W ofercie był basen, ale nic nie działało, wody było po kostki, a nikt nas o tym nie powiadomił + dodatkowo śniadanie bardzo słabe, talerz jedzenia wcześniej przygotowany, więc było widać, że nie jest to świeże, dobrze, że chociaż omlet na świeżo zrobiony

Bể bơi nhỏ, Phòng cửa sổ không cách âm chuẩn nên nghe tiếng nhạc từ bãi biển ban đêm. Nhưng đi bộ ra bãi biển lại xa. Bữa sáng không thực sự phong phú.

Die Lage liegt sehr gut. Ca. 10-12 Minuten vom Hauptstrand wo die großen Bühnen sind. Im Hotel ist es ruhig und ist sehr gut mit den kleinen Elektrowagen erreichbar.

Halong Bay is nog onder constructie; nog veel leegstand.

Nice location with cafes, restaurants and beach clubs within walking distance. Very large room with kitchenette and seating area. Very good wifi. Front desk arranged our day cruise to HaLong Bay which was very convenient.

The property seems a little bit understaffed, dirty dishes stay out a long time in the mornings. Breakfast needs improvement. Pool size was a disappointment, too small.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the beach, around with many restaurants. 1. I travel with family, so easy to check-in, easy to settle with kids (the hotel supports baby cot) 2. The breakfast is good enough 3. The room service is good, staff is friendly. -> I would highly recommend this hotel for Ha Long, very central position, convenience with reasonable price.

It is not about the hotel facilities or room services. I am not happy with a call from the hotel want to cancel my room via Booking just because I didn't answer a phone call (from a strange number)during driving to their hotel. It was a bit un-confortable, then I have to call them back immediately while driving.

The amenities were top class for the cost of the room. Room service were thorough in their cleaning and generous in their top ups. The rooftop pool and view were incredible for the weekend beach displays.

Breakfast is served within an early 2.5 hour window which was not an issue, it just meant we needed to be up bright and early.

Decent size room, good location, friendly receptionist. Breakfast varied.

Coffee bad, undrinkable.

Tiện nghi đầy đủ, gần Quảng trường Sun, đi bộ ra Sun World được, nhân viên hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình, phòng xinh, rộng rãi.

Buffet sáng ko đa dạng lắm nhưng với giá tiền thì cũng khá ok rồi.

The bed was comfy and the room was big. The lobby area was nice too and the breakfast was good.

There was still trash from the other guests in our room and the room smelt very musty/moldy. The staff weren’t incredibly friendly. The pool needed some maintenance and a clean up and also the jacuzzi and sauna is locked and only can be used if you pay 100,000 dong per person which is craazzzy in my opinion.

vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, stonden altijd voor je klaar als je ze nodig had. kamer was schoon en netjes, bedden waren goed. toen ik uit checkte kwam mijn taxi niet opdagen, en het personeel van het hotel maakte er meteen werk van om dit op te lossen, ondanks dit niet hun eigen vervoer was.

Новый, уютный отель Быстро заселили, но в первом номере протекал душ и весь туалет затопило, нас сразу же переселили в другой номер Номера очень комфортные, есть кухня и разграничение со спальней Завтрак нормальный, не прям вау, но достаточно хороший

Рядом очень пусто, есть только пара мест чтобы покушать и нет магазинов, но это район сам по себе такой, пока не заселен Мы были в конце праздника ТЕТ и на пляже очень громко праздновали, так что музыка доходила до нашего номера (возможно это не всегда так, если нет громких мероприятий в барах на пляже) Так и не нашли выключатель чтобы выключить подсветку на кухне над столешницей, был как ночник Хоть и новый отель, постояльцы уже умудрились испачкать все стены и сломать некоторые осветительные приборы Очень маленький бассейн, на фото кажется больше

các ổ cắm điện trong phòng phải xem lại, dường như nó không chịu được tải khi đun nước siêu tốc, các ổ cắm có hiện tượng quá tải khiến cho nó bị đen và bắt đầu có hiện tượng biến dạng

Удобное расположение. Кровати и подушки самые удобные из всей нашей долгой поездки. Отзывчивый персонал. Можно взять в аренду электрический байк.

