Room was good, Staff were very cooperative

Wifi was not working at all

Location wise it is really good. In the heart of the city. The famosu Hong-Kong market is walking distance.

However the area is very conjusted, and there is a parking problem. Though the staff was very helpful in arranging the Parking for my Car.

Provided a room worth Rs. 1500/- for a tariff paid 3400/-. Worst Breakfast for value 525/- per plate.

1. I booked 2 rooms using Booking.com, specifically mentioned i need double bed in both rooms ( when asked by app whether i need 2 separate single bed or 1 double bed in each room). They gave 1 room as per expectation and 2nd room they provided 2 single beds. When asked at reception, they told since we had late check in and they didn't had any other room left at that time they provided this room when i asked later on then they told it's because Booking.com booked like this. 2. One room was okayish, 2nd room (2 single bed) felt like i have entered in a 500 Rs. Hotel, the room was very small, no table or chair, the flush was continuously running in the commode. 3. At night i asked reception that what's the breakfast charge at their place, they mentioned 250Rs per person, so next morning i directly went and had breakfast but then Restaurant cashier told it is 500 and who told you it is 250 Rs. I told him everything about what i discussion with receptionist and then they had a feud on call took another 10-15 mins but then they gave a bill as per 250 per person only. Though few people over there were very helpful but I'd recommend not to take the single bed type room. So, I'd give 4/10 only for my stay there. It was not value for money.

Good location . Pet friendly and nice staff.ordered from room service and it was good too. Lift was not working however they had staff to bring the luggage to our room. Overall good hotel if you have a pet and want to stay at central Location. Highlight was the customer service by all the staff at the reception .

The rooms are Ok

The Elevator has been not working since more than a year and the Hotel has all its rooms on the 3rd and 4th floors it is not even updating their listing that it’s a non accessible Hotel. Their Sales team kept threatening me that they will cancel my reservation if I don’t pay advance even though Booking.com policy was non payment needed till check in. Vey Rude and irresponsible sales staff. The iin house restaurant is also not good very loud music and slow service.

The hotel was really beautiful and budget friendly the sales personnel anusmita was quiet helpful n gave me a cozy room.the front ofce staff Sejal smriti and tenzing was very well guest centric and so was the restaurant staff and the housekeeping department along with Ashok Roy. They have a in house pub also so if u r travelling to Siliguri for leisure or business do stay by. I'm sure u will carry good memories back home to come back again and they also have a property in darjeeling on dr zakhir hussain road 200 mtrs from Mall

They must provide wardrobe or to make provision for hanging clothes in the room.

Good facilities but lacks privacy protocols "I stayed at Indus Tiara for 2 nights. Everything about the hotel—the cleanliness, staff, and comfort—was spot on. However, I had a very disappointing experience regarding privacy. My checkout was scheduled for 11:00 AM, but at 10:00 AM, a staff member opened my room door without permission to show the room to another guest. This was quite unprofessional. I hope the management trains their staff to respect guest privacy until the final checkout.

The rooms were cozy and provided a decent level of comfort. The menu offered options that added convenience to the stay. The atmosphere was generally pleasant and welcoming.

My stay at the hotel was disappointing due to several concerns:- The geyser was not working, which made basic comfort difficult. There was no cabinet provided, limiting storage convenience.The staff did not provide good service, and responsiveness was lacking throughout my stay.Overall, these issues affected the experience significantly, and I hope the management takes steps to improve both service and safety standards.

Everything. Got a shitty room where the bathroom drain leaked.. bedsheets were dirty. Unhygienic place. There was a whole mountain of garbage infront of the hotel

There were a few areas that could be improved. The service felt inconsistent at times, with certain requests taking longer than expected.

Well decorated with Buddha statues and very beautiful art looks very positive vibes ❤️

Toilet door wasn’t maintained properly and some switches didn’t work correctly wasn’t suitable for foreign appliances and gadgets. Mosquitoes given lil bit disturbance in sleeping time.

It's a very good hotel. The staff was very helpful. The quality of the food was amazing. On the whole the hotel was amazing.

The staff at the reception were very helpful, especially Shejal. Very pro-active.

They have to improve their food quality. Since we had to catch a train early, we asked for some aloo paratha to be packed. When we got to eat on the train, we discovered they were not properly cooked. The lunch yesterday didn't go down well with our digestion, so we had to eat our dinner out.

Zamiast dwóch dużych pokoi deluxe wobec nieuwzglednienia naszej rezerwacji w systemie hotelowym zaproponowano nam mały dwuosobowy pokoik w ktorym nie bylo szafy ani jakiejkolwiek półki tylko podloga na rzeczy do dyspozycji. Chałas z ulicy. Kilka dni przed przyjazdem pisałem do hotelu potwierdzając nasz przyjazd , prosząc o rezerwację taksówki o do Gangtok - bez odpowiedzi.

How could I like it when I have not even stayed there. They've allotted my rooms to someone else without even asking me once. There was not even a message or e mail reg cancellation. I got to know only when I landed in the hotel. And I have to search for some other place to stay carrying all luggage and my older parents and my 1 yr old baby. Such disaster. I would recomend not to book this hotel. This happened even after me calling the hotel 2days before the date of stay and confirming that we are coming

I only liked the in-room dinning & the food quality

1. The entire room & the floor smelled like cigarettes 2. The room description had - city view but the room didn’t even have a window , no ventilation at all 3. Booking.com says it has a parking space but we could see there is no parking , we literally parked our car on the footpath while the dirty water from AC vent above totally ruined my car which the hotel staff promised to take care of but unfortunately we had to clean it 4. One of the reception staffs ( local girl) didn’t even know abcd about reception and to every question we asked her , the answer was “ please call the reception once you reach your room” 5. The washroom was very very smelly 6. There was no one to carry my luggage during check out 7. Check in time is 2pm but reached at 3:30 but still after check-in formalities, we had to wait for our room 7. There is no lift and we had to climb quite high though I could see they are trying to install a lift Overall very disappointing. I do not recommend.
