The room was very small and uncomfortable. When I first checked in, the room had water all over the walls and the floor. Everything was wet. We asked if we could upgrade to a better room, and I was willing to pay the extra cost, but the staff said all the larger rooms were fully occupied. Instead, they offered another room of the same size. Since I was exhausted after a long journey, I decided to accept it. However, the replacement room was also disappointing. They had to change the bedsheets, blanket, pillows, and other bedding because everything was dirty. Even the room service tray and plates looked extremely old and worn out, as if they had been in use since 1972. It was disgusting. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I will never stay at this hotel again, and I cannot recommend it to anyone.

Reviewed May 12, 2026Overall my experience was really good! The best part about this hotel is the location, just besides the highway, sevok market. 30-35 minutes from the NJP. Rooms with amenities & facilities are really satisfying. The staff are also very helpful.

The bathroom is decent, but the drainage needs immediate attention as the urinal has an unpleasant odor. The geyser is not functioning properly. Additionally, since the property is located in a market area, there is no provision for parking day-long hired vehicles.

They made false allegations for making their bedsheet, pillow cover and towel messy and burned with cigarette that i dont even smoke and their sheets were already stained that i ignored during check-in but at the check out they were forcing me to pay additional 1600 rupees for the laundary cleaning and saying that i made all those things messy. They didnt provided a pre check in inspection that is must if they have to made these shitty allegations at the time of check-out. Their response was not expected. After asking why pre check-in inspection was not made they let me go but this led to unprovoked humiliation. Better not to stay with this hotel again

They didn't accommodate us and canceled our booking without letting us know and when we visited the hotel, they said that we canceled your booking. They were making totally silly excuses that we canceled your booking because one day before you didn't replied to our message that have you booking AC or NAC room. Then in midnight we were roaming around the city to find another stay.

We had a very unpleasant experience. The management tried to overcharge us and even threatened to evict our family simply because I asked them to provide proof that their bank had charged extra for my Revolut card payment, which was already made in INR. I tried to explain the situation politely, but the owner/manager became furious and behaved extremely rudely, insulting my family in the process.
