Wir haben hier eine sehr entspannte Reise verbracht. Die Lage direkt an dem langen Sandstrand ist einfach großartig. Man geht aus dem Zimmer und steht direkt auf dem feinen Sand, umgeben von schönen Kokospalmen. Am beeindruckendsten war am späten Nachmittag, bei einem kalten Getränk in der Strandbar direkt den fantastischen Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. Im Hintergrund hört man immer das Rauschen der Wellen, was für pure Entspannung sorgt. Unser Zimmer mit privatem Balkon war auch sehr gemütlich. Insgesamt war es ein wunderbarer Urlaub.

We just stayed here for a few days and really enjoyed the warm hospitality from everyone. The front desk staff welcomed us with welcome necklaces when we arrived and effortlessly helped us arrange a day tour. Whenever we walked through the lobby or grabbed a drink by the beach, the staff would always check in on us to see if we needed any other help. The restaurant service was a bit slow during peak dinner hours, but the servers were very polite, so honestly we did not mind at all. It feels really nice to stay at a hotel where the staff genuinely care about the comfort of their guests. We would definitely visit again for the warm hospitality here.

Ficar na primeira fila de Nacpan Beach foi definitivamente o ponto alto desta viagem. Sair do quarto e dar poucos passos para pisar na areia dourada é uma sensação muito boa, e a comida do restaurante do hotel também é de alto nível. A viagem de carro a partir da cidade leva cerca de 40 e poucos minutos, mas considerando a tranquilidade e a paisagem, tudo valeu a pena.

e chose to stay in a sea view room, which had its own private balcony. This was the biggest highlight of our stay this time. The space was very large and comfortable. After going to the beach in the afternoon, the room had a TV and air conditioning, which made it very relaxing. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we slept well every night. The only minor issue was that the Wi-Fi connection was sometimes a bit slow, but this did not affect us much because we spent most of our time offline enjoying the scenery. Overall, the room layout and comfort exceeded our expectations for a beach holiday

The overall wooden minimalist design of the resort blends perfectly with the surrounding natural scenery. Since it is far away from the busy downtown area, it is incredibly quiet all around, and you only hear the sounds of the ocean waves and birds singing in the morning. Just a quick heads-up for anyone planning to stay here though, because it is quite remote, the dining options within walking distance are pretty limited. Most of the time we just ate directly at the hotel's scenic restaurant, but luckily the food was really refined and the cocktails were top-notch.

La nostra bambina di cinque anni è scesa dalla macchina e ha subito tirato la mano verso la spiaggia. Dal bungalow si arriva in pochi passi, e per tornare a fare la doccia si passa davanti al ristorante, comodo per tutti. Il personale ama parlare con i bambini. È stato bello vedere la nostra non fare la timida con gli sconosciuti per una volta. La family room è spaziosa, c’è anche un piccolo giardino. Le doghe sotto il materasso sporgono un po’, la bambina ci ha sbattuto un piede qualche volta. La colazione con vista sul mare ha fatto sì che ogni mattina si alzasse da sola chiedendo di andare a mangiare senza accendere la televisione. Se avete figli, sapete quanto vale una cosa del genere. Al ristorante fanno pizza e pasta, che sono le cose che mangia volentieri. Ci sono anche tanti succhi di frutta. Ci ha semplificato parecchio la vita.

The staff are professional and always smiling. They even decorated our bed for our anniversary.

This is hands-down one of the best beach resorts I have ever visited. The sand is incredibly fine, and the room design and curated offers are marvelous—every detail was meticulously thought out. With its peaceful, relaxing ambience and impeccable staff, it’s an absolute paradise. I love this resort and highly recommend it!

Six of us: me, my husband, two kids, and my parents. We booked two family rooms on the ground floor, which worked out well for my parents, and there’s no elevator in the hotel so the ground floor was the right call. Breakfast facing the sea meant my parents, who are usually early risers anyway, were out walking along the shore before the food was even served. The kids loved the beach. We sat in the free sun loungers while they dug in the sand next to us, and an entire afternoon just went by. That’s what bringing your parents on a trip is supposed to feel like. The beach dogs: mostly friendly, but they do get into fights occasionally. Just keep an eye on the kids and don’t let them provoke the dogs. The staff said you can also go over to the glamping pool area if it bothers you, the dogs don’t tend to go there. The front desk dealt with every transport and logistics question like they were sorting something out for a family member. They also took us to see the turtle release. My mum said it was more moving than anything she’d seen on TV. I agreed.

