ナクパンビーチの近くにある、とても静かでリラックスした雰囲気の場所です。ビーチがとても広いため、観光客が多くて混雑していると感じることもなく、比較的とても静かで、のんびりリラックスした時間を過ごすことができます。部屋のプライバシーも十分に確保されており、テラスでゆっくり休むことができます。スタッフの対応も親切で心地よかったです。インターネットの接続も問題ありませんでした。

部屋は清潔ですし、古さもなくとても綺麗でした。目の前がビーチなので、レストランからの眺めもよいですし、施設自体には満足です。レストランでの食事もおいしかったです。スタッフの方も感じがとてもよく、気持ちよく過ごせました。

レストランが1つしかないところ。あと、目の前の海が滞在時たまたまなのか、いつもなのかは分かりませんが、波が高くて泳ぎにくく、ちょっと怖かったのです。なので、別のシュノーケリングツアーに申し込んで行きました。シュノーケリングなどをしたい方はツアーで行かれることをお勧めします。

Wir haben hier ein paar sehr ruhige und entspannte Tage verbracht und es sehr genossen. Die direkte Lage am Strand ist einfach fantastisch, unsere Villa war sehr geräumig und bot viel Privatsphäre. Besonders gut hat uns die moderne Ausstattung gefallen, wie der große Fernseher und der gemütliche Wohnbereich mit Sofa im Erdgeschoss, und auch das WLAN funktionierte problemlos. Den Tag mit einem Frühstück am Meer zu beginnen und dann nur schwer Abschied zu nehmen, machte diesen Aufenthalt insgesamt zu einer großartigen und erholsamen Erfahrung.

We spent our last vacation here and really liked being so close to the beach. Walking straight from our villa onto the golden sand made morning walks super easy. The whole area felt very private and quiet, far away from the busy downtown. Our double room was a small single-story wooden cabin, but it had a comfortable private terrace to sit outside. We basically stayed at the resort for all our meals and to relax, and there was also a pool and a gym we could use. Overall, it is a very peaceful and nice seaside getaway. Just a reminder that when we checked in, there was construction going on next door which was a bit noisy during the day.

From the moment we arrived, the team was very eager to help. The front desk staff checked us in smoothly and helped with our luggage, and we could also contact them via WhatsApp if we needed any help. The service at the restaurant and all around the resort felt very warm and welcoming without being pushy. Everyone we met seemed genuinely happy to help during our stay. The only small downside was that when it was busy in the afternoon, ordering a drink at the beach bar took a bit longer than expected, but the staff were very polite so we did not mind much, and later we just had dinner sent to our room. Overall, the hospitality here really stands out and made us feel very well taken care of throughout our trip.

We stayed in Duplex Villa 10 for one week. Overall, the villa is very nice and comfortable. There is a toilet on both floors, a nice bathroom, good coffee, and comfortable beds and pillows. The beach is huge and beautiful. The restaurant is also very good, with delicious food and a great variety of choices. If the weather is not suitable for the beach, the hotel also has a spa and a swimming pool. The staff at both the hotel and the restaurant are extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. Special thanks to Alvin, who helped us a lot during our stay and was always willing to assist. He definitely made our stay more pleasant.

The main downside is the poor soundproofing. On our first night, we had some noisy neighbors and it was not very pleasant. I think this is something the hotel could pay more attention to and improve. For two people, I would personally consider one of the single-storey villas, as they seem more private and cozy. Another significant downside is the internet, which was very poor. We also had a local Philippine SIM card for mobile internet, but unfortunately there was practically no mobile signal throughout the whole area, including the entire beach. There are quite a lot of dogs around the area, and there were also many small biting insects on the beach, which bit us quite a lot and was definitely unpleasant.

El camino hacia el hotel, esta descuidado, huele mal por los manglares, y está lejos del pueblo (ElNido) no hay nada cerca .. Las villas no tienen vistas, y están metidas con lo que hay muchos mosquitos . Y no hay ocio nocturno ni nada por hacer a partir de las 20 hs.

Situado al lado de una playa, muy bonita. La villa era muy cómoda con todo lo necesario. El personal muy atento a todo lo que necesitábamos. Nos ayudaron con los traslados.

Absolutely wonderful property! Frond desk amazingly nice!

