It looks like an old hotel that needs maintenance. There were stain spots everywhere, like in the pool loungers and in the pool itself, although the water looked clean. The hotel room also had parts that needed maintenance/deep cleaning, like the bathroom glassdoors. Unfortunately, we also did not find the same hospitality we found everywhere else in Sri Lanka.

De eigenaar had ons per ongeluk in roepie in plaats van dollar laten betalen. Hij nam contact op via de app of we alsnog konden betalen, dat hebben wij meteen bevestigd dat we dat zouden doen, maar hij heeft me met meerdere nummers (inclusief zijn privé nummer) benaderd en herhaaldelijk gebeld wat ik zelf als heel onprettig heb ervaren.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026La ubicación es cercana al aeropuerto y es cómodo para hacer una noche como primera o última parada del viaje a Sri Lanka. La piscina está bien, el personal es amable y el desayuno es abundante.
Pedimos un taxi al aeropuerto a través del hotel y, además de costar cuatro veces más que un Uber (pero nos queríamos asegurar la hora de llegada) llegó 20 minutos tarde. La limpieza también podría ser mejor.

De douche en bad waren top en een welkome verfrissing na 4.5 uur safari en 3.5 uur transfer. Aardig personeel en erg schoon. Dankjewel.

Les images en ligne ne sont pas récentes, le logement n'a pas été nettoyé correctement, il manquait le mini bar, la moustiquaire utilisé sur le lit était trouée, la table et ses 2 chaises laissaient à l'extérieur n'a absolument pas été nettoyé !

There are issues with the WiFi in the renovated wing. The kitchen service is slow, often taking more than 30 minutes for preparing dishes.

Hele ruime kamers, aan ieder detail is gedacht, het ontbijt kwam snel, het zwembad was heerlijk, lekkere en ruime bedden, dichtbij het vliegveld, heel rustig gelegen, mooie tuin, personeel dat weet wat ze moeten doen en een manager met humor. Kortom, aanrader!

This hotel is perfect for staying after you arrive at or depart from the airport. It is so peaceful; the pool area is fab, with lots of beds around it. The room was great, the bed was super comfortable. What I especially liked were the little touches we get used to in Australia, but that wasn't always the case in Sri Lanka! We could make our own coffee and tea in the room; we received shower towels; there were pool towels supplied; we got 3 rolls of toilet paper (instead of 1 small roll), and... there was a shower screen in the bathroom, such luxery! They also accept card payments, which is great. The staff truly went above and beyond, they were super attentive.
There was no hand towel in the bathroom.

(früher Lespri Grand) Immer noch super gepflegt! (Zimmer, Pool, und Umgebung) Die netten & sehr hilfsbereiten Angestellten sind auch noch dieselben und haben mich rührenderweise erkannt. Sehr zu empfehlen! Perfekt um die letzten Nächte nahe des Flughafens und tollen Shops zu verbringen!

Le personnel est très serviable et a l’écoute et l’hôtel est super. Les chambres sont très jolies et dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires, la piscine est un réel plus et la nourriture est excellente. Nous avons déjeuner et dîner ici, tout était délicieux et le petit déjeuner le lendemain était au dessus de nos attentes. Nous avons adorés notre séjour ici.

Nothing was a problem from storing medication in their kitchens fridge to getting the beer cold enough for 2 finicky Aussies! Breakfast was great, the food just kept coming. We loved it so much we booked our last night before our departure & were upgraded to the beautiful suite (the couple travelling with us)The rooms were lovely, spotlessly clean , most comfortable bed with great linens, lovely bath products, big bathrooms & private outdoor space. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Although it is close to the airport, it is very quiet and there is a beautiful garden and fish ponds around. The room is large and comfortable. Food is delicious, but it takes a lot of time between ordering and serving, including when taking a smoothie. It is also close to shops. Unfortunately, there is no possibility to have a massage there, you have to go to a centre that is quite far.. We loved our very short stay and relaxed well.

I found it the perfect place to relax before starting my travels around Sri Lanka and looked forward to returning there for a few days to relax before going home toi NZ. However, the most impressive part wasn't the rooms. We're not foodies, but at breakfast we agreed that the local chef makes one of the best curries on the island. We highly recommend stopping in for breakfast!

Possibilité de manger sur place même si on arrive tard ( écrivez à l’hôtel ). C’était délicieux et sans aucun soucis niveau salubrité. Même Possible de boire une bière en relaxant dans la cours extérieure. Je conseille x1000 pour votre nuit d’arrivée au pays

Ook zeer vriendelijk personeel, ze hebben zelfs een wereldstekker voor ons geregeld toen bleek dat we de verkeerde mee hadden. De kinderen hebben zich prima vermaakt in het zwembad en met het voeren van de vissen. Top ligging, slechts 20 min vanaf het vliegveld.
