SAZ City Life Boutique Hotel

SAZ City Life is a boutique hotel, is located near to the city hall of Kastoria. The hotel is very modern. Staff was very friendly. The room was huge, very nice and we had two bathrooms. The hotel has a restaurant in a terrace with excellent view over Kastoria. Breakfast was very good.

The only issue of this hotel is parking. It has a parking, but it is not used. You need to park in a municipal parking place or in another private parking about 150 m from the hotel. As the hotel lies in a street with high traffic it is difficult to stop to get your luggage out.

The staff is always professional, kind and smiling

Our room was very big with a separate sitting room and two bathrooms plus balconies. The View, roof top bar was really good with views of the lake and kestrels flying nearby. We also saw the fire planes landing and taking off. The breakfast was also good with coffee made to order not the self help machines that are becoming the norm.

I think the bed could have been more comfortable. But that's a maybe.

Our one night stay at this hotel was fantastic. The staff was very welcoming, very helpful. The breakfast was very good, with quality. I recommend it 100%. I will come back again.

The location was excellent, 10 mins walk to old town and castle. Parking available at small charge, room very comfortable, bed superb. Breakfast was superb served by a very meticulous lovely man and the reception staff were incredible. I literally could have talked all day to the lovely receptionist who helped check us out yesterday. Total star. Oh and the rooftop bar was stunning.

Att tvingas betala för en andra kopp te/kaffe till frukosten är småaktigt. Det har vi aldrig upplevt någon annan stans. Ingen laktosfrit alternativ på lunchen i restaurangen plan 6. Vi fick gå vidare för att äta.

Siamo arrivati al SAZ Hotel in tarda serata e la receptionist ci ha accolti in maniera impeccabile facendoci sostare davanti l'hotel per scaricare i bagagli. Ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni per parcheggiare nel comodissimo garage convenzionato a 2 passi dall'hotel. Stanza molto grande, balcone con vista bellissimo. Ottima colazione e posizione meravigliosa a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico e dagli imbarchi per l'isola.

Ωραίο ξενοδοχείο στο κέντρο της πόλης των Ιωαννίνων. Ευγενικό προσωπικό. Καθαρά δωμάτια. Υπέροχο το roof garden στον 6ο όροφο. Ιδανικό για καφέ , φαγητό ή και ποτό το βράδυ. Ήπια τέλειο κοκτέιλ.

Αναφέρεται η υπηρεσία πρωινού σε πακέτο την οποία και ζητήσαμε για τις 5:45 το πρωί. Αυτό που παραλάβαμε κατ'άτομο ήταν ένας χυμός μικρός, 1 κρύο τοστ, 1 φέτα κέικ, 1 αυγό βραστό και 1 αχλάδι. Αντιλαμβάνομαι ότι εκείνη την ώρα δεν υπάρχει ανοιχτή κουζίνα για μεγαλύτερη ποικιλία, αλλά εφόσον το πρωινό περιλαμβάνεται στην τιμή του δωματίου, θα θέλαμε να δούμε και κάτι παραπάνω. Π.χ ένα καφέ, ένα ποτήρι γάλα, το τοστ να ήταν ψημένο, 1 βουτυράκι με 1 φρυγανιά. Μας φάνηκε περίεργο που παραλάβαμε από μία χάρτινη σακούλα με αυτά μέσα.

Άριστη διαμονή στο κέντρο της πόλης. Τοποθεσία, Δωμάτιο, υποδομές, προσωπικό, όλα Άριστα! Μην παραλείψετε να πάτε στο rooftop, αξέχαστη θέα αλλά και εξαιρετικό φαγητό! Μπράβο σας!

Ο χώρος στάθμευσης είναι σε κάποια απόσταση από το ξενοδοχείο

Το πρωινο θα μπορουσε να ηταν καλυτερο, κ πιο ποιοτικό. Μεγάλη αδυναμια ο καφες: τη μια μερα υπηρχε μόνο φίλτρου που ηταν άγευστος, δεν υπήρχε άλλη επιλογή.

Πολύ τίμιο ξενοδοχείο στα Γιάννενα. Πολύ άνετο το δωμάτιο με υπερδιπλο κρεβάτι, ευρύχωρο, σύγχρονο και πολύ καθαρό που είναι κατά τη γνώμη μου βασικά χαρακτηριστικά. Το πρωινό χωρίς τεράστια ποικιλία αλλά ποιοτικό και νόστιμο. Θα ξαναπήγαινα.

In a central location, close to everything. Very good service. Parking is nearby, but there is a place provided in front of the hotel to unpack luggage. But it is on the other side of the street and it is a little difficult to park because it is before the traffic lights.

There was a sewer smell in the room.

ארוחת בוקרף ניתן לשפר הן באיכות והן בכמות. חייבים להסדיר תאורת חוץ, חדר האוכל מאוד אפל ולא מזמין.

Hotel molto confortevole e stiloso.. letto molto comodo , camera top! Ottima colazione..

Purtroppo non parlo inglese, ed arrivare a notte fonda il non avere il posto auto in loco mi ha creato qualche problema .. Ovviamente non è un difetto della struttura ma un parcheggio interno sarebbe stato meglio..