As constructive feedback, I think the restaurant team could benefit from some additional training, particularly in communication and attention to detail. The service felt a little uncoordinated at times. We were given the menu to choose from, but afterwards were informed that almost half of the menu was unavailable. There were also a few misunderstandings with orders and clearing plates. The dessert, pizza and pasta were excellent! However, the Filipino dishes were disappointing…. The burger, which was far below the standard we expected. Honestly, it was difficult to understand how it could be served in that condition. Sadly, no one asked us how we found the food, which would have been a good opportunity to receive feedback directly. There is definitely potential, but better communication, staff training and consistency would make a big difference to the overall experience.

All was perfect

Ho passato qualche giorno in Palawan risalendo da sud verso nord, e alla fine ho prenotato la villa. Avevo bisogno di un modo dignitoso per concludere il viaggio. Il WiFi in camera funzionava, ma sulla spiaggia il segnale era quasi assente. In realtà andava benissimo così. Ho chiesto in prestito un libro alla reception e sono rimasto lì un bel po’. Il letto era comodissimo. L’aria condizionata silenziosa e potente. C’era anche un asciugacapelli e un bidet automatico, cose che non avevo trovato nelle sistemazioni precedenti del viaggio. La reception ha organizzato il transfer per l’aeroporto. Un finale davvero piacevole.

La villa donne directement sur le sable de Nacpan. Dix pas et on est dans l’eau. Après la baignade, douche rapide, café préparé dans la chambre, et on s’installe sur la terrasse à attendre le coucher du soleil. Ce moment, sortir de la mer, sentir la propreté sur la peau, tenir un café chaud, c’est l’un de mes meilleurs souvenirs du voyage. Il n’y a pas de piscine du côté villas, il faut aller dans la zone glamping, ce qui demande un peu de marche. Mais la mer est là devant, donc j’y allais directement. Le personnel a organisé une excursion en bateau pour moi. Le trajet jusqu’à la ville prend environ cinquante minutes, mais la compagnie de bateaux qu’ils recommandent, H Hospitality Travel and Tours, était vraiment bien. Je suis très satisfaite de ce qu’ils ont arrangé.

The facilities and scenery here are definitely worth five stars. The only downside is probably the transport, since the road conditions coming from downtown aren't great, especially the last few kilometers which have a lot of potholes during the rainy season. But the moment you step into the villa property, the unbeatable ocean view and top-tier service make you feel like all that travel was completely worth it.

Very peaceful and clean place. The villa were I stayed was huge and the bed was very comfortable. The beach was pristine and makes for a good morning jog/walk. Staff were lovely and the kindest.

The last hundred or so meters to the resort was very narrow and unpaved with a lot of potholes. The rain from previous days made it worse. I think it's a public road (I'm not sure). It adds to the charm though just prepare for a short bumpy ride. 😉

It’s nice beachfront resort.

The resort suffers from a complete lack of mobile signal, making it impossible to receive calls or essential bank OTPs. While Wi-Fi is available within the resort grounds, there is zero connectivity once you step outside. This is a significant concern, as it creates not only a communication barrier but also a serious safety risk particularly for travelers with young children or seniors who may need call each other or need assistance in an emergency outside of resort.

Sehr schönes Villaappartment. Ruhig gelegen, viel Raum auf 40m². Strand war sehr gross und sauber. Personal reinigte täglich. Wer abseits des ganzen tourismustrubel entspannen möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

Die Villa war toll, nur ein paar Mängel. Elektrische WC Sitze waren defekt, ständiger Geruch in einem WC, nur 3 Frühstücksoptionen...American, Filippino oder English Breakfast. Kaffee oder Saft. Bei dem Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet. Frühstücksgerichte fand ich nicht als lecker, zuletzt aßen wir nur noch Früchte und Cappuccino. Leider sind in der Region nicht viele Restaurants. Darum wohl auch die teure Preisgestaltung. Die ständig herumlaufenden Hunde, welche auch permanent bettelten und in der Nacht ab und zu bellten waren schon etwas nervig. Etwa 25km bis nach El Nido entfernt, war schon etwas teuer gefahren zu werden.

Overall it was a good experience. Amazing room and comfort. They provide everything. We had a very warm welcome. Area itself is quite. Good place to end the vacation.

its far away from everywhere. The area is literally dead after 6pm. There isnt any single market. Only 2 restaurant is open after 6pm and the quality is bad. There are too many dogs around however so far they were harmless. You can be bored easily since there is nothing to do. In addition there is no signal only in the hotel wifi.

