El servicio justito, faltaba empatía en el personal. Las instalaciones no daban para mas pero estaba limpio. Necesita una renovación.

Nettes Personal. Gutes Frühstück. Abgeschlossener und bewachter Parkplatz im Hinterhof des Hotels.

Sehr hellhörige Zimmer, sowohl nach draußen als auch innerhalb des Hotels. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, auch wenn es von außen modern wirkt. Abends und Nachts hörte man Schüsse in der Umgebung, auch wenn das Hotel natürlich nichts dafür kann, hatten wir dadurch ein mulmiges Gefühl.

O hotel é muito bonito, com lindas obras de arte espalhadas. Os quartos são simples e bons. Mesmo sem elevador, fomos ajudados com as malas. O restaurante é muito bom e o buffet de café da manhã é incrível, com uma qualidade de comida muito boa

A acústica do quarto é um pouco ruim e da pra ouvir os quartos ao redor e a rua

The staff is very friendly, we felt most welcomed. Our room was very clean and cozy, even better than expected.

The breakfast was a bit limited which was disappointing but otherwise not bad. No franchises around and most of restaurants around close at 18:30 so you basically have to get food from the hotel (their menu is limited too).

Great family rooms in the garden. Food was excellent and good value. Enjoyed the fire in the dining room. Lounge was good for cards a pre dinner drinks.

La struttura ha bisogno di una ristrutturazione delle camere: sono fredde e non insonorizzate.

La posizione ti consente di visitare il Graskop Lift e percorrere la Panorama Route, le stanz3 avevano un bel design.

La struttura avrebbe bisogno di qualche rinnovamento, è situato in un paesino con poche amenità e quindi offre anche poche alternative al ristorante interno di qualità buonina.

Accueil très sympa avec de bons conseils sur la visite de la région, restaurant très bon, petit déjeuner copieux, chambre confortable et propre. Parking sécurisé.

La localisation de l'hôtel au bord de la route principale de Graskop apporte forcément un peu de bruit, mais comparé aux prestations de l'hôtel ça n'est finalement qu'un mini bémol...

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wir waren in einem Raum im Aussenbereich. Da war kalt und man hörte den Lärm der Straße.

L’hôtel est très bien placé et le personnel est d’une extrême gentillesse. Le petit déjeuner est très bien et très varié avec la possibilité de le prendre à l’extérieur près de la piscine. Le dîner est également très bien. Lors du Check in, il faut toutefois préciser que vous voulez une chambre dans le bâtiment principal. Celles sur la rue sont un peu plus bruyantes mais elles sont nettement mieux que les bungalows indépendants qui sont assez vétustes.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean, the location was excellent and one could reach all the main highlights of the panorama route within a short drive in any direction and the food was spectacular, we will certainly be back!

I would discribe it as a lovely colonial feel, unless someone took offence at the word colonial, in which case describe it how you like.

One thing of note is that Google Maps had it located outside of town, strange.

Non abbiamo potuto soggiornare per un guasto alla linea elettrica non dipesa dalla struttura. Metto il massimo del punteggio per la premura e disponibilità di Edward e dello staff che ha provveduto rapidamente a trovarci una sistemazione alternativa di stesso livello senza alcun costo aggiuntivo.

We verbleven in een familie tuinkamer en deze was heel comfortabel. Het restaurant is uitstekend en de bar heeft heel lekkere cocktails. Heel vriendelijk personeel . We hadden hier een leuk verblijf toen we de panoramaroute bezochten.

The Ground rooms are old with doors that are not in good repair,the shower does not have a door,the floors are cracked,serious renovations must be done.

L’emplacement et le cadre : Le lieu est très joli et idéalement situé pour visiter le Blyde River Canyon. La restauration : Les repas sont excellents, tout simplement les meilleurs de notre voyage en Afrique du Sud.

L’insonorisation de la chambre : Un gros travail d’isolation phonique est nécessaire. Nous avons manqué de chance avec notre chambre, où la lumière de la réception passait directement à travers les lames du parquet.

It was an amazing stay. Best place I have stayed at this year l, at a decent price. With complimentary breakfast. There is also a pool to enjoy.

Graskop Hotel is a truly beautiful hotel with a wonderful atmosphere, comfortable rooms and excellent food. We enjoyed our stay here thoroughly.

A true gem! Beautifully and tastefully furnished, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was wonderful. A lovely place to stay and dine - highly recommended!

