A charming boutique hotel with very good location and kind hosts.

Znakomity, stylowy zabytkowy dom w którym urządzono hotelik. Gustowne dobrane wyposażenie wnętrz w stare sprzęty, meble, dobrane z dobrym smakiem. Hotel położony 10 minut pieszo od turystycznego centrum, bardzo blisko jeziora i twierdzy. Parking hotelowy za barierką, około 200 m od hotelu. Bardzo dobre śniadania, do wyboru dla każdego smakosza.Pani serwuje jajecznicę, omlet na życzenie klienta. Znakomita obsługa.

Werkelijk alles. Dit is zo'n hotel wat je alleen maar een 10 kan geven. We kwamen aan bij de parkeerplaats iets verderop bij het hotel en de vriendelijke jongen die daar stond nam meteen mijn koffer over en liep met ons mee om het hotel te wijzen. We waren laat maar werden uiterst vriendelijk geholpen en op de kamer kon je een QR code scannen zodat je nog eten kon laten bezorgen. Het hotel is in authentieke stijl ingericht, heeft een schattige binnenplaats en wij konden vanaf ons balkon via een doorkijkje zo het meer op kijken. De badkamer was het mooist van alles, zo smaakvol en met oog voor detail ingericht. Zelfs een doekje om je make-up af te halen ontbrak niet. Volgende ochtend weer een uiterst vriendelijke dame die een eitje voor ons bakte en toen we zeiden dat wij geen grote ontbijters zijn, kwam ze meteen met aluminiumfolie aan zodat we wat eten voor onze reis mee konden nemen. Ook mochten we de auto wat langer laten staan zodat we nog een wandeling door Ioannina konden maken. Bij vertrek kregen we nog water mee voor onderweg. Echt niks dan lof.

Dat we maar een nacht hadden geboekt, wij komen terug!

We stayed a week in this lovely historic hotel, with a beautifully decorated lobby and rooms. Excellent breakfast, quiet street minutes from the lake, and great staff — especially the front desk crew, Rena, Manolia and Georgia, who were the highlight, handling every request and enquiry willingly and efficiently.

Outstanding hotel, everything was perfect, friendly staff, carefully furnished rooms, beautiful decoration, central location. Highly recommend it.

L'albergo ha ecceduto le nostre aspettative. La signora Paola che ci ha accolti è stata gentilissima, ci ha aiutati a parcheggiare, ci ha raccontato un po' della città e dei giri che avremmo potuto fare, ci ha fatto il check in accompagnandoci in camera e aiutati con le valigie. La camera come l'hotel era pulitissima e non mancava di niente. La colazione era buonissima e aveva tanta scelta. L'hotel è in centro in una posizione tranquilla e comodissima e vicino a tanti locali. Abbiamo amato Joannina e l'hotel dove abbiamo soggiornato, ma la vera differenza l'ha fatta la Paola con la sua gentilezza e attenzione ai dettagli

This hotel is a real gem. It is beautifully decorated, combining the spirit of tradition with modern amenities and service of the highest quality. The location is perfect for exploring the old town of Ioannina, with all the museums, shops, tavernas and bars just a stone’s throw away. There is free parking, as well as a very good breakfast at a reasonable price. We met three women working at the hotel during our stay, and all of them were simply wonderful – kind, caring, and very efficient in making us feel comfortable and warmly welcomed. Special thanks go to our fellow Bulgarian, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Thank you very much! We will gladly come back someday.

The hotel was amazing and at the perfect location .

The only down side of the hotel is that it doesn’t have an elevator but they are excused because is an old building .

The woman at the reception was very very nice and helpful. This was the best part of my stay :) the room was great and the location too. Very clean and felt cozy.

The decoration of the lobby was less my taste and no so comfortable for sitting in.

La struttura è davvero molto curata e molto caratteristica. Le camere sono sufficientemente spaziose e molto pulite. Il buffet della colazione è ampio e molto ben fornito. E' in una posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro città e ha un parcheggio privato completamente gratuito. Le ragazze della reception sono state molto cortesi e molto disponibili anche nel darci informazioni su ristoranti e attrazioni della città.

Boutique hotel davvero bello, ogni dettaglio pensato e curato nei minimi particolari. Noi abbiamo alloggiato nella camera familiare: davvero grande e bellissima. Ho adorato la passione della proprietaria. Colazione buonissima e posizione molto comoda per raggiungere il centro.

Everything was beautifully designed with great attention to detail. The place is stylish, charming, and exceptionally clean. Our room was absolutely beautiful, tastefully decorated, and spotless. The breakfast was delicious, especially the wonderful homemade pies. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this lovely place!

Wonderful hotel in a refurbished old mansion. Lots of character and very nicely decorated. Our room was large and clean, and they had done an incredible job updating it, while still managing to retain its character. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. All common areas are impeccably well maintained. The location is very central and very convenient.