Six of us, two large villas. Everyone had their own space. That’s the most important thing when you travel with parents. The villas are on two floors. The downstairs sofa is very comfortable and we ended up spending most of our time there. Luggage doesn’t need to go upstairs, and the bathroom is on the ground floor too. There’s also a toilet on the second floor, which seemed strange at first, but after coming back from the beach we realised why that design makes sense. One villa had two large double beds on the second floor, the other had one big bed. Opening the curtains in the morning and having sunlight come in was a good way to start the day. The restaurant furniture didn’t quite match the feel of the villas. The chairs and tables were a mix of different styles. But for El Nido, the food was genuinely one of the better meals we had.

The wooden interior design is very tasteful and cozy. It makes you feel at home.

No banheiro, há uma garrafa de água cortesia ao lado da pia para a higiene matinal. A roupa de cama é de excelente qualidade; pela manhã, não havia o menor estímulo para levantar e ir ao restaurante, especialmente considerando que é preciso caminhar um pouco até lá. Vestimos os trajes de banho após o café da manhã e fomos desfrutar da piscina na área do glamping. A equipe, de forma muito atenciosa, ofereceu toalhas de praia antes mesmo que pedíssemos. Ao retornarmos, notamos que o terraço dispunha de varais de secagem — um detalhe prático e conveniente que raramente se encontra em hotéis de praia. Aqui, percebe-se que cada detalhe foi planejado."

The villa has a WhatsApp group. Any question, just message, and the staff respond quickly. You can also order food to the room through it. The whole stay ran very smoothly. Check-in was fast, just a short wait while they carried our bags from the drop-off point through the beach, which is no small thing for them. When we got into the room the TV already had our names on it, which was a nice touch. The bed was comfortable, bedside lights on both sides. The bungalow rooms are small so there’s no desk inside. If you need to work, the restaurant is the only option, but it’s a walk. The bathroom has an automatic washlet. Hot water was sometimes lukewarm, but in this weather it didn’t bother me much. Every day started with the sea and ended with the sea. Hard to complain about that.

Stable WiFi even in this remote location. I could relax without any inconvenience.

Possibly the worse roads in EVER. How somewhere so nice can have such a bad road I do not know.

Willę bardzo dobrze wyposażone i czyste. Obsługa miła i bardzo pomocna. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko plaża oraz lokalne restauracje. Jedyny minus to droga dojazdowa do obiektu. Jechaliśmy na miejsce skuterem i ostatnie 0,5 km drogi to mekka. Droga piaszczysta i z koleinami. Jeżeli jest ładna pogoda to nie ma aż takiego problemu z dojazdem jednak gdy popada deszcz dojazd jest wręcz niemożliwy.

I like that the staff are very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. They respond quickly and very patient in answering our inquiries.

I just don't like the fact that I have to enter a farther entrance.

Obviously being next to a quiet, beautiful beach. The staff were friendly and willing to help with a smile. If you don’t want the noise of El Nido or being next to the night life. This spot is only 20-30 minutes away from El Nido and well worth the drive if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation.

Can’t think of any negatives.

Ce qu’on appelle villa ici est un peu différent de ce qu’on imagine. C’est plutôt un petit chalet en bois, et la chambre est plus petite qu’on ne le pensait. Mais le coucher de soleil ici est vraiment beau. On a pris quelques photos ensemble, puis on a juste regardé en silence. Je crois qu’on voulait tous les deux rester dans ce moment. Et puis il y a les tortues. La zone de conservation est juste là, et les lâchers ont lieu la nuit. Si on n’avait pas séjourné ici, on n’aurait presque aucune chance d’y assister, à moins de dormir sur la plage. Un petit détail : le restaurant ne sert pas d’eau d’office, il faut en acheter ou ramener celle de la chambre. Si on l’avait su plus tôt ça aurait été plus simple, vu la distance entre la chambre et le restaurant.

De gastvrijheid van het personeel en vooral de dame in de lobby. Onze villa was van alle gemakken voorzien en de ligging is fantastisch. Ik heb geen foto's van de villa zelf alleen vanaf de patio van de villa. We hebben wel een filmpje maar dat kan niet gedeeld worden helaas.

Het enige minpuntje is het laatste stukje ernaar toe is een zeer hobbelige zandweg met kuilen in de weg. Ik denk dat een laag asfalt wonderen zou doen.

