The picture (above) on the Web does not reflect or represent the hotel. If you could see the street level of this same hotel you would understand what I mean. I didn't like the fact that there was a bar and a liquor store seemingly attached to the hotel. These places had better signs advertisement their product then the hotel did. The entrance to the hotel and front desk area was very unclean and unappealing. The lock on the room door did not leave me confident to leave anything of value in the room when I went out.

No tienen seriedad ninguna. Reservé con meses de antelación y al llegar al hotel me dicen que estaba completo, que no había sitio para mi. Además Booking no me dio ninguna solución al problema. Por suerte no me cobraron y pude encontrar algo mejor, pero es una experiencia que no recomiendo a nadie.

The room, bathroom and stairs were clean at all. Bathroom was a bit smelly. The breakfast was below the basic level and providing that after 8:30 was not convenient. The very BAR on the 1st and 2nd floor makes the environment quite unfriendly.

Reviewed Jan 4, 2025"It was a horrible experience. I had booked for two days but couldn’t stay longer than 45 minutes. The room was extremely shady, located right next to their storeroom, and the bedsheets were torn. The actual room looked nothing like the pictures advertised—completely misleading. I had chosen this property based on the photos and its 8.2 rating, which I now seriously question. To make matters worse, I was so shocked upon entering the room that I didn’t even notice the staff boy had left the room key hanging on the door outside. I only realized this when I was leaving. On top of that, there was ongoing construction on the same floor, even at 9 PM, creating a very unsafe and unsettling environment. I’m not sure if locking the door from the inside would have made any difference since anyone could have opened it from the outside using the key. Feeling unsafe, I immediately booked another hotel and left within 45 minutes. I didn’t bother fighting for a refund because my safety was far more important than the money I had paid. Please don’t be misled by the pictures or reviews like I was."

Since the booking, many times I have received messages to pay in advance otherwise my booking is not confirmed. I made a "cancel anytime" booking, but stil received so many messages to pay in advance. Very disturbing. My room 406 was far from what I saw in the pictures, neither new, no fresh painted, nor furniture in good condition. There was all the time strong noises from the nearby building or other sources. Bed was quite hard to sleep on it.... I am western person, maybe for Indian would be ok, but for westerner far from that...
