Όλα ήταν εξαιρετικά! Μακάρι η χώρα μας να διέθετε τέτοια ξενοδοχεία σε όλες τις πόλεις! Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα, όταν επισκεφθώ ξανά τα Ιωάννινα θα μείνω και πάλι σε αυτό. Ένα πραγματικό διαμάντι! Το προσωπικό, οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι, το πρωινό, τα δωμάτια, σε όλα άριστα!

ottima struttura, personale molto professionale e cortese. ottima la camera e i servizi. ottima la colazione. Ho provato l'Hammam, molto bello. La posizione è perfetta per passare ottime serate nei locali del centro e per lo shopping giornaliero, è molto vicino anche l'imbarco per l'isola. Consigliato.

Everything was excellent

The two strongest impressions were of the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the attractive decor. The room was comfortable and beautifully peaceful, and we slept very well. Breakfast was fine with plenty of options, although we tend to eat simply ourselves - and we were especially delighted to find real orange juice and a range of fruit, both of which seem to be quite rare these days in our experience. Eggs were made to order from a special menu of egg options, which I had never seen before. The breakfast room was pleasant, and there was also the possibility of sitting outside in the lovely little courtyard. We tried the jacuzzi and steam bath on the first day, which was an enjoyable and, for us, rather surprising experience because we were novices in the hammam! We came away with lovely, soft-feeling skin, which persisted throughout our weekend stay. The location suited us well as it was in a quiet street just outside the old town and citadel, and very close to the lake, which we love. There were quite a few restaurants very close by, as well as plenty of shops, although we were there over the bank holiday weekend, so they were almost all closed. We had come to escape the noise and overcrowding of Corfu, where we live, and found just what we hoped for in the Kamares Boutique Hotel.

It's hard to find anything to say here. There were a couple of minor maintenance problems in the room but we did not flag them up because we were not inconvenienced by them. A tree in the supplementary parking area made a mess of our car after a rain shower but this was a seasonal and meteorological issue, rather than the hotel's fault. We did report this so other guests could be warned.

The hotel is wonderful, historic building with unique decoration. Very clean and well equipped room Fresh breakfast with variety. The best part though was the staff. Everyone is extremely helpful and polite, making this a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Overall a great experience, I would visit again. Highly recommended.

I stayed in one of the upper floors that look down on the inside courtyard from August 9 to August 13, 2026. This hotel is in a very old mansion and the architecture is beautiful. My room was a decent size room, to include an iron/ironing board, robes and slippers, mini fridge and a safe. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was divine, wish I had this kind of shower at my home. I took advantage of the spa and the massage was fantastic. The staff were so warm and welcoming. The hotel is within walking distance of the lake, castle and the tourist shops/restaurants. There is also parking off-site. Really enjoyed my stay. Thank you!!!

The breakfast had way too many different "pies" that I was glad to see little sausages every couple of days, wished there would have been bacon though.

Μου άρεσε που σε ταξίδευε σε μια άλλη εποχή. Είχε όμορφο αίθριο αν και μικρό όπου μπορούσες να πάρεις το πρωινό σου ή να καθίσεις να χαλαρώσεις. Στο δωμάτιο είχε σίδερο σιδερόματος με σιδερώστρα και αναπαυτικά κρεβάτια με πολλά μαξιλάρια. Είχε ένα μινι μπαρ με διάφορα καλούδια. Πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο, στο κάστρο και στα καραβάκια για το νησάκι όπου μπορούσες να βρεθείς σε 5' με τα πόδια.

Ένα μειονέκτημα μπορώ να πω πως ήταν ότι όλα τα μαξιλάρια ήταν μεγάλα και κάπως σκληρά. Θα ήθελα ένα πιο μαλακό και ας ήταν μεγάλο. Επίσης η ντουλάπα για τα ρούχα είναι μικρή για δύο άτομα που θα καθίσουν παραπάνω από μία νύχτα όπως έμεινα εγώ, Κατά τα άλλα όλοι είναι με το χαμόγελο και προσπαθούν για το καλύτερο.

The staff were absolute perfection. The energy and passion they pour into making guests feel truly welcome is unmatched — and what makes it even more impressive is that they are employees, not the owners. This team makes all the difference! The rooms were fantastic and the breakfast very tasty. Location was great, in the city centre close ro everything and the lake.

Beautiful building full of character. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was spotless and full of charm. Excellent breakfast and very handy parking. Lovely quiet street but just a few minutes walk from every thing you need.

A wonderful historic property in the historic area of Old Ioannina. Close the lake for lovely evening walks, visit to “The Island”, Ioannina castle and loads of history. Daily full breakfast and lots of local restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Kind and generous staff. Easy central location to access stunning day trips in the area.

Tolle Lage mitten im Ort, fußläufig zum See gelegen. Der Empfang und das Personal sehr nett und aufmerksam. Das Auto konnte in der Garage gegenüber geparkt werden. Die Zimmer war einfach sehr schön eingerichtet, mit viel Geschmack und das Bad war auch sauber und geräumig. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und man hat alles bekommen, was man wollte. Wir würden dort wieder übernachten.

Das ist ein besonderes Boutique Hotel mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns unseren gesamten Aufenthalt sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück mit viel Selbstgemachten und frischen Zutaten war hervorragend, noch dazu in dem wunderschönen Essraum. Die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten in Ioannina sind leicht zu Fuß erreichbar von der Unterkunft aus.

The hotel is on a great location, very close to the city centre, staff is very friendly and great room.

It was an amazing experience. The stuff, the facilities the breakfast all of them were fabulous. In addition to this,I ask the stuff at night hour for help, due strong pain in my arm.Anastasi who was in the reception, went out of his way in order to help me ,including ask his mother to bring me special cream. Great stay,great stuff.

A luxurious property quite near a path leading down to the Vikos Gorge. Great staff. Great breakfast. A beautiful room.

Parking is tricky. A narrow cobblestone road leads uphill to a small parking area.

Breakfast very good, but breakfast room rather small. Room was amazing furnished in Ottoman style but very comfortable.

Quite difficult to find when driving in at first.

Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück. Mir hat es ausserordentlich gut gefallen. Parkplätze in der Nähe auf privatem Parkplatz.

Οι παροχές του δωματίου ξεπερνούσαν και την πιο τρελή φαντασία.Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος εξαιρετική 100 μέτρα από την αγορά και 500 από την λίμνη.Το parking ακριβώς απέναντι του ξενοδοχείου σε απόσταση αναπνοής.

The vibe and style of the hotel took you back in time, but the modern facilities made you feel very comfortable.

There isn't something I didn't like, or at least worth mentioning.

Sehr aufmerksames, hilfsbereites und zuvorkommendes Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Zimmer gross, gut ausgestattet und ein riesiges Bett.

Die Klimatisierung/Lüftung des Zimmers war im April nicht notwendig, hat jedoch in der Nacht unangenehme Geräusche verursacht. Ab der zweiten Nacht haben wir durch eine andere Einstellung wieder ruhig geschlafen :-))