The villas were clean and nicely decorated

To get up here to this property the street is horrible. One night they couldn’t accommodate us a shuttle back it was early at 7 pm and they told us to take a “tuk tuk”. It was so scary, it was so dark, we are with some random guy, his motorcycle felt like it make not make it through the bad roads and he got lost where I had to help him dig out the motorcycle from the road. As a women in a different country to be put in this situation was a terrifying. I told the staff at the hotel this was unacceptable but nothing was really done. To get to our villa once at the lobby you gotta walk through 2 other Lobbies. Through sand, it was just such a bad entrance. No one ever did a tour with us about the hotel. We didn’t know where to get towels, where the pool was, where the spa is and how does it work. They didn’t give us restaurant hours and it was just really bad communication. Will never stay here again.

The staff and crew were great. They were really friendly and polite. The white sand beach was nice and ocean water was super clear and clean!

Outrageously loud music ongoing even past 4:30am. So loud perhaps it could be heard in Manila. Bed bouncing loud. Aggressive Stray dogs by the dozens. Everywhere! Witnessed 2 people get bitten. I do not recommend this resort to anybody. Extremely disappointed and angry

Sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal . Zum wunderschönen Nacpan Beach sind es nur ein paar Schritte. Die Sauberkeit des Bungalows war top. Und die Einrichtung sehr hochwertig.

Die Bungalows sind sehr klein und es gibt im Zimmer kaum Ablagefläche! Was aber nicht dramatisch ist. Als einzigen wirklichen Negativpunkt , ist das Essen was miserabel ( ausser der Pizza) ist.

La plage magnifique la villa parfaite avec tous à l’intérieur le seul bémol pas d’eau chaude dans la douche. Le personnel est au petit soin à l’écoute

Le petit dej du restaurant, c’est un buffet bcp trop cher et il n’y a pas grand chose les jus ne sont pas dignes des jus servis en journée par ce même restaurant (mais pas inclus dans le petit dej) je trouve aussi qu’il n’y a pas assez de navettes pour se rendre en ville et elles sont payantes. L’hôtel est très excentré du centre (environ 45 min) et nous avons fait une excursion en privatif on avait demandé à l’hôtel leur prix en privatifs et les prix étaient exorbitants plus de 2 fois plus cher qu’en ville. Du coup on a fait par nous même.

The hotel staff are amazing and made our stay very comfortable. Special thanks to Alvin and Merla who were so responsive and so kind to us.

Limited choices of food at the restaurant so for a long stay it was a bit too limited. The location although very beautiful is far from down town. Al Vendors at the beach kept on trying to sell us pearls and kept on coming back Many times despite “no thanks”. It was a bit annoying when all you wish is to be left alone to enjoy the beach.

The property was beautiful, directly on the beach, with stunning sunset views. True to the pictures. Very well maintainef. Beautiful vegetation, too. The staff is very kind and helpful and arranged a very cute set-up for my partner’s birthday.

Only one negative: the walls are very thin and you can hear the neighbors very well (ours was snoring…). However, the staff was really helpful and did their best to compensate for the inconvenience.

Location, location, location! Beach front location bordering on a wide beach of white powdery sand and turquoise sea. The staff were awesome and went out of their way to ensure we had a great holiday. We were woken just before 6am to watch the resort release 60-70 newly hatched sea turtles - a sight to be remembered. The resort supports conservation efforts and community projects, funding turtle hatchery and desexing the local dog population - both worthwhile causes.

Nothing other than i wish we had stayed longer

Gode små hytter lige ved den smukke strand. Rart med lille veranda foran hytten. Alt i hytten var af god kvalitet og service var helt i top. Professionelt, venligt og meget opmærksomt receptions- og housekeeping personale. Bonus at vi to dage i træk så små nyudklækkede havskildpadder komme i havet, det var en ny stor oplevelse for både børn og voksne.

Restauranten var rigtig god men dyr. Der er få andre restauranter i området og det mærker man på priserne. Vejen dertil er meget bumlet og støvet.

Die Villas sind sehr schön in einer tollen und gepflegten Gartenanlage direkt am Nacpan Beach. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und leistet hervorragend Service. Ein Highlight war für uns die Auswilderung von 60 Baby-Meeresschildkröten aus dem eigenen Schutzreservoir. Der Strand ist sehr schön und riesig.

