Large bed staff were excellent. Was good to meet Tom and have a English hotel manager. Great to chat to him, when your there ask him to let you know about his bahn mi spot!

Gia đình mình thuê 4 phòng cuối tuần ở Halong Lavender Hotel. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ và khá mới. Bạn nhân viên hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình và nhanh nhẹn. Khách sạn có view tầng thượng thoáng, có thể xem pháo hoa và có bể bơi. Vị trí thuận tiện, gần biển Bãi Cháy (tầm 1km đổ lại, có thể đi bộ) và gần khu Vuifest, Valley Beach Club (1-2km), tuy nhiên không bị ồn. Đỗ xe ngay trước cửa khách sạn. Với tầm giá và trải nghiệm này, mình và gia đình đều rất hài lòng

Очень чистый и уютный номер. Есть даже большая ванна - это вау эффект. В ванной есть. Окно и из него внизу виден бассейн с разноцветными рыбками. Очень приветливый персонал, особенно не молодой мужчина европейской внешности, он возможно управляющий. Очень общительный, помогает советами, накормит с другими гостями.

Tôi là Sale lần đầu tiên đưa khách đến Lavender... mà khách của tôi ai cũng ưng... không có điểm gì là không thích... Nhân viên nhiệt tình, lễ tân niềm nở, các chị phục vụ bếp rất chu đáo, khách sạn sạch sẽ, đồ ăn ngon, ăn sáng buffet OK hợp khẩu vị đại đa số khách... Tôi rất hài lòng với 2 Vợ Chồng em chủ khách sạn đã ưu ái cho đoàn khi đặt ăn tại khách sạn... thì free luôn karaoke cho mọi người vui vẻ văn nghệ...10 điểm không có nhưng.... lần tới Tôi sẽ đưa đoàn khác đến đây... các bạn đến trải nghiệm chắc chắn sẽ ưng giống tôi...!!!

Có một điều tôi không thích: Đó là tại sao tôi lại biết đến khách sạn này muộn thế không biết... Các bạn đi đến Bãi Cháy Hạ Long nhớ đặt booking sớm... không cuối tuần là các em ý bán phòng nhanh lắn...

There was a late night party and could not sleep I found our room (405) is next to the lift and is not soundproof and you hear everything from outside the room Maybe other rooms are better I don’t know

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, making it easy to get around and explore. Everything was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The manager was also very helpful, assisting with day trip bookings and planning the rest of my stay, which made the experience even better. Overall, everything was perfect and I would definitely recommend it.

Amazing budget hotel with 5 star sevices, very clean and comfortable. I've booked this hotel for a night stay and wanted an extension but unfortunately it was fully booked.Then with this helpful owner cum manager named Kathy arranged a room at Link hotel just situated next door which is another great budget hotel. Highly recommended for both.

Bể bơi nhỏ so với số khách, cỡ 2 phòng có trẻ con lên là thành bể vầy luôn. Cơm sáng đặt rồi không huỷ được. Xa trung tâm, đi lại bằng taxi.

Brilliant beds, amazing room itself, we loved every bit of it, the bathroom was great too and so was the pool. Amazing hotel.

The breakfast was limited and there’s not much around as it’s being developed.

El tamaño.de la habitación. Todo está muy nuevo y moderno.

El personal no hablaba inglés,pero nada. Nos dieron la llave y adiós. Está en una zona que supongo que en temporada alta estará lleno, pero ahora parecía el Apocalipsis zombie,a parte que parecia abandonada. No hay absolutamente nada para comer,ni alquilar motos ni nada. Se oye la música de la playa,aunque a las 12 de la noche acabaron. Las bicis que te dejan están viejisimas. El desayuno sólo para vietnamitas,aunque había sandía y pan de molde. Hotel de paso para coger al día siguiente el crucero,nada más.

Clean modern hotel. 10 min walk to beach in one direction, or 10 mins in other direction to town centre. Reception and cleaning staff were superb.

Noise from other guests can echo around building when in communal areas.

tôi đặt phòng connect, đã xác nhận lần nữa với khách sạn nhưng khi nên nơi lại thành phòng 2 giường đôi. cơ sở vật chất cũng chưa đúng với tiêu chuẩn 4sao (có vẻ tầm 3.5 sao)

A beautiful room - the bathroom was gorgeous!

On both nights we stayed there, there were people screaming for hours as late as midnight . We contacted reception but it continued. The location was quite poor - not much nearby at all. I appreciate that it’s an up and coming area but as other reviews have said it was a hotel ghost town. There were bikes but they were in awful condition and all need to be replaced

I love the lavender hotel. This was my second time there. Brought my daughter for her 30th birthday, and my son joined us. Beautuful hotel, very clean, comfortable, and spacious. Staff are welcoming, friendly, and lovely people. The pool and view of the sea are stunning. Bed and room were beautuful. Was lovely to be able to have a bath. Thank you will definitely be going again.

