Lugar muy lindo frente a la playa con hamacas y camastros. Excelente para relajarse y disfrutar.

I liked eveything, the location right at the beach with shaded sunbeds available on the property, the super nice architecture which gives the perfect beach vibe. The stuff is super nice, the breakfast and dinner at their own little restaurant are extremely delicious. I was there in the Off Season, so the town was calm and I almost had the beach to myself. I definitively want to come back.

Bij aankomst moesten we wachten op een schone kamer. Dat is niet geheel onlogisch. Toen we gingen slapen bleek ons bed echter vol met zand. Kortom de schoonmaakster had het bed gewoon opgemaakt zonder schone lakens te plaatsen. We hebben in de avond toen nog eens moeten wachten op schone lakens voordat we konden gaan slapen. Er was sprake van onderbezetting. Er was in de avond 1 persoon aanwezig die ons bed moest opmaken en ons van drankjes moest voorzien tijdens het wachten. Het eten was ook ondermaats en veel te prijzig vergeleken met andere opties in el Cuyo Zeer slecht geregeld allemaal en dat is zonde want de locatie is top. Één verontschuldiging kon er niet eens vanaf en de drankjes die we dronken tijdens het wachten hadden ook wel gratis weg gegeven mogen worden voor het wachten

El desayuno es muy bueno, incluye agua, café y buena presentación. La ubicación es inmejorable con el frente de playa. El servicio es bueno y el personal amable.

La habitación era considerablemente pequeña y el aire acondicionado se estuvo apagando por problemas con el switch.

Em servicio de limpieza inexistente. El AC no enfriaba casi nada y las instalaciones del baño rotas y viejas. Cuando llegamos limpio y OK pero durante la estancia no nos hicieron la limpieza... la única vez que sucedió fue por que insistimos mucho y solo barrieron y sacaron la basura, noticieros las camas, ni cambiaron las toallas ni limpiaron baño nada de eso. El gerente parecía muy mortificado pero su staff no parecía hacer mucho

The only real positive about this hotel is the location — it is directly on the beach, and the beach itself is beautiful, quiet, and not crowded. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end.

For the price we paid, the accommodation was extremely disappointing. Our bungalow felt more like a basic hut and looked much worse in reality than it did in the photos. The interior felt very cheap and poorly maintained. The air conditioner barely worked and was leaking, and there was a very strong and unpleasant chemical smell coming from the bathroom. One of the strangest design choices was a large section of thick glass next to the entrance door. There was an outdoor floor lamp directly outside, apparently intended to illuminate the pathway to the beach, but because there was no curtain or blind covering the glass from inside the room, the light shone directly into the room — and into our eyes — throughout the night. Soundproofing was basically nonexistent. Very early in the morning I woke up because people were walking and talking in the passage outside. You could hear absolutely everything, even the smallest noises. I would also strongly recommend not paying for breakfast in advance, as we discovered that it was cheaper to purchase it directly at the hotel. Unfortunately, the breakfast itself was terrible. Even a simple omelet came out brown and literally dripping with oil. It looked and tasted as though it had been cooked in very old oil or on a pan that had not been properly cleaned in a long time. Overall, the reality of this property did not match the impression created by the photos, and the quality was nowhere near what I would expect for the price. The beachfront location is excellent, but that alone was not enough to make up for the uncomfortable room, poor maintenance, lack of privacy and terrible food. I would not stay here again.

La limpieza de las habitaciones debe mejorar por mucho, las sábanas y el baño estaban sucios habia cabello de otras personas y aroma era poco agradable.

Wonderful staff and beautiful location.

All good, AC was not working during the day, but I had ocean front room, so, I it was not absolutely necessary. My friends room was on the opposite side (garden) and her room did not have a good air flow. However, the AC /electricity returned by sleeping time and she was comfortable. I did not need AC and slept comfortably with the doors open(screen doors shut) and enjoyed the ocean and nature sounds. 🙏🏼💞

On est restés une nuit de plus tellement on a aimé cet endroit. On le recommande vivement si vous cherchez le calme et la plage.

Le calme des lieux, les repas, la vue, la proximité avec la plage et l'océan. Le personnel est vraiment agréable et serviable. Nous sommes restés une nuit de plus tellement on était bien. Les logements en chambre ou en cabane sont très bien. On recommande cet endroit que ce soit en famille, en couple ou entre amis.

Der Strom ist ab und zu ausgefallen. Aber das lag eher am schlechten Netz in El Cuyo.

Todo es hermoso en este lugar, ubicación, vista privilegiada, tranquilidad. El estilo de las habitaciones y la comodidad es óptima. Quiero volver siempre.

La struttura, situata in un tranquillo villaggio di pescatori, si affaccia direttamente sul mare e offre un comodissimo accesso alla spiaggia con lettini a disposizione degli ospiti. Abbiamo soggiornato in una delle cabañas e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La camera era spaziosa, con una doccia ampia e bagno separato. Nel complesso, un soggiorno piacevole che consiglio.

L'unica nota negativa è stata l'aria condizionata che, pur funzionando, non riusciva a raffreddare a sufficienza la stanza.

There was nothing to dislike. It’s beautiful

The beachfront location was the absolute highlight of our stay. Waking up just steps from the beautiful beach was incredible, and the views were amazing. The cabanas were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy El Cuyo.

Wish there was a mini fridge in the room to keep our drinks cold but other than that it was perfect.

Relaxed vibe at the hotel and the area. El Cuyo hasn't been over-exploited by tourism yet! The beach is right inbrott of the property.