In der Villaablage gibt es leider kein eigenes Restaurant und auch keine Bar oder Ähnliches. Hierzu muss man ins Benachbarte Restaurant welches gemeinsam mit dem Hotel und dem Glamping geteilt wird. Das dortige Frühstücksbuffet war allerdings sehr schlecht und in Anbetracht der Qualität und der Auswahl zu teuer. Auch das Abendessen konnte uns verglichen mit den vielen anderen Lokalen, die wir auf den Philippinen besucht haben, leider überhaupt nicht überzeugen. Die Holzofen Pizza schmeckt zwar gut, ist aber wie die meisten anderen Gerichte teuer.

Tolle Lage an einem der schönsten Strände der Philippinen. Hagel und das gesamte Team sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Entspannung pur. Das abendliche Ritual kleine Schildkröten auf den neuen Lebensabschnitt freizugeben, wird durch eine ganz besondere Stimmung zum Sonnenuntergang begleitet. Danke, dass wir diese Momente erleben durften.

Tout c’était magnifique, le personnel était au petit soin, très gentil et serviable, les chambres étaient magnifiques et modernes, et la plage de l’hôtel est juste splendide je recommande

Un peu excentré du centre

Die Kaffeemaschine und das Soundsystem im Zimmer sind sehr hochwertig. Ich liebe das Lichtdesign in der Villa; wenn man morgens die Vorhänge öffnet und das Sonnenlicht auf das Bett fällt, ist es einfach wunderschön. Das Personal ist herzlich, aber niemals aufdringlich. Wenn Sie entschleunigen möchten, ist dies die beste Wahl in El Nido.

I like the experience with the turtles, also enjoyed the breakfast and the room was comfortable. The staff was all very friendly.

I was not satisfied with the facilities in the other area, particularly the need to walk through the sand to access the breakfast area, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the room featured a very modern toilet seat; however, it was not functioning properly, which was disappointing. We also attempted to organise a private boat tour through the hotel, but the process was quite difficult. The hotel advised that the private tour, despite being quite expensive, would not include basic items such as snorkelling masks. Furthermore, the lunch option had to be the same for both myself and my husband, despite our different dietary requirements (I am vegetarian and he is not). Overall, the experience gave us the impression that arranging the tour was unnecessarily complicated, and we ultimately decided not to proceed.

La prima cosa che rapisce lo sguardo è la posizione, fronte spiaggia, pochi passi dalla camera e ti ritrovi in una spiaggia bianca paradisiaca con conchiglie enormi e coralli bellissimi. Pulizia della struttura impeccabile. La villa era meravigliosa, curata nei minimi dettagli (c’era il dyson per asciugare i capelli e per il caffè una macchinetta della nespresso). Siamo stati svegliati la mattina per assistere al primissimo ingresso in oceano di tartarughe appena nate. Ma la bravura del team é che nonostante possano campare di rendita per le bellezze che ho citato, sono stati super cortesi, disponibili e professionali a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Veramente complimenti sono stati 3 giorni meravigliosi ed è merito vostro.

Della struttura mi è piaciuto tutto, unica cosa dell’isola che va sistemata sono i cani randagi, ne sono almeno una ventina. Non sono pericolosi però possono rovinare l’atmosfera rilassante che cerchi se vai in un posto del genere.

Beautiful location, easy to arrange transport to town and tours, delicious food, excellent staff. The staff all work very hard and gave me and my family a wonderful experience. The front desk staff, Glen, Vryille and Laurel were exceptional—they really helped make our stay memorable. All the staff from the waiting staff at the restaurant (thank you Alvin!), those to help with luggage, housekeeping to even lifeguards were always so attentive. One of the best experiences.

It was all great. Options for food on the property, beautiful beach, warm water…nothing to complain!

J'ai adoré les cadeaux de bienvenue et les boissons rafraîchissantes à l'arrivée. On ne se sent pas dans une chaîne d'hôtels, mais dans son propre manoir privé. Je logeais dans une villa sur deux étages : la salle de bain principale est au rez-de-chaussée, mais il y a aussi des toilettes à l'étage. Le canapé du salon est incroyablement confortable ! Il y a une télévision, mais j'ai préféré déconnecter totalement. Petit bémol : la salle de bain est semi-ouverte, il faut bien utiliser les serviettes prévues au sol pour éviter que ce ne soit trop humide.