Order phòng trên app mô tả có bồn tắm spa, nhưng khi đến check in thì lễ tân báo phải note lại lúc đặt app. Cấn lần 1😂 Lễ tân báo khách sạn có 2 phòng có bồn khách đã đặt hết. Khách đến check in muộn nửa tiếng so với giờ hẹn check in nhưng khi đến thì phòng ốc vẫn chưa được dọn dẹp xong. Cấn lần 2. Tivi phòng mình điều khiển hỏng. Ấn mãi k lên. Thay pin điều khiển rồi vẫn k được. Gọi nhân viên lên xử lý cũng k xử lý được. Diện tích phòng tắm hơi nhỏ. Hơi bất tiện

Location and rooms.

Tôi đã đặt phòng family cho gia đình qua booking và đặt tiền trước khi tới đậy. Ngày 2/5, khi đến nhận phòng, tôi nhận thấy phòng không giống mô tả trên hình ảnh quảng cáo của booking, diện tích nhỏ và chật chội. Khi đó, lễ tân đã rất xin lỗi tôi, đồng thời hoàn trả lại toàn bộ tiền đã thanh toán cho kỳ nghỉ, hỗ trợ tôi tìm ks khác. Tôi thấy hài lòng với ứng xủ văn minh của khách sạn, dù không nhận phòng. Điều này trái ngược hẳn với ứng xử của khách sạn 5 sao là DeLaSea Hạ Long ở gần đó. Tôi cảm ơn và sẽ đến khách sạn khi điều kiện cho phép.

Excelente trato por parte de las trabajadoras del hotel. Muy limpio, moderno y cómodo. Te dejan bicis gratis para visitar la zona. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias.

Absolument tout ! Le bâtiment est d’une beauté incroyable, tout comme le hall d’accueil et la chambre qui mettent dans les meilleures conditions. L’accueil et la bienveillance des employés étaient remarquables. Je reviendrai.

En arrivant le soir, on m'a dit que ma chambre serait dans l'hôtel a côté, même chambre. La décoration de la chambre est sympa, lit rond, tout est neuf et impeccable.

Le bruit des travaux qui a commencé à 7h30 et un jour à 6h30. Oui au Vietnam les chantiers sont nombreux et des salariés 7 jours sur 7. Tous les soirs, musique électronique dans tout le quartier avec une boîte de nuit jusqu'à une ou deux heures du matin. La musique s'entend de la chambre et avec des bouchons d'oreilles. Il restait 4 heures pour dormir... c'est peu.

La cordialità del personale e la loro disponibilità a venirci incontro e a cercarci tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno. La posizione ottima sia vicino alla spiaggia, sia al centro abitato

everything about this property was great. the staff were friendly and in fact couldn’t do more to help you. the beds were unbelievably comfortable, the rooms were super clean & the design of the hotel was great. very good value for money too! when having the shower on, the plug didnt drain very quickly, so on a few occasions the bathroom had a little flood!

Nous avons séjourné en novembre 2024 Quartier neuf de première vue, mais à notre grande surprise tout est vide, en travaux ou abandonné… à l’image de toute la ville qui ressemble à une ville fantôme Nous nous attendions à avoir une piscine comme sur les photos mais elle aussi est en travaux actuellement bassin vide et bien sur nous ne le savions pas … Personne à nôtre arrivée et personne à notre départ nous avons laissé les cartes à l’accueil devant une chaise vide Au delà de l’hôtel c’est l’atmosphère générale de cette ville qu’il faut fuir ça ne reflète pas du tout le Vietnam, faites la croisière sur la baie et continuez votre chemin Je n’ai pourtant pas l’habitude de laisser des commentaires mais là vraiment c’est la première fois que je vis ça. Cdt

The room is reasonably spacious and the bathroom is modern. The original bottles of shampoo and body wash are supplied.

No coffee or tea sachets are supplied. The drain in the shower should be cleaned by unscrewing the drain cover and removing any hair before guests check in. The water rose over my feet as I was taking a shower.

It's a nice hotel in a new development of many others. Pleasant room with a balcony and great shower in the modern bathroom. Very good wifi signal.

It definitely feels like 'out of season' with the reception area doubling up as storage and loud, daytime construction noise, which will, apparently, result in a rooftop pool by the new year. Nevertheless, these are temporary issues and the whole town is out of season at the moment.

Very friendly staff, very clean and helpful in arranging tours and transportation.

There are renovations going on, banging and drilling from 6AM. There is no pool and no restaurant(they are in pieces) The staff lied and misdirected constantly

The staff is really helpful. They organized for me the Halong Bay cruise and the van to go back to Ninh Binh. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Very quiet neigbourhood with a convenience store just next to the hotel. This hotel definitely excedes my expectations and I would definitely come back again!

The only thing that is not perfect is that it’s a bit far from the restaurants zone. Anyway the hotel provides free bikes to move around and I could reach it in 5 minutes.

Pokoj byl naprosto úžasný, byl to spíš zámecký, než hotelový pokoj. Personál byl neskutečně ochotný a usměvavý a za celý zážitek všichni moc děkujeme!🩷
