Food was costly

Loved the location .It's very easy to locate from Belgachia Metro and the checkin was very smooth .Moreover the security was really very helpful and you can come back to the hotel at late nights also without any hassle .Perfect for office meetings , stay cation and even for couples.

There was a water leak on the room and some cob webs too in 207 Room number.

The room ,the cleanliness and the in-house restaurant

The noise , due to the banquet hall and no free Aquaguard water

Almost everything starting from broken taps in the bathroom to dirty surroundings where used plates were simply kept outside the room and substandard cots and AC

Good for the price and if you need to stay in this location for overnight. Dusty AC, Dusty Furniture, Cockroaches in bathroom. Also Treebo gets on to your nerves by blackmailing to pay immediately , threatening to cancel otherwise. Will never book Treebo property again.

Stuffs were helpfull. Location was good

Cleanliness. ceiling and walls were strained. Bed was too soft and bouncy. Bed sheets were strained too as if it wasn't changed after guests checked out. Bath rooms were not maintained properly. Liquide hand shops was near to empty. Rooms had cigarette smells.

The property is great one. location is accessable, though parking is bit problematic.

The staff is pathetic, they dont care about the guests

The room should have been more clean. I was supposed to leave early in the morning and the water in the bathroom was barely warm. When I wanted to check out at around 6 am, there was no staff to issue the Receipt of payment.

Breakfast is very basic. They should add south indian food and fruits in breakfast menu.

Rooms size is okay . Quality of mattress and pillow is good. Location is excellent. Staff very cooperative.

The staff are not helpful from time check it . They didnt even give me as details and ask me follow a guy to room . My 1st room was extreme hot as there is no proper curtain as well i had to ask them few times to help change room, room was dirty and aircon not cooling as well . After I requested through booking.com I was transferred to another room . It was ok but the toilet water get stagnant . The breakfast was very simple . I didnt stay fully and check out 2nd night as I felt uncomfortable as the staff are not helpful and moved to a better hotel with better staff service . I have Attached the 2nd room toilet .

The room and bathroom were spacious, but there was a draining problem.

Ac air smelled like kitchen exhaust and eyes were aching. It was difficult to stay in the evenings after a long tiring day. Couldnot sleep till 11 in the night due to this.

Location was little remote ....uber not picking this hotel No so clean Bathroom water not getting drained properly

The rooms were comfortable and fitted with all amenities necessary for a good guest experience. The staff there friendly and helpful at all times during my stay the front office staff where informative and knowledgeable and variable to guide me all through my stay

This hotel was recommended by a local family and close to there home.

Room was not veryclean on arrival, An aggressive dog in the room next door. Smelling of dog faces I bought some incense from the market that helped Linen looked dirty on arrival. cockroaches in room No fridge or anything to kwep drinks in room.. No hot water at times. Didnt clean or offer extra water or towels. breakfast wasn't until eight thirty each day land very limited. Load music at night and fighting in hall way. Slaming doors ect. I kept towel around door to stop noise I had to pay cash on departure as they didn't accept visa or mastercard. And we had to make 50% deposit bank transfer before our stay I would not recommend this hotel to any international traveller..no customer service and I did not feel welcome or safe. Very disappointed .I book most of my travel with booking.com but this Property should not even have a listing.

The staff at the (HN) in downtown (L) were fantastic. Great attitude. Helpful, and always available. The bed was super comfy. I will always stay at this location when traveling to or through (L)

rooms are a bit small yet the staff made up for it. Very close to termini 2 min walk. Super marker close. Hotel Decor was good. Breakfast outstanding . Impressed by the personal touch extended. Bed is cosy.Con room wifi not so good although wifi in lobby works well. By Standards it is 3.5 star. All in all had a good stay

Improve the food quality.

The staffs are good, I liked their swift response. Food was good but little expensive.

The rooms were not as expected and as shown in the images. The sheets were dirty, although the staff quickly replaced it after we asked for new sheets. There were cockroaches in the room. We had stayed on other properties of Treebo in different locations which we liked it very much, but this property was not upto our expectation.

Staff really helpful, room was what was to be expected in accordance with the website, clean, food was really good too, overall very nice, only thing I could complain about would be that my flight landed at 07:35 and I was at the hotel at 08:00 I was able to enter the hotel and sit in reception but couldn’t check in until 09:30

Our bathroom wasn't draining, and the hotel management couldn't be bothered to send someone to fix it.
