Breakfast was ok, but hot food was not hot. Fir price point, can do better. Our room had a view of the car park...so I would check with hotel beforehand you are getting a good view given the price and its their selling point.

Beautiful view! Luxury accommodations. Perfect location. Friendly and professional staff. We loved the massage and facial we received. It was overall a wonderful stay.

There was construction being done on the property which did interfere with our view and had a level of noise during work hours that some could consider annoying. The food at the restaurant is not as good as it could be for the price. The bed was very firm and pillows too flat.

I had a birthday celebration there wasn't communication in terms of what the hotel was going to do and when then are planning to make something for my partner.. I had communicated it prior arrival.. But nothing was said I had to go to reception and ask.. Which spoiled the surprise

We had a very special, luxurious stay at Angel's View! The restaurant was a real treat! The evening meal was first class, as well as the breakfast the next morning.

We had a very pleasant stay at Angel’s View. The property is modern, well maintained and very clean, which gave us a great sense of comfort throughout our stay. We were kindly offered breakfast upon our arrival, which was a very nice gesture. The breakfast was also very good, with a good variety of options. We also enjoyed a relaxing massage during our stay, which was a great way to unwind. Our room was comfortable and we had a very nice view. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend Angel’s View.

The only downside was the reception staff we encountered upon arrival. We found the welcome cold and, unfortunately, got the impression that our arrival was more of an inconvenience than something they were happy about. This was a shame, especially because the rest of the experience was very positive.

The comfort and thoughtful gesture from the staff. We booked a family room and they were kind enough to bring me washing basket, diaper changing pad, diaper bin and bottle sterilizer for my 11 month old baby. I love how all four seasons hotels worldwide are so inclusive of children, truly hard warming. My 5year old twin boys were just excited about the amenities and they loved the comfort of the hotel.

The carpet in room 910&911 needs a deep cleaning or changing as it is heavily stained and has dusty smell when you enter the room.

The Friendly and Happiest Staff, including the Manager. This place is special; it looks like something out of a creative writer's imagination. The view from the room/hotel is unmatched by anything I have seen in my travels (and I've seen a lot). But when you see the sunrise over that Valley, it's simply remarkable, and you forget everything and become part of nature. Although it is far from the Airport, the journey to Kruger National Park is only 45 minutes. Food at the restaurant is reasonably priced and meets fine-dining quality. Paulus was an amazing host for dinner, and my wife loves the chicken liver entree, I will visit again and highly recommend it for an enjoyable and safe vacation.

Localizacao excelente, pessoal super simpatico, restaurante de elevada qualidade gastronomica, vista espetacular, seguranca da area envolvente.

A localizacao do quarto pelo facto de estar localizado exatamente em frente ao elevador. De cada vez que o elevador era usado ouvia-se o ruido de abrir e fechar das portas bem como o sinal sonoro de chegada ao piso.

Es ist ein ganz schönes Hotel, leider haben die meisten Zimmer keinen Ausblick. Die Fenster können nicht geöffnet werden. Der Empfang war von allen Unterkünften in Südafrika am wenigsten herzlich. Wir bekamen ein Zimmerupgrade im Vorhinein auf 2 Luxury King Suiten. Die Suiten waren sehr schön eingerichtet und groß. Leider war es an beiden Tagen morgens extrem laut. Einmal ab 5 Uhr, Reisegruppe , die zur Safari aufbrach und am nächsten Tag ab 6.30 Uhr haben die Angestellten sehr laut kommuniziert. Das ist schade und haben wir so noch nicht erlebt. Das Frühstück und Abendessen waren aber sehr lecker und gut und die Kellner/innen waren auch freundlich.

Een super mooi gelegen hotel met zeer ruime nette kamers, lekker avondeten en ontbijt. Fijn verblijf voor de Panorama Route / Graskop.

Door de hoogte en koude temperaturen was het wat fris op de kamer, helaas verwarmde de airco niet. Maar met elektrische dekens in bed hebben wij er geen problemen mee gehad.

Unser zweiter Besuch. Nachdem beim ersten der Nebel so dicht war, dass man nicht mal bis zum Pool schauen konnte, hatten wir diesmal Glück mit dem Wetter. Doch von der Aussicht hatten wir uns mehr erwartet. Wie auch beim letzten Mal war das Frühstück das Highlight.

Dafür, das die Mini-Bar leer war, hat sie einen ganz schönen Lärm gemacht. Und die Nachttischschubladen ließen sich nicht schließen und sind immer wieder aufgefahren.

Nous avons tout aimé, il est parfait. Le personnel est génial et très accueillant. Ils sont aux petits soins. Tout est très beau et très propre. La vue de la chambre est splendide. La literie est de grande qualité.

