Muy fea la vision desde el apartamento, sólo se podia ver el callejón interior entre 2 edificios. Mala calidad de colchones bastante incomodos.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026The location was outstanding. One of the best places to stay in Marbella. Just step down and you are in the centre of the best Marbella vibe. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean😊 not very modern or new in terms of furniture and decor but very comfortable. The staff was very polite and supportive too. Had heard a few negative reviews and were worried but the hotel proved all of them wrong. Will definitely go back again😊
The kitchen cleaning was to be done by us or could be done by them at an additional cost. If I'm booking a two bedroom apartment where the kitchen is included then the cleaning of the same should also be included or at least mentioned at the time of booking.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026Sehr große und saubere Wohnung, top Lage, Parkplätze direkt im Parkhaus unter jedem Wohnungsblock, Rezeption ebenfalls durch Parkhaus erreichbar, aber auch von der Straße. Zahlreiche Restaurants in der Nähe. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit diesem Hotel, wir werden wieder hier übernachten.
Der Lärm in der Nacht, es befindet sich ja direkt neu zahlreichen Restaurants und Bars, mit Ohrstöpseln jedoch erträglich

dommage que le personnel ne soit pas plus sympa (sauf femme de menage) et qu'il n'est pas voylu nous donner une chambre lit double ou au moins rapprocher les lit simple pour mon compagnion et moi

Ar condicionado a funcionar mal. Não gostei no checkin dos funcionários, muito agressivos e falando como se fossemos vamdalos. Depois exigiram uma caução de 1000 euros . Nunca nenhum hotel pediu uma caução desse montante exagerado.

Very very very noisy. Puerto Banús is a party place, people drunk and shouting every night, cars driving crazy in the small street in front of the hotel (put bumpers to avoid crazy acceleration…). Only for one reason! The windows of the room are fine like cigarette paper. No soundproofing. You can hear people talking in the streets like they are in your bed. Even the seagull at 5-6am each morning are in like in your room. Not enough unlucky, there are excavations in the streets. Impossible to have a relaxing night for 8 days…

Les meubles sont très vieux, il faudrait penser à les changer. Les lits grincent et ne sont plus confortables. Les ustensiles de cuisine sont anciens. Il est fortement recommandé de procéder à au réaménagement et à la modernisation des appartements et au changement des meubles. Pourquoi demande t on une caution pour des appartements nuls ?

The kitchen in the unit was old and needed updating. If we had been staying for more than the two nights we stayed it would have been a real negative. I would not want to prepare food in that space which is a shame because the rest of the apartment was lovely.
