Impossible de dormir toute la nuit des gens qui crient et hurlent dans la rue jusqu’à 06h30 du matin. Nuit blanche durant mes 3 nuits.

Je n’ai pas aimé La chambre ainsi que l’ensemble de son contenu. Concernant le parking, aucune place ne m’a été réservée, alors que j’ai réglé à la réception la totalité du stationnement pour l’ensemble du séjour. Si le parking est complet, je me retrouve sans solution pour garer mon véhicule. Quand j’ai reclamé, on m’a dit que le parking est public et il faut circuler jusqu’à trouver une place libre😡

A part l’emplacement? Rien.

Très mauvaise expérience au Boutique B51 à Marbella. Nous avons été extrêmement déçus par le séjour, aussi bien par la chambre que par l’attitude du personnel. Le principal problème concernait l’eau chaude : il y avait clairement un dysfonctionnement, mais l’équipe refusait tout simplement de nous croire. Malgré nos réclamations, aucune vraie solution ne nous a été proposée : ni changement de chambre, ni remboursement, ni geste commercial. La chambre était également très décevante : lits séparés alors que ce n’était pas ce que nous souhaitions, mobilier et équipements vieillissants, avec une impression générale que tout aurait besoin d’être rénové. Le pire reste cependant l’accueil. Une employée libanaise présente à la réception a été particulièrement désagréable avec nous et refusait pratiquement de nous parler ou d’écouter notre problème. Son attitude nous a semblé méprisante et discriminatoire. Aucun sourire, aucune empathie et aucune volonté de trouver une solution. Une équipe lamentable, un service indigne du standing annoncé et un très mauvais rapport qualité-prix. Nous ne recommandons absolument pas cet hôtel et nous n’y retournerons pas.

We stayed at this hotel 4 nights amd we had the air conditioning liking for the whole stay in our room. They told us they have sent someone to fix it but the problem remained throughout. Disappointing!

La chambre était mal isolée et assez étouffante. La prise électrique n’était pas située près du lit, ce qui n’était pas pratique. Il y avait également beaucoup de bruit, car l’hôtel se trouve juste en face d’une boîte de nuit. Concernant le petit-déjeuner, il manquait plusieurs produits et le choix était assez limité. Dans l’ensemble, le petit-déjeuner n’était pas particulièrement satisfaisant

Just Location

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the staff at the reception were not welcoming at all. There were no smiles, no greetings, and very little effort to communicate with guests. Every time we entered or left the hotel, the reception staff rarely acknowledged us unless we specifically approached them or made eye contact. This is definitely not the level of hospitality I would expect from a four-star hotel. The hotel claims to be four-star, but based on my experience, I would rate it a maximum of two stars. The rooms are outdated, and the cleanliness was not up to an acceptable standard. We even found blood stains on some of the bed linens, which was extremely unpleasant and made us question how thoroughly they had been cleaned. The furniture, facilities, and overall condition of the room also felt old and in need of renovation. Breakfast was another disappointment. The selection was very limited, and some of the food did not seem fresh. The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is its location. It is very centrally located and provides easy access to many of the main attractions, restaurants, and areas of the city. Other than the location, I honestly do not feel that the hotel provides a four-star experience. If a hotel advertises itself and charges prices at a four-star level, the service, cleanliness, rooms, facilities, and overall guest experience should reflect that standard. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.

Location was good and breakfast was good as well

Staff was not the greatest. There was a 1 older bold guy he was very rude. The gym was there but we can’t call it a “gym” it was destroyed, dusty not in usable condition.

Vores værelse var meget beskidt ved ankomst og det var tydeligt at se det kun rengøres overfladisk. Låger, døre og karme var meget beskidte.

La ubicación es buena si viajas por trabajo a Puerto banus.

El nivel de ruido en la zona es muy grande por las noches. No tieene mini bar, ni gimnasio... a nivel de servicios es un hotel muy justito. Además las camas en las habitaciones individuales son muy pequeñas.

الموقع قريب من البحر والشواطئ وقريب أربعه دقائق مشي من منطقة بورتو بانوس الراقية ومنطقة اليخوت وحوله كفهيات على البحر مباشرةً ومطاعم وأماكن للفطور ..

الغرفه كانت صغيرة وطلبنا تغييرها بأكبر رفضوا بحجة الفندق مزدحم .. وهناك أزعاج من بعد 12 بالليل من البارات المقابله للفندق …

Very dated. Our first room was tiny with an overwhelming smell of chemical cleaners. Had to pay £200 to be upgraded to the room nextdoor. Very noisy all night over looking road. Dated bathroom and corridors. TV didn’t work despite them trying to fix it. Plug didn’t work one side of bed. Very disappointed.

Camera satiate. Attenzione a non scegliere camera che danno sul lato mare: ci sono locali con musiche ad alto volume tutta la notte e insegne con luci che danno fastidio.

O barulho da rua toda a noite. Poderia ter uma caixilharia com melhor isolamento acústico. Achei também que o parque é muito caro. Deveria ser gratuito para hóspedes do hotel

Lo que más me gustó fue la amabilidad del personal, los amenities que son de la marca CLARINS, el agua de cristal Font Vella en la habitación y la ubicación.

La limpieza de la habitación dado que las sabanas de una de las camas estaban sucias, la nevera de la habitación hace mucho ruido, a eso le sumamos que la habitación me la pusieron en la fachada delantera donde hay una terraza con música muy alta hasta muy tarde (sabiendo que iba por trabajo), los cojines decorativos que se ven sucios y con las fundas rotas,... se notan las habitaciones descuidadas.

The location was the ONLY good thing about the hotel.

It is DIRTY! The hotel is old and worn down. There is a horrible stench (smell) in the corridors from the carpets. It is not clean at all. The amenities in the room are very basic.

Absolutely amazing hotel will definitely be back nice and clean every day the cleaners were so nice and friendly . There was one lady one the desk I didn’t catch her name but she was super friendly really n it lady . She was there with another gentleman as we checked in we popped in earlier than told to see if there was any way we could check in before 3pm they did do this for us which we was very grateful for . Right on strip and by the beach can’t fault it will definitely be back again

Hotellet ligger fint nära hamnen och stranden men AC enheten luktade illa och var mycket smutsig, vi fick byta rum 3ggr inna vi fick en som var ren och inte luktade illa. Frukosten var inte värdig ett 4 stjärnigt lyxhotell vid Puerto Banus

Ontbijt was goed. Locatie op het moment van verblijf veel verbouwingswerkzaamheden rond het Hotel. De parkeergarage lijkt wel een rovershol. Kan mij voorstellen dat een rouw alleen daar zich zeer ongemakkelijk voelt.

Le petit déjeuner était assez moyen (quantité limitée et qualité de la viennoiserie moyenne) . La baignoire présentait des fissures mal réparées (traces très apparentes de silicone).

Vi kommer fra Norge i Oslo by.😀 Eggerøren ved frokosten var ikke bra.Alt for lite stekt og var mye vann i den. Vi orket ikke å spise eggerøre.