התלוננו על ריח מחדר האמבט של עובש וביוב. אמרו שהם בתפוסה מלאה ואין מה לעשות עם זה. פזרו חומר ניקוי בשירותים. רק אחרי יומיים בלילה הציעו שנעבור למחרת בשביל יום אחד לחדר אחר. מה הטעם? לתת לנו לישון יומיים בתנאים כאלה ואז לצאת ידי חובה. נענו ליום שלם. חזרנו לישון ועזבנו בבוקר. לא נחזור לשם יותר.

Όλο το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου ήταν άριστο.

Δεν μου άρεσε που το parking ήταν αλλού και με χρέωση 10€ τη μέρα.κ για το κατοικίδιο που έχουμε ένα σκυλάκι 5 κιλά να πληρώσουμε 15€ τη μέρα.

Excellent location, boutique hotel, professional service. Electra, the reception manager, was exceptional and welcomed us with professionalism and warmth and solved every problem.

Perfect position and very large rooms. The service was very good and the roof top bar restorant was amazing.

The only good things about this hotel were the location and the person serving breakfast, who was very kind.

They let us check in an hour early, but there were no towels in the room until 3:30 p.m., so we had to wait just to take a shower. The receptionist with glasses was very rude, sarcastic, and unprofessional. There was no one to help with the luggage, so we had to carry our suitcases to the room ourselves. That wasn’t a big issue, but when we wanted to check out, they refused to let us use the luggage trolley, saying it was “occupied.” There was only one high chair for babies in the entire hotel, so we had to keep our child on our laps during meals. Although underground parking was advertised as included, they told me my car was “too big,” so I had to pay an extra €14. Do not stay at this hotel. It is a complete scam.

First we really liked the town - beautiful and clean. Hotel is in a Central location , quiet for where it is and easy to see everything on town. Close to many bars and Restaraunts. Staff is very well trained and have a great attitude . Hotel Breakfast was tasty , , roof top bar is a real bonus= nicest view in town. All the staff were pleasant with a super Nice job by Dmitrius at breakfast - calm and efficient even when very busy while always wearing a smile , he understands and achieves perfect service! Rooms were spotless and good size , balcony room worth it . We will be back!

Location was good. The only good thing about this hotel.

The room was not clean, more specifically the bathroom trash bin was full of waste, used toilet papers and more. We called the reception (from our phone - since the room’s phone was not working) and the night shift came to empty the bin and entered the bathroom with his shoes on. No apology, no offer to change rooms. When confronted about the shoes, he said the cleaning staff also stepped with shoes before you. Meaning that most probably it was not even mopped. Morning shift did not even ask how our stay was and did not acknowledge the incident. Breakfast was subpar.

Άψογο σε όλα του. Προσωπικό, δωμάτιο, καθαριότητα και πρωινό. Άνετο μπάνιο και κρεβάτι. Προσεγμένο και με όμορφο μοντέρνο στυλ.

Το ότι νόμιζα ότι έχουν δικό τους πάρκινγκ ενώ ουσιαστικά συνεργάζονται επί πληρωμή. Το πάρκινγκ είναι θέμα στο σημείο του ξενοδοχείου επειδή είναι πολύ κεντρικά.

The location was excellent. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was decent. The hotel was extremely clean.

In the bathtub, the glass separation was not properly placed, so after the shower, there was water everywhere. I didn't realize that we needed to reserve the parking so we had to park in other places. However, there were other parking places close by.

The staff, especially Nickie was very friendly, helpful and engaging. Her bright smile each afternoon was welcoming. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Also comfy beds and pillows.

Only one thing, needed a bit more light in the bathroom.

Εξαιρετικό το προσωπικό, πολύ καλό πρωινό. Στον έκτο όροφο υπάρχει ένα υπέροχο roof garden με πολύ καλή θέα.

Δεν διαθέτει δικό του χώρο στάθμευσης, υπάρχει πρόβλημα με το παρκάρισμα στην πόλη.

Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα στην καρδιά της πόλης. Το δωμάτιο σύγχρονο, ευρύχωρο και καθαρό με άνετο κρεβάτι. Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ καλό, με ικανοποιητική ποικιλία εδεσμάτων. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό.

Terrible parking situation

Κακή σχέση ποιότητας τιμής σε ό,τι δοκιμάσαμε από το εστιατόριο, το πρωινό πολύ κατώτερο των προσδοκιών και σε επιλογές και σε ποιότητα -μηδαμινές υγιεινές επιλογές, το προσωπικό τυπικά ευγενικό, αλλά ως εκεί, όχι προσπάθεια να δημιουργήσει μία ευχάριστη εμπειρία και το parking με το οποίο συνεργάζεται το ξενοδοχείο είναι μακριά από το ξενοδοχείο, με υπερβολικά πολλές οδηγίες για το πως να κατευθυνθείς προς τα εκεί, με ποιο κουμπί ανοίγει η πόρτα, με ποιο κουμπί σηκώνεται η μπάρα κοκ -υπερβολικά πολλά to dos για ένα city break.

Very kind staff and clean rooms. Bed was comfortable. Very kind staff member who serves breakfast in the morning.

Everything was very noisy - traffic in the street, slamming of the neigbors’s doors in the hallway, bathroom fan. It was impossible to sleep with the balcony door open, as well as with the air condition turned on. The receptionist told me that the room has a coffee machine, but it didn’t. The breakfast was quite disappoining, coffee was also bad.