"We booked mountain view rooms. Right next door is the beach, so we just walked out. Two middle-aged men, no wives, standing at the shore, three seconds of silence, then both of us said at the same time: good call. Sunmai’s wood-fired pizza. I had zero expectations for pizza in the Philippines. It was actually really good. We ordered two. The first round of beers wasn’t very cold, but we asked for ice and glasses and got on fine. The beach dogs are worth a mention. Most of the time they’re just lying in the sun. Occasionally a couple will get into it with each other and make a lot of noise, which can catch you off guard. A few of them are very friendly and will follow you around hoping for food. The free sun loungers for guests, we spent a whole afternoon on them doing absolutely nothing. Can’t remember the last time I did that."

Personnel peu attentionné.

Ma copine voulait aller quelque part où elle n’était jamais allée. On a choisi El Nido. C’est notre hôtel du premier soir en ville qui nous a recommandé de finir le séjour ici à Nacpan, on a réorganisé l’itinéraire sur place, et on ne regrette pas du tout. La lumière du coucher de soleil sur la mer, ce rose orangé, j’ai pris plein de photos de ma copine, mais ma préférée c’est un moment où on ne prenait pas de photos, où on ne disait rien non plus. On regardait juste. Et on a vu sur la plage un dîner aux chandelles installé pour un autre couple. Je ne savais pas que le restaurant proposait ça. Les prix au restaurant sont un peu élevés, mais ils acceptent les cartes. Il y a aussi un distributeur automatique à la réception du glamping si besoin. C’est calme, rien à voir avec l’agitation du centre-ville. C’était exactement ce qu’il fallait pour terminer le voyage. Et on a tous les deux encore envie de revenir. La prochaine fois on espère voir la libération des bébés tortues.

De weg er naartoe is niet goed geasfalteerd en slecht belicht. Je kan dus niet makkelijk zelf het terrein af en op pad. De shuttles die het hotel aanbied naar bijv el nido zijn vrij prijzig. Had wat mij betreft inbegrepen mogen zijn in de hotelprijs want de prijzen liggen al wat hoger dan gemiddeld (ook in het restaurant) . Ook een late checkout is erg prijzig.

While the road to Nacpan Beach is still unpaved and a bit of a bumpy ride, it is absolutely worth the effort. The moment you arrive, you realize you’ve found paradise. The beach is stunning, with pristine sand and clear water—honestly, the most beautiful beach we’ve encountered in our entire Southeast Asia trip.

The hotel is amazing the staff are very warm, welcoming and helpful. The room is great too we love it so much except we hope you got a full body mirror. We appreciate the fact that they have warnings for everything that could cause us discomfort really love that. We travel a lot and this place is one of the few that we want to go back to.

Would be the limited options with food. Especially for us we stayed there the entirety of our stay in el nido we didn’t plan to go elsewhere so would be nice if Sumai can have more food options in the future

The Nacpan beach is really beautiful (second best in El Nido in our view) and the room we booked was very spacious, comfortable, and had good amenities (included coffee, Dyson hairdryer, etc). Other than that, the resort does offer beach chairs but they were busy most of the time (and we had to walk to the more distant ones, which had no restaurant service).

That's not a secret, but the hotel is very, very far from El Nido downtown where basically all tours depart from (including private tours). Contrary to what we imagined, none of the tour agencies will pick you up directly on the hotel/Nacpan beach (it doesn't matter if you book a private tour or not) -- you will have to go to the main beach/port. The average time you will need for that is around 45 minutes per way. There are basically only three ways to get there: by tuc-tuc (which will cost you ~20 dollars per way and fits 02), the resort's shuttle (10 dollars per person per way, and the first one leaves around 8am, which is kind of late if you want to go on an early private tour to avoid crowds), or scooter (if you rent one, which is the cheapest option by far). We ended up spending a lot of time (90 minutes per day) and money (~$200) with transportation because of that, and that definitely was a downside of staying at the resort. If you are not planning to go on any of the tours, that should not be a problem at all, but most of the people that go to El Nido go exactly for that, so this is relevant to consider if that's your case. Also, the resort does offer tours directly on the reception, but we found them to be extremely overpriced (at least 60% more expensive than regular price for the same tours in other places), and you will still need to go to downtown at your own expense if you book with them. It's better to book directly with an agency in downtown. Finally, it is important to know that the resort has no pool of its own (you can use the clamping pool if you want to), and that the restaurant in front of the resort is not exclusive. There are only two options of restaurants close by (the one in front of the resort and the one in Angkla Beach Club).