La ubicación estaba inmmejorable. El ambiente era calido y tranquilo. Por las noches el restaurant se llena de amigos y tiene buena comida. La gente fue muy amable. Mantenian todo limpio!

Quizas necesita un poco mas de mtto, las paredes de la habitacion, alguna alfombra, el aire apenas enfriaba. Y la ducha tenia humedad en las paredes. Pero nada grave!!!

J'ai adoré l'emplacement direct sur la plage, la vue depuis la terrasse sur la mer et les hamacs sur la plage. Très grand tranquillité au mois de juin, exactement ce qu'il me fallait! Le personnel était très amical et le dîner était délicieux (spécialité de la maison : risotto à l'encre aux crevettes)

Access to the lovely, peaceful beach was very close and the view from my third floor cabin was spectacular. Sea turtles nest along this beach and I saw two of them and many sea turtle tracks on one very lucky night in May. Lounge chairs and hammocks are by a protected area that’s perfect for relaxing and for children to play. There’s a nice open air restaurant. The staff are very helpful. The room had rustic accommodations but the shower area was spacious and clean.

The mosquito net above the bed had a lot of little insects caught in it and seemed dirty. To enjoy the wonderful sea breeze, I opened the sliding door, which does not have a screen, and the debris in the netting blew around the room.

Me gusto mucho la vista desde la habitacion, era hermoso.

No me gusto que era muy incomodo estar en la habitacion, hacia mucho calor dia y noche, basurita de palma e insectos era constante tanto en cama como regadera. Tambien me dijeron que el checkout era a las 11 am en lugar de las 12 pm que era lo estipulado en el cartel de la habitacion.

Increíble, supero mis expectativas, una vibra muy bonita y vistas espectaculares. Sin duda regresaré para una estancia más larga.

Fantastic location. Lovely staff. The view from the deluxe King room was perfect.

The beds were quite hard. The food in the restaurant was pricey and not good. The chips that came with my guacamole were stale and soft. The steak was just terrible, and the sides were very small. The coffee was bad.

Decía que había piscina y no era verdad, solo algunas habitaciones tenían piscina pequeña privada, no hay piscina para todos. El encargado no respondió mis dadas, no es amable. Las fotografías no corresponden a lo que encontramos en la realidad de la habitación. El aire acondicionado no enfriaba bien, no hay puerta en la regadera. Había dos cucarachas. No hay televisión.

Great location and very friendly staff

The staff were slow but friendly. The food was very tasty, we ate quite a few different dishes and loved them all. The location is great - a really nice stretch of quiet beach and short drive to all the best restaurants and cafes. The sun loungers are very comfortable and plush, perfect for lazing on the beach. They are also dog friendly, which we really enjoyed.

The room we stayed in was so bad! We had the king suite palapa room and it was like an uncomfortable, loud sauna!! You couldn’t open the windows for air because they had no mosquito nets on the windows, the air conditioning didn’t work because the roof had holes all over it, so all the cool air escaped. The owner agreed that it was hotter inside than outside but all he could do was offer us a floor fan. At night there were also tonnes of giant bugs, like crickets, that would fall all over the floor and bed from the palapa. We wrapped ourselves in a black mosquito net that was hanging over the bed and spent the night sweating and hiding from the bugs. You could hear absolutely everything through the palapa, including the next room talking all night and a loud party until 1am going on next door. The walk up to the room was also terrifying. Narrow rickety wooden steps with a thin piece of wood at the side for “support”. It really all felt like such an afterthought. We were very uncomfortable. The second night, they agreed to move us to a different room. Much smaller but absolutely lovely! I wish we had stayed in that room the whole time, it completely changed the experience.

Prachtige locatie. Leuke huisjes. Wij hadden een eigen overdekt balkon met uitzicht op zee en een hangmat. Heerlijk plekje. En een heerlijk bed!

Weinig uitleg/geen verzorging .Het was niet schoon. Er werd geen drinkwater aangeboden en we hebben ons ontbijt 2x moeten betalen omdat ze zeiden dat we het nog niet hadden betaald terwijl dat wel zo was...prijs kwaliteit was ons inziens niet in balans.

I moved to the more basic room, my last day as the superior beach front property was not available. The room met my requirements as an individual traveller traveller and represented a good value cheaper alternative to my previous room .

The location of the property is excellent right on the beach . The property is good for a beach hut , with air conditioning,, large comfortable bed private bathroom and good walk in shower, with hot water always available.. There is a small private “ plunge pool” to use to cool down for a few mins .Easy to walk into town centre Staff helpfully.

Perfect location in El Cuyo, right on the beach, walking distance to many coffee, brunch places and restaurants, all excellent! My room was perfect, on the 2nd floor, with my own private terrasse facing the ocean, with a hamac, a table with chairs, and a lawn chair. The bed was very comfortable. Large bathroom with a perfectly functioning shower. I would highly recommend this hotel. The owner is very friendly and welcoming, and I get help with my large kite surfing luggage. And if you kite surf, there is a school right on the beach at the hotel.

A few minor things could be easily fixed / improved: Though the bathroom is large, there is no space at all to put your items. A simple shelf next to the sink for example would immediately fix the issue. There is limited storage space for cloths in the room. Only a few narrow shelves, and no hangers at all. This could be an easy fix as well. I was by myself, and it was still a bit of an issue. It would be a much bigger issue for a couple. Though the bed and pillows were very comfortable and clean, the pillow cases were torn...

Very nice, beachfront location, nice cabana, very peaceful, plenty of lounge chairs. Good AC

The restaurant staff should be trained better. Our breakfast order was not complete, the credit card processor did not work and they had no change. They were totally lost.