Hotel muy bien situado para visitar ruta panorama . Las habitaciones amplias y muy limpias. Parking propio y gratuito. Desayuno muy correcto y mención especial a la cena que fue excelente . Nos encantó la calidad y la elaboración , sin duda muy recomendable cenar allí .

La literie était bof, absence partielle de Rideaux, petite quantité pour le restaurant du soir qui est lent, rappel nombreux pour une même demande.

Uns gefiel die Unterkunft ausnehmend gut. Es stach nicht durch besonderen Komfort hervor, sondern durch ein wunderbares Ambiente mit künstlerischem Flair bei Zimmern und Gemeinschaftsräumen, hoher Servicequalität und großer Hilfsbereitschaft. Wir können es nur empfehlen, auch als Startpunkt für Touren in den Blyde-Canyon.

Prima locatie voor tijdens de panoramaroute! Het personeel is mega vriendelijk, de bar is top en zowel het diner als het ontbijt zijn heerlijk! Ruime kamer. Parkeerplek achterom is ook een fijne extra!

Het hotel is wat verouderd, dit merk je en zie je op de kamer. Schoon maar niet meer van deze tijd.

Hôtel un peu vieillot dans lequel il fait froid. Fenêtre vétustes laissant passer le froid. On a dû demander des chauffages très bruyants et tous les communs ne sont pas chauffés, ou juste par un feu. Salle de bain minuscule. Chambres bruyantes car on entend beaucoup la route et les voisins de chambre

המים במקלחת לא היו חמים והזרם היה חלש, החימום בחדר ממש מינימלי והיה קר מאוד בלילה.

We absolutely loved our stay at Graskop Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and went completely out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel itself is stunning. It feels more like an art gallery than a hotel, with an exceptional collection of artwork throughout the property. Everywhere you look there’s something beautiful to admire. We chose the breakfast and dinner package, and we’re so glad we did. The three-course dinners were absolutely delicious—fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. Breakfast was equally fantastic, and the service throughout our stay was exceptional. This hotel is a true hidden gem, surrounded by so many incredible attractions and activities in the Graskop area. It offers a genuine five-star experience with wonderful hospitality, amazing food, and a unique atmosphere. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Panorama Route.

El personal es excepcional. El alojamiento es precioso podrías hacer fotos de cada uno de sus rincones, las habitaciones y el baño amplios,limpios y súper cómoda y grande la cama. Llegamos tarde y cenamos en el hotel y estaba todo riquísimo, con opciones para los niños y la relación calidad precio superior. El desayuno buffet (incluido en nuestro caso en el precio de la habitación) de la mañana tenía de todo y para repetir con el personal del hotel atento a cada detalle. Había piscina, preciosa, que no pudimos usar porque llegamos en pleno invierno y aunque la temperatura en Sudáfrica no es muy fría, el tiempo no es para poder disfrutar de la piscina. También tienen parquín dentro del hotel gratuito.

The fact that the "hotel" is close to all other tourist atractions. It was easy to navigate to popular other spots. We also like the fireplace in the dining hall.

The rooms don't have bar fridges. The parking is so far from the doors. There is notbody to help with luggage. This is not a hotel, more a self catering destination. The rooms are very outdates and need a revamp. The most modern part is the shower tiles. The pictures on the website and the price do certainly not speak to what we saw or experienced with our own eyes.

The rooms are cosy, beautiful and have a glorious view of the sunrise. My room also faced the pool and kept warm all the day and night. the breakfast was filling and wholesome. Would definitely stay here again!

Gute Ausgangslage zur Panoramaroute. Hübscher Garten und Pool, auch wenn es um die Jahreszeit zu kalt dafür ist. Gute Küche.

Das kalte Bad. Das Zimmer konnten wir einigermaßen heizen. Ist halt schon fast Winter.

Breakfast was not what I expected

The property was the excellent location, comfortable rooms, and overall cleanliness. The staff were warm and helpful - they organised a birthday cupcake and song for my husband which we appreciated very much, the facilities were well maintained, It made for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The only downside for me was that the room did not have air conditioning, which would have made the stay more comfortable, especially on colder nights.

Aangename locatie, grote kamers en parkeren mogelijk achter een afgesloten poort waarvan je zelf de afstandsbediening krijgt. Restaurant heerlijk in de avond bij de kachel.

In de winter, wanneer de zon sneller ondergaat (+/- 17u) is er weinig te beleven in de omgeving nog.
