Reviewed May 11, 2025I have asked for extension of room till 12th May. Spoke to receptionist 06/05/2025 directly as booking.com could not confirm. The receptionist confirmed extension for another night. After arriving at hotel, they said they don’t have and said rooms are not avbl. If they have denied the extension in the beginning, I would have made another booking in another hotel.
No body understands what is being communicated. Communication is big problem. You just cannot convey what you want to say, unless it’s local language.

We stayed for two nights Nothing to complain about. We had only minor issues that the lights were not on in the reception even while we told them the day before that we will check out in the early hours. We had to wake them and ask for switch on the lights early morning at 5 am. No help to bring down the bags.

A little out of the way. But mostly.... The noise generated at reception echoes throughout the Hotel. On the first night, 4am I thought there was a shouting match going on outside. I soon realised it was inside the hotel. I followed the sound downstairs and the 2 guys pulling the nightshift were animatedly talking, not in whispers, not in 'inside voice mode' but loud, 'outside voice' mode, oblivious to what they were doing. This morning, early, 5am, they were letting kids whoop and run around 5he floors.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2024Was able to park car inside premises and friendly receptionist, silent place with no outside view but very silent in the night.
No food or drinks in the property, but available close by. The entrance to Moshis nest is really bad. All the butcher shops are located there which was a very bad experience for me, since i don't like animals getting hurt. If you're an animal lover i guess this is not the place for you.

Toilet shattaff (water nozzle) is leaking badly. There is no parking space for even two cars. We parked our car on the open sidewalk where there is no security. Location is very congested and odd.

In the morning, if they keep the required items to prepare coffee in the room, including hot water, necessary items, brown sugar, and tea packets, it would be good.
