Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The front office staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. On check-in, the bedsheets, pillow covers, and blanket covers provided were clearly not fresh or properly washed. Despite repeatedly insisting that they had already been changed, it was only after I pointed out visible dust, hair, and dirt that they finally replaced them. The staff’s attitude was disappointing, as they were more interested in denying the issue than resolving it promptly. Another major disappointment was the so-called “breakfast included.” It was extremely poor in quality and variety. There were no eggs or any other protein-rich options. Breakfast was limited to basic items like puri-sabji or bread with jam, which falls well below the standard one would expect from a hotel offering complimentary breakfast. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and substandard breakfast made the stay unpleasant. I would strongly advise travelers to consider other hotels if they value hygiene, hospitality, and a decent breakfast.

The room in which i was staying was full of cockroaches. There were many cockroaches roaming on the bed too. I made a complaint regarding the situation but nothing happened. I wanted some refund but the hotel management did nothing.

Fab hotels took 1.5 hours to resolve the issue.at first the helpline couple of helpline staffs put the call on hold after hearing the serious concern raised by me. Very much unprofessional behaviour by fabhotels.The staffs were also not co-operative at all of the hotel at first.

The room was not clean at all. Cockroaches were roaming around the room and the toilet. The bed sheets were not cleaned properly. The warm water was not available in the toilet, so I could not take a bath. Overall, one of my worst experiences. I should receive a refund.

Reviewed Oct 19, 2025Biggest Fraud and Unprofessional Experience – Avoid This Hotel! I had a terrible experience with this hotel. The contact number provided turned out to be of Fab Hotels support, and someone posing as a representative called me and took an advance of ₹250, confirming early check-in (10 am)and other details over WhatsApp. After taking an early morning flight and reaching the hotel around 10:15 AM, the person at the reception (named Bandhan, possibly the manager) behaved extremely unprofessionally. Even after I connected him with Fab Hotel support, he demanded ₹200 for early check-in. When I reported this to Fab support, he suddenly claimed no rooms were available and asked me to wait till 12 noon. This left me stranded after a long journey, forcing me to look for another hotel at the last minute, despite having a confirmed booking. It completely ruined my day and caused a lot of trouble. As a frequent Booking.com user, I am deeply disappointed with both Booking.com and Fab Hotels for allowing such fraudulent listings. Strong action should be taken against this property to prevent others from facing the same issue. Would you like me to make it slightly shorter (for Booking.com’s character limit) or keep it detailed like this for maximum impact?

Water was paid!! I’ve stayed in a lot of properties- 2 bottles of mineral water are provided per day in an average (some give free water) but here i had to pay for the water that too ₹25😂. Rest everything was okay!