Je suis venue seule à Nacpan pour quatre nuits, avec un seul objectif : ne rien faire. Le balcon de la chambre côté montagne, avec la lumière douce du matin, j’y ai fait du yoga deux fois. Le soleil se levait doucement sur la montagne et me réchauffait. Le petit-déjeuner est varié, mais après quatre jours consécutifs, le sentiment de nouveauté s’estompe un peu. Le troisième matin ça allait encore, le quatrième je suis allée chercher quelque chose ailleurs. À quelques minutes à pied il y a des petits restos locaux, moins chers et différents. Si vous restez plusieurs jours, essayez d’y aller au moins une fois. Il y a aussi des massages sur la plage, mais c’est un peu à la vue de tous. À noter aussi que les transats gratuits sont juste devant l’hôtel, ceux un peu plus loin appartiennent aux restaurants voisins et nécessitent une consommation. Pour rentrer, la route vers Nacpan dans la dernière partie est vraiment chaotique. La réception m’a aidée à organiser le transfert pour l’aéroport. Honnêtement, après ça on n’a plus trop envie de ressortir.

Zimmer war richtig toll! Richtig groß und modern eingerichtet. Anlage super mit direkter lage am beach. Mitarbeiter alle super freundlich und es gab viele gratis Aktivitäten vom Hotel aus.

We loved the spacious and quiet rooms as well as the beautiful beach. The location is great and there are a lot of small restaurants/ massage places around on the beach.

We ate at the restaurant a few times and service is extremely slow. It took forever to even get a menu and even longer for the rest. We did not eat at the same time since every dish came seperately and the drinks came after the meal. The reception was also unfortunately not helpful in organizing transportation to the town center when the van was not operating. Luckily we had just asked a tricycle driver that drove past for his number earlier that day.

The warm, welcoming and helpful staff, the peaceful location, the beautiful beaches right out the front, the whole atmosphere was pure tranquility, the lush grounds and the room itself was stunning. Also the welcome necklace and departure gift were just adorable. We miss it already and will definitely stay here again next time!

Pricey restaurant, but reasonably good quality. Only a small pool available in the Nacpan Glaping. Road in to the resort is extremely bumpy and you can only get a tuk tuk home. Transfers to El Nido are also quite pricey, especially if travelling with kids.

We loved the location. Literally a few steps from the beautiful beach. The property is lovely and new, and the rooms very nicely presented. The staff were lovely and the we had a fantastic chicken burger for dinner at the restaurant which is on site. It was great to have the beach loungers available too. The addition of the Grounded coffee truck was an added bonus!

Probably the only thing I would say is that we had a garden room, and even though we didn't really have time to spend out there, it isn't the most well kept garden. But honestly, that didn't impact our stay at all. We would definitely go back.

Ett helt fantastiskt hotell! Trevlig inledning på vistelsen var att få ett handgjort snäackhalsband runt halsen vid incheckningen! Rummen är finare än på bilderna, och det fanns en massa snacks och dricka på rummet som de bjöd på och läget på Nacpanstranden var oslagbart. Faciliteter som pool, gym och restaurang delades. Efter tre nätter flyttade vi till systerhotellet; glampingen. Perfekt upplägg som rekommenderas!

Restaurangen på stranden var vacker med god mat och frukost. MEN de hade lite svårt med beställningar och logistiken. Tråkigt att vi exempelvis vid första middagen fick maten med en timmas mellanrum.

Staff were very nice and the room was amazing.

The main issue we had with our stay was dinner, the time we had to wait to be served was quite long to the point we had to wave down a server for a menu and to make our order.

Es riecht bei jeder Dusche nach Abfluss. Von der Bettwäsche hat alles gejuckt. Die Frau an der Rezeption konnte nicht so gut englisch wie andere Einheimische auf den ganzen Philippinen. Die Lage am Nacpan Beach ist toll aber von der Stadt 50 min weg. Die Straße zum Hotel ist eine Katastrophe, da fragt man sich, warum die 5 Sterne Hotels nach all den Jahren kein Geld in eine vernünftige Straße investieren können.

The gym, the pool and the room was brilliant We got lucky that we got to see baby turtles go into the ocean. Because we spotted everyone running over (they were suppose to let us know) Menu was good also, good variety)

Stray dogs is an issue, on the beach our first day I counted on our section 10+ dogs (in heat.. some scene) I understand the resort can’t do anything on a public beach. But when we are eating there are three / four dogs begging. Nothing was done about it with stray cats in the restaurant. Hygiene was a concern for me. We stayed on the top floor, flocks of birds stay on the roof above the door, so it smells of bird and bird poo. Which was directly below the clean water dispenser. At night all you can hear are the birds. I went to order a drink outside the white stand on the beach, and walked and sliced my big toe on a metal stump which was fun… Staff in the restaurant seem to be working hard but we would have to wait 10/15 minutes to get a menu or to be served ( we would have to ask someone)

TOUT, la chambre extrêmement propre, spacieuse et lumineuse. Le personnel est très accueillant et à l’écoute de toute nos demandes. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans ce Resort. La plus belle plage d’El Nido se trouve ici (Nacpan Beach) où nous y avons un accès privé avec les transats bien sûr. La ville et le port d’El Nido se trouve à 30mn en van. L’hôtel y est un peu loin, mais ce n’est pas dérangeant bien au contraire car il y a énormément de monde au centre. Un van est disponible toutes les heures pour se rendre au centre ville et nous récupère à 17h30-18h00 moyennant un supplément qui est raisonnable. À refaire encore et encore. MERCI pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse ainsi que pour les petits cadeau reçu à l’arrivée et au départ. Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermé.

