Il n’y avait aucun crochet pour suspendre nos serviettes. La plage était loin (30 minutes de marche) et les deux soirs, il y avait un spectacle extérieur près de la plage. La musique était tellement forte que même avec des bouchons, on l’entendait.

The location really isn't good, the beach club 500m away is so loud it shakes the windows. It's on 7 days a week till 5pm-1am, with strong flashing lights so it's impossible to ignore.

Reviewed May 1, 2026Khách sạn nhìn rất sang trọng, trang trí như bên Châu Âu. Tầng 1 là phòng lễ tân & quán cafe có decor rất cute. Nhân viên siêu thân thiện và nhiệt tình, đây là điểm cộng rất lớn. Nhưng tuyệt nhất là phòng rộng rãi, trang trí đẹp. Phòng 4 người sẽ có bồn tắm. Nhà tôi chắc chắn sẽ quay lại đây nếu đi Hạ Long lần nữa.

The teenagers were very comfortable in the room while the adults wandered the 1-2km into town. Love how colourful this place is. The front reception lady was so friendly and upgraded us for the day also.

Reviewed Mar 17, 2026First of all we were impressed by the staff at reception desk - one of the most professional, helpful, friendly and cheerful team which can speak fluent English (!!!) and which was always ready to solve our problem/question concern our stay in Ha Long. Many thanks to Ms.Hà personally: 1 - thanks to her efforts we didn't change the hotel after the first night and remained here for all 5 nights, although we were disappointed by the hotel itself (reality differs to the image by the pictures at Booking.com) 2- We bought a boat cruise in Ha Long Bay directly at the hotel, because Ms.Hà provided us with the most complete information about the cruise (we asked at several agencies and from cruise agents) So, we'd like to highlight that the level of service of the staff (Ms.Hà, Mr. Chieù and Mr. Hieù) of the hotel is much more higher than the hotel facilities and even higher in comparison to the nearest hotel of 4 stars level. Decoration of rooms is very nice. Location of hotel is comfortable and in nice quarter
1- Poor cleanness (upon arrival there were hair from previous guests around the basin in the bathroom) 2- VERY NOISY HOTEL!!! The room's soundproof is very poor Especially in the early mornings (when somebody speaks outside the room) or at late evening/night when disco on the beach is go on 3- In some rooms facilities are looked very used and uncleaned (walls, furniture, etc.) Some of the stands cannot be used, because they are closed 4- In our room the bed was placed close to the WC When somebody takes a shower, you hear a loud noise in the shower trap (not good if you want to sleep quietly:-))) 5- the room door was hard to close without closing with a bang, so all the hotel heard this noise when you went out in the early morning