What a incredible experience. Checked into the Earth Groto rooms, they are phenomenal! The view is amazing. An amazing bathroom, including an outdoor shower. The room is so neat and clean. I even got a cute happy birthday on my bed, as I was celebrating my birthday. The service is exeptional. Staff is so friendly and helpful, everyone is soo approachable.

Le camere non avevano il riscaldamento nonostante gli 8gradi esterni. Fatto presente in reception dell'impossibilita' a dormire con neanche 10gradi in camera, su due ce ne hanno cambiata solo una ( e quest'ultima non aveva l'acqua calda ). Non hanno neanche accettato il ns suggerimento di mettere 2 letti aggiuntivi nella nuova camera. Tutte le parti comuni, ristorante compreso, erano fredde, le persone mangiavano con la giacca addosso. La direzione non ha fatto neanche il gesto di scusarsi.

What bad thing can you say about an Angel though? Especially one that even has a view. It was a beautiful stay, the rooms were huge, balcony and the utilities.

Just the weather but that is not Angel's View control, just always check the weather so you can really enjoy the scenart because when the mist finally simmered it was even more beautiful.

Angels View Hotel is, without a doubt, an absolutely amazing establishment. I had planned a very special visit to this hotel, as my fiancée is originally from Mpumalanga, and I wanted to take her back to her hometown to propose. From the very beginning, Lebo and Julia went above and beyond to help me create the perfect engagement experience. They beautifully arranged every detail, making full use of the most scenic and breathtaking views of the mountainous region and the stunning South African sunset. A red carpet was rolled out from the entrance all the way to the amphitheatre, creating a truly magical atmosphere. We were chauffeur-driven from the hotel, and to my fiancée's complete surprise, I asked her to marry me overlooking one of the most spectacular views imaginable. Thankfully, she said yes! This was one of the most important moments of our lives, and the team at Angels View Hotel played a significant role in making it unforgettable. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care exceeded all expectations. Thank you, Lebo, Julia, and the entire Angels View Hotel team for creating memories that we will cherish for a lifetime. There were two security gates that every time we arrived or left we had to check out with, including getting our IDs scanned. Never explained why and it felt like overkill. The area of Graskop felt very safe.

The staff at the hotel are positive, friendly and professional and they made us feel welcome the moment we arrived. We even had the privilege of being upgraded to an Earth Grotto room and it made our final night in South Africa all that more memorable. The room is classy and comfortable and would be a great stay if you’re looking to unwind on the Panoramic Route or as a romantic gateway.

We did order room service and the food arrived a little cold and my burger was slightly too tough. The staff had also forgotten our drink orders, so some communication in the restaurant could maybe be clearer. We are also a little sad that we couldn’t stay for longer due to finishing our holiday in SA!

The location is amazing for touring the area - very central. The facilities are world class and on an international level. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I would have liked to see a pool table / table tennis - addition of a games room would be nice.

It's too classy to bring my noisy friends.

Our experience was exceptional from the moment we arrived until the morning of our departure. The hospitality and service throughout our stay were outstanding. I would especially like to commend the management team for their responsiveness and attention to detail. They gladly assisted with arranging a special anniversary surprise for my wife and I , making our celebration truly memorable. Their professionalism and genuine care made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended.

O jantar no restaurante do hotel também foi excelente. Bom atendimento em todos os setores. Excelente custo-benefício no período do inverno. Lindo amanhecer com vista do quarto.

O ralo e a impermeabilização do box precisam ser melhorados para evitar alagamento do quarto.

I loved the views, the hotel room design was beautiful and so spacious…the wall in the room just needs new paint. Staff was absolutely lovely and I enjoyed the spa very much. Will definitely come back 🤍

We were there for the weekend. The staff at reception was welcoming, and both restaurant food was delicious for lunch and dinner 😋. The breakfast buffet had lots of options. During our stay here it was raining and cold. We had an electric blanket in our room, and at both restaurants, the fireplace was exceptional. I went for a full body massage, and i came out refreshed. We enjoyed our stay here.

Sunday morning, our room didn't have hot water, but we were taken to another room to bathe. Monday morning, the water temperature was restored and hot. I couldn't use the jacuzzi because it was cold and raining.

Petite précision : si vous ne réservez pas une chambre avec vue/ les grottes, il n’y en a pas vraiment, mais l’environnement reste confortable et agréable. Our first night we didn’t have hot water. However, the team assisted with another room to shower and then fixed the hot water the next morning and had hot water for the rest of our stay. The staff were incredible.