Αρχικά να πω ότι τουλάχιστον μιάμιση ώρα πριν την άφιξη, μας κάλεσαν να μας πουν ότι έχουν προβλέψει πάρκινγκ για το αυτοκίνητο. Με την άφιξη όλα τα κορίτσια στην ρεσεψιόν και καθόλη την διάρκεια της παραμονής ήταν ευγενέστατες και με χαμόγελο. Χωρίς να το έχουμε ζητήσει ως πιθανότητα, έκαναν αναβάθμιση του δωματίου το οποίο ήταν ΕΞΑΙΡΕΤΙΚΟ ΑΠΟ ΚΑΘΕ ΑΠΟΨΗ, θα μπορούσα να γράψω έκθεση για αυτό και δεν υπερβάλλω. Προσφέρθηκαν επίσης αυθόρμητα να μας δώσουν όσες πληροφορίες θέλαμε και χάρτη με τα καλύτερα σημεία για να επισκεφθούμε στα Ιωάννινα. Το πρωινό ΑΡΙΣΤΟ και ικανό να ευχαριστήσει κάθε γούστο. Στην αποχώρηση μας πρόσφεραν παγωμένα νερά για τον δρόμο, που προφανώς δεν είναι τίποτα σπουδαίο από άποψη κόστους ΑΛΛΑ αποτελεί μια ευχάριστη κίνηση από την πλευρά του καταλύματος. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα για οικογένεια.

A beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Ioannina. The rooms were very comfortable, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent, and having free parking included was a great advantage. Despite its central location, the hotel was incredibly quiet, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. Above all, we would like to thank the wonderful Albanian hostess for her exceptional hospitality. She made us feel truly welcome, and her kindness and warmth made our stay even more memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Location was great, very good communication and parking in front of the place. The breakfast was delicious and had everything you might want. The people were so lovely and really helpful when we had wet cloths (from rafting) to dry.

Our bathroom was a little bit smelly from the drains, and the bedroom was a little smaller than I had anticipated ( booking.com said it was 20 sq m but it felt smaller).

Δεν έχω λόγια για αυτό το κατάλυμα στην καρδιά της πόλης με εντυπωσίασε η διακόσμηση συνδεμένη με την παράδοση των Ιωαννίνων φοβερές παροχές και πάρκινγκ το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο σαν να μας γνώριζαν από παλιά σίγουρα θα ξαναπάμε.

На завтрак при пригоовлении яичницы много было масла, не красивая подача блюд из яиц, кофе не вкусный.

Sehr nettes Hotel in der Innenstadt, super Parkplatz mit Code in der Nähe, Frühstück für 10 € lohnt sich (wir hatten ohne Frühstück gebucht), wir kommen wieder.

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, gute Lage dicht am Stadtzentrum mit Geschäften und Restaurants sowie zum See und zur Burg

Wir hatten das Zimmer unter dem Dach, was für gropße Menschen etwas unbequem ist, weil man sich leicht den kopf stossen kann

This is really different. Room in the attic was quaint and we really enjoyed it. Staff took our bags up the stairs... thank you. Great location with the marina 10 minutes walk away. So many restaurants and so much to see. Breakfast was amazing! There were so many hidden gems and trinkets in the rooms brought back memories from time gone by. Fascinating. We will return.

Superbe maison rénovée avec authenticité et goût. Chambre et salle d’eau spacieuses. Tout ce dont on a besoin en terme de commodité et de confort ( y compris délicieux baklavas ). Salle d’eau pourvue d’une baignoire et d’une douche italienne. Calme absolu bien que à deux pas des bords du lac et de ses nombreux restaurants. Les restaurations de la ville ancienne ( encore en cours ) sont magnifiques. Incontestablement une incroyable halte !!

Great location. The hotel is a real gem. We spent two nights there with my mother and we would love to return there. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The room was beautiful and clean with lots of attention to detail. Hotel staff were welcoming and went above and beyond in making our stay there exceptional.

Υπέροχα διακοσμημένο, πεντακάθαρο και ζεστό δωμάτιο, με ωραίο πρωινό. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετικό σημείο, με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε όλα τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος χωρίς να απαιτείται αυτοκίνητο. Παράλληλα, προσφέρει ησυχία και χαλαρωτική ατμόσφαιρα. Οι άνθρωποί του είναι ιδιαίτερα ευγενικοί, φιλόξενοι και πάντα πρόθυμοι να εξυπηρετήσουν.

Είναι ένα πάρα πολύ γραφικό και όμορφο κατάλυμα στο κέντρο της πόλης. Δίπλα σε όλα τα βασικά αξιοθέατα, όλα είναι προσβάσιμα με τα πόδια. Διαθέτει και ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ, το οποίο είναι πάρα πολύ σημαντικό. Ο εσωτερικός χώρος είναι προσεγμένος και πολύ όμορφος, ενώ όλο το κατάλυμα είναι πάρα πολύ καθαρό. Τέλος, το προσωπικό είναι πάρα πολύ ευγενικό. Θα το προτιμούσαμε ξανά στην επόμενη διαμονή μας σίγουρα!

Πρόκειται για ένα εξαιρετικά όμορφο ξενοδοχείο στο κέντρο των Ιωαννίνων με πολύ εύκολη πρόσβαση. Ζεστός χώρος, υπέροχη διακόσμηση, αμέτρητες επιλογές για πρωινό, άψογη φιλοξενία και ένα πολύ ευγενικό & φιλικό προσωπικό. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα, ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη η διαμονή μας. Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα σας επισκεφτούμε ξανά.

Ήταν πολύ περιποιημένο, όμορφο και καθαρό. Η τοποθεσία φανταστική!

Θα ήθελα λίγο περισσότερη ποικιλία στον μπουφέ του πρωινού, κατά τα άλλα η ομελέτα που μας έφτιαξαν εκείνη τη στιγμή ήταν καταπληκτική!!