Das Hotel ist gut besucht, aber in meinem Zimmer habe ich kaum etwas von den Nachbarn gehört. Der kleine Kühlschrank im Zimmer ist richtig kalt, was in der tropischen Hitze so wichtig ist. Ich empfehle die private Bootstour; man wird zwar in die Stadt gefahren, aber das Hotel organisiert alles perfekt für dich!

Il ristorante è proprio davanti all'hotel e, anche se non è vivace come il centro città, non manca nulla. Si viene qui per rilassarsi completamente! Spero di tornare presto e magari vedere le piccole tartarughe marine!

The facilities and beach itself made a great honeymoon experience for my wife and me. Totally recommended. Saw reviews saying that the prices of the restaurant were expensive but as soon as you try their food you realize the reason why but still compared to “famous or popular” restaurants in El Nido, they are well positioned in terms of prices. And also saw reviews saying that getting to the hotel is complicated due to the condition of the road but that’s not on the hotel side, that responsibility belongs to the government and municipality.

The only thing that we didn’t like was the speed of the waitress because they were talking and not paying attention to the tables or the beach beds. But as soon as they arrived, everything was good

Je suis venue avec mes parents et ils ont adoré le lit. Ce n'est pas un matelas bon marché et mou ; on ne se réveille pas avec un mal de dos. La chambre est très lumineuse avec de grandes fenêtres offrant une vue magnifique sur la mer. Bien qu'il n'y ait pas d'ascenseur, le personnel aide à porter les bagages. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de magasins aux alentours, donc à moins d'apporter vos propres provisions, vous mangerez principalement au restaurant de l'hôtel.

Kanskje misvisende å skrive dette under noe man misliker ved stedet. Men denne plassen ligger avsides til. Er ikke mye å gjøre utenom dette stedet. Veien til stedet må det gjøres noe med. Og dette er en plass for mennesker som reiser ilag, og definitivt par. Ikke en plass jeg vil anbefale for de som reiser alene.

Dieses Hotel ist wahrscheinlich das am besten ausgestattete in Nacpan: Es gibt ein Restaurant, einen Pool und sogar einen einfachen Fitnessraum. Auf dem Balkon gibt es spezielle Ständer zum Trocknen von Badeanzügen – ein kleines Detail, das für Inselbesucher Gold wert ist. Der Shuttle-Service ist pünktlich. Auch wenn die Straße den Hintern auf die Probe stellt, fährt der Fahrer sehr sicher.

I had the most pleasant stay at Napcan Beach Hotel. The rooms are very modern and comfortable, the whole complex is nice and neat. The beach section, where the hotel is located, is absolutely stunning and when I walked down the beach I was completely by myself every so often. What made the stay even more special was the super caring and friendly staff. They took care of everything super quickly, helped me planning trips and were overall very caring. Since I was traveling alone it really made me feel welcome and safe. Especially April from the reception was super sweet and attentive.

The Restaurant was great. The staff was wonderful, very engaged and knowledgeable. The ocean views were great, The beach/ocean was clean and very lovely. Not many people, had the beach to ourselves most of the time. If you want to visit El Nido and you don't like the downtown crowds, but still be close enough to take the tours from a low key place. This is perfect.

The road into the property was terrible. The signage into the property could be improved. Our driver spent an hour finding the place, and after we got there , we had trouble finding the office.

Jeg synes ikke service var god nok iforhold til hvad hotellet kostede. Jeg fik fx også madforgiftning, og da min kæreste bad om 1 banan til mig, tog de betaling for den, hvilket jeg principielt bare synes er dårlig service, lige gyldig pris.

Many people say the sandflies at Nacpan are terrifying, but the hotel thoughtfully provides repellent in the rooms—be sure to use it! The indoor areas are kept very clean; we stayed for three nights and barely saw a mosquito. The A/C is so strong you'll need the thick blanket to sleep, which is paradise for someone like me who hates the heat. If you care about cleanliness and bugs, this is much better than the tent area.

Fantastic beach. There’s sometimes possibility to see the release the baby turtles 🫶

Peaceful and near other beaches like Vanilla and Lio both beautiful to see. Also yoga on the beach ! Plus very cheap and professional massages.
