying at S hotel and I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I come back with my family. To Jillian & Carl, keep the energy flowing. We love you both!❤️
