It was nice to be able to bring our own food

Too far from the main areas, so we had to take tricycles everywhere, which charged too much

I cannot stress enough how pleasant enough of a stay my friend and I had at Garden Village Resort. It was in a prime location, the staff were very friendly (even when we accidentally got locked out of our room at 1 am), and the amenities exceeded our expectations for how much we paid. It was such a great experience.

. The staff are kind, friendly, and approachable. The pool is very accessible from our Garden Villa, which made our stay more convenient and enjoyable. There are also ample parking spaces available for guests.

The air-conditioning unit did not function properly, and the room was quite hot. Fortunately, the staff offered us an air cooler, which helped ease the problem a little.

Todo bastante bien, asequible, hay parking para dejar el vehículo, la comida del restaurante muy buena.

One of the most beautiful places in this country. I really liked the resort. The staff is excellent, thank you very much for the room provided ahead of schedule. A place where you feel at home.

The resort in itself is located in a quiet spot away from the main road. No roosters or dogs making noise at night. It's clean, from the room to the pool. Family room is spacious, has good aircon, and strong fan. The bedding is confortable. The restaurant has good food (french options also), a good selection of wines, the prices are average, and their staff is polite, friendly and nice for the majority. A water dispenser is available at the reception side with cold water. Access is easy with a car or bike. Or else you can walk to the main road to get a tricycle (2-3mn).

unfortunately as the rooms have all an exterior terrace, people hang out late at night and don't all have the courtesy to keep the noise law (mainly locals unfortunately that are loud till late and also very early morning). We had room 7, and between ours and room 8, on the terrace, there's a ceiling light that can only be turned-on/off from room 8, and it's a strong light, and as the curtains in the bedroom aren't 100% blackout, you get some of the light coming in. I advised the reception about this issue... not sure something will be done, but now they know.

La ubicación y la piscina.

En primer lugar , avisamos que haríamos late checki in ( llegamos a las 1:30 de la madrugada). Nos aseguraron que alguien habría en recepción para acogernos. Al llegar, no había nadie, ni una nota. Solamente ( y lo encontramos de casualidad) vimos una bolsa de plástico con llaves de habitaciones y nuestros nombre en una lista que correspondía con algunas de esas llaves. Luego, nos cobraron a la hora de hacer la colada el doble sin razón alguna, porque cobran por lavadoras puestas, y aun siendo toda la ropa de color, decidieron por su propio pie separar sin avisarme y así cobrar el doble. Y encima no quisieron aceptar su error hasta que amenazamos con querer hablar con su jefe. Y por último, se les estropeó el generador, no dijeron nada, y tuvimos que ir de uno en uno a preguntar cual era el problema, y los de la recepción decían que no sabían cuándo se arreglaría y no podían contactar con su jefe. En definitiva, nos esperábamos más.

旅館房間非常乾淨! 是一塵不染的等級，完全可以光腳走在房間地上。而且房間有附吹風機，冷氣是LG的，非常冷。

房間裡沒有一張椅子可以坐下，我只能坐在地上，這一點有點奇怪。

The staff wanted to charge me extra if my friend stays for the night in our room. They charged me 500₽ but my friend ended up leaving. When it was time to pay me back they didn't have money to give me back.

The resort was cozy and has a lot of amenities.

The facilities and how it was well maintained plus the spacious parking lot.

The staff could have been better. Like literally no one from them is very welcoming from reception to the restaurant.

There's nothing to say anymore. It's my go to place when I'm in Moalboal. The staff is amazing. Always friendly and helpful. The ambient is great. It's clean. Close to the center. A sari sari store outside open till 3 am. Everything is close by.

Well. Some rooms could use a little bit of maintenance. I suppose some guests make a bit of a mess. But that's the same everywhere. But it's just small things. Nothing that would spoil the stay. Great place. Highly recommend it

Pool is good and peaceful property

Location is in the middle of Panagsma beach road, you must require two wheeler or you should be good at walking and toilet floor needs to fix as water gets logged

Very clean, comfortable and value for money. Nice pool area and beautiful surroundings. Easily stayed 2 nights to do the island hopping tour, snorkeling and then off to Kawasan Falls early morning and then to Oslob. Convenient location!

The road to get to the resort was a bit awkward. I recommend them to fix the road for such a lovely place

I like that the room was very near to the pool. I like that the hot&cold shower were perfectly working

The blower in Deluxe Pool Room 19 seems to be defective. Like something got detached from the inside. The TV doesn't seem to work as well. And lastly, the pillows feels a little small and hard

Few parking spaces in the area.

Great staff and facilities, the onsite restaurant was good value for money - we even booked extra days rather than look for somewhere else when our plans changed. The pool was a lifesaver in the heat.

An sich ist das Hotel sehr schön, aber es wirkt vernachlässigt.

Kakerlaken, dreckiger Pool, kein Internet ab Tag 2, temporär kein Wasser, schlechter Check-in, Personal nur am Handy. Am Ende habe ich den Pool selbst gereinigt. Das Frühstück ist für die den Preis eine Katastrophe.

Die Anlage hat Potenzial.

Leider waren überall Kakerlaken. Der Pool ist in einem widerlichen Zustand. Voller Haare und komplett verdreckt. Der Check-in geht viel zu lange. Die Preise für das Frühstück sind eine Frechheit. Wir hatten selten so schlechtes Frühstück und so einen schlechten Kaffee wie dort.

Room: The rooms are on the tinier side, but they are exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and comfortable for a good night's rest. Location-wise, it is about 2 kilometres away from Panagsama Beach, which is the main hub where most of the local activities and action happen. Hospitality & Service: The staff here are wonderful. Everyone we encountered was polite, courteous, and incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay. Food: The dining options are quite limited, especially if you follow a vegan diet. You might need to look outside the resort for more diverse plant-based meals. Tour Booking: The resort is highly convenient for planning activities. They helped us arrange our Canyoneering trip, motorcycle rentals, and a private car back to Cebu. While the booking service through the hotel is a bit more expensive than external vendors, the convenience made it worth it. Internet: The Wi-Fi is strong and reliable if you are hanging out near the main office or the restaurant. However, the signal gets quite patchy and inconsistent once you get closer to the rooms.

I thoughy there was beach..but there its at the edge of Sea..Most rocks..you cant really swim Just a little far from Panagsama Beach..You must rent a Bike for this

The property looks dirty, the beds are uncomfortable, AC is not working in one of the rooms we rented, there are leaks in the shower and bathroom, the type of tile on bathroom floor is slippery when wet that my husband fell and sustained laceration on his back and on his left foot. Luckily, he didn’t hit his head. The receptionist was informed of the fall, but no follow through from management to investigate this further. Lastly, we ordered breakfast ahead of time which majority of our family do not eat pork, however, they delivered a bunch of pork sausages that my family doesn’t eat. I told them that those were never ordered. and i still have the copy of what i requested, but they are saying that they had to follow what was placed by their night personnel and they did not know about it because they are on dayshift. Despite telling them that i have the list of what we ordered and our dietary restrictions, they aren’t willing to change and charged us the full amount. There is no sense of customer service here at all. s

Great location, short walk into Moalboal. Rooms are clean and tidy and the restaurant provided good quality meals at a good price

Beautiful and relaxing plants and rooms are big and clean

I like the area because it's within a compound. There's a swimming pool, and they have a variety of rooms for 2 or more people.

The pool is not well-cleaned. The staff from the front desk to the receptionist are not happy -- I guess they did not train their crew to smile. I once asked my niece to order some drinks, and she went back to me and told me, "They don't have hospitality here."