Немного шумно до 2 часов ночи, дискотека неподалёку. Есть кухня, но абсолютно ни какой посуды нет. Было бы здорово добавить хотя бы тарелки и приборы.

大厅或餐厅不能提偿免费饮水。进市区交通不便，会被周围出租车司机没坑拉客。我们只去了下龙市区大桥刚过的海边看了一下，被要了300000。酒店如果有常联系的公道司机，可主动向住客推荐。

Super schönes Hotel und tolle Zimmer, sehr sehr groß und alles sehr sauber

Leider war die Lage sehr ausgestorben und es gab nicht viel zu unternehmen.

Pekne, ciste ubytovani v peknem hotelu. Nove postavena ctvrt, pusobici sice dojmem liduprazndosti, ale je zde skutecne klid, odpocinek. Velmi pohodlne postele. Pri check in nam dali za stejnou cenu vyssi standard pokoje. Velmi prijemne. Nejlepsi pomer cena/vykon, co jsme poznali ve Vietnamu. Nejvyraznejsi osoba hotelu je pan Trong, manazer hotelu. Da se s nim komunikovat i pres whats app a zaridi vse, co si domluvite. Je spolehlivy a velmi napomocny, zaridil nam dopravu z Hanoje i do Hanoje, vyletni plavbu po Halong bay. Dekujeme pane Trongu za vse.

Kdyz potrebujete do obchodu s normalnejsimi cenami (protoze ten blizko hotelu tezi se sveho monopolniho postaveni) projdete se tak 20 min. Stejne tak k nejblizsimu bankomatu nebo na plaz. Ale da se to a za to pekne ubytovani to stoji 🙂

We had a very pleasant stay at The Yen Residences in Ha Long. From the beginning, everything was well organized—the hotel arranged a pick-up from our hotel in Hanoi, and the whole process went smoothly with clear communication about how it would work. The location was great for a relaxed stay. The neighborhood was a bit quiet during this time of year, which we actually enjoyed, while the beach area nearby offers a more lively atmosphere. There are also many nice restaurants in the area, giving plenty of good dining options. The hotel itself made things very easy for us, including convenient scooter rental to explore around. They also arranged a boat tour in Ha Long Bay at a very good price, without the need to negotiate. For our onward journey, they organized a transfer to our accommodation in Ninh Binh. There was a small mix-up as the taxi driver initially took us to the wrong hotel, but the owner personally made sure everything was sorted and that we reached the correct destination. Overall, we were very happy with our stay—comfortable, well-organized, and with excellent, attentive service.

Asi nejlepší hotel v této cenové kategorii ve kterém jsme ve Vietnamu byli. Velké, prostorné, čisté pokoje s moderním vybavením, čistý bazén na střeše, velmi milý personál komunikujici už před příjezdem a na recepci také skvělí lidé, stejně jako v restauraci. Lokalita je krásná a klidná

Nedoporučuji taxi službu, objednejte si radši Grab. Bohužel je v noci slyšet hudbu z pláže. Za to hotel nemůže každopádně je to v noci otravné.

The service from their staff was 10/10!

The breakfast was not so good. Could have wished for more options.

Staff were great, very helpful and nice. They upgraded our day cruise for free. So we only paid 1,050,000 for a 5 star day cruise which was great value. They also upgraded us from a double bedroom suite to two single bedroom suites which was nice.

Das Hotel ist fast neu. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es nur solche Hotels, die in Reihe und Glied stehen. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und hat uns in einer schwierigen Situation geholfen, ohne diese Hilfe, wäre unser Ausflug in die Bucht ausgefallen. Auch könnten wir ohne Probleme einen Roller leihen zu fairen Preisen. Auch sind die Touren und die Transport Möglichkeiten, die das Hotel anbietet, zu fairen Preisen, zu empfehlen. Das Frühstück war gut und reichlich.

Das Hotel ist etwas hellhörig. Wenn die Hotelgäste im Flur sich nicht benehmen können, bekommt man das sehr genau mit.

The best so far in Halong Bay, rooms are so clean and with complete facilities. Very calm and relaxing location far from noisy cars and motorcycles. The staff are you friendly, attentive and can speak very good English that makes as so easy to communicate. This hotel will be our official place to stay. We stayed every week. Price are so reasonable too with free breakfast in the morning. Thank you so much Yen Residence
