The hotel location was not good at all. There were mosquitoes flying inside the room, which I didn't complain about at the time since I was only staying for one night. Additionally, the room was much smaller than described on Booking.com. I request that Booking.com ensure accurate information is provided on its app and portal.

My room was on 5th floor and elevator was not working. AC in reception waiting area was switched off eventhough it was mid May.

The stay was good and the staff were very kind. Mr. Manikandan welcomed us warmly and made our stay comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place. The room was clean, and the location is convenient, close to nearby attractions and near the medical college and hospital

The check-in experience was bad as we had booked 2 rooms and even after reaching well before time they still didn't give us our rooms on time. We got our 2nd room 2 hours later. Also the food service was poor. Definitely could be better and a little faster. But the food was good atleast.

Struttura accogliente, stanze pulite, soprattutto il bagno, aria condizionata, cibo ottimo e staff cortese e disponibile. Abbiamo passato un soggiorno breve ma molto piacevole.

La finestra sull’esterno era sporca di escrementi di uccelli, per cui non abbiamo aperto la tenda e la camera risultava un po’ buia. L’altra pecca era il wifi, che funzionava ma si disconnetteva spesso

Great sized room that was well designed, stocked and had a great window / lots of natural light. Restaurant / room service was very good quality and reasonably priced too. As was the breakfast high quality.

The neighbourhood wasn't ideal, while on a main road there weren't many shops close by as the main buildings were hospitals and a big school. But public transport and bus station were close. Drain in the shower was blocked unfortunately too but not a major problem

Very nice room, very clean. We chose a location a little from the center, because it's less busy. It was perfect for that (20min car journey to the temple) and there was parking space. The included breakfast was also good (continental + Indian buffet). We didn't hear any noise from outside.

Chambre propre et fonctionnelle, avec tous les équipements attendus d'un hôtel. Personnel souriant et serviable. Restaurant au pied de l'hôtel et bar au 1er étage. Bien placé à 10mn en tuk tuk du temple Meenakshi, 15mn à pied du Gandhi Memorial, commerces et restaurants à proximité. A 10mn en tuk tuk de la gare ferrovière et 5mn de la gare routière.

Même si la chambre ne donnait pas sur la rue mais sur le côté de l'hôtel, concert de klaxons permanent donc bouchons d'oreilles obligatoires.

Decent sized room that had more than I needed. Bathroom was large as well. Cupboard, table, chairs etc all provided and bed very comfortable. My favorite part was excellent restaurant on site that gave a great breakfast and room service within 15 mins of being called up. The food was great and reasonably priced. Staff also very helpful.

The hotel itself was great, the street it was on didn’t have that much going for it altho good public transport and a few well maintained colleges and hospitals close by.

Rooms are quite spacious, and the a/c worked excellent. Bed was very comfortable. Enough amenities provided. Around 15 minutes car/auto ride to the temple. Room services were excellent, and the options were plenty. Breakfast had several options. All the staffs were friendly and happy to help with all the queries we had.

Unfortunately, no hair dryer was provided. Cleaning could have been better. Breakfast same menu everyday.

Rooms were clean and likeable. Wifi was goof. Breakfast was good and sufficient. Unless specified you would not get traditional south Indian Filter coffee. Lunch was normal and passable. The restaurant serves both Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian, though it was specified to me that kitchens were separate to cater to the needs of pure vegetarians. Overall Stay is good.

The location is on the other side of the Vaigai River and near to the General Hospital. Hence one would frequently hear the ambulance siren during the night.

Hotel promised two nearby rooms however during check in rooms allotted away from each other indicating no personal attention. Housekeeping was not efficient. Bathroom fittings were not functioning smoothly.

WiFi was fine and the restaurant was good.

Pretty much everything else. We were given a room that was so dark, we could barely see. This was mainly due to the window being covered in bird shit. The bathroom was dirty. It was dingy and horrible. I complained and we were moved to a better room, but it still had a dirty bathroom and the window fitted so badly, you could see daylight between the frame and the wall! Returning after a long day, no cleaning had been done. We had to ask for housekeeping. Cleaning is very superficial. None of the mirrors had been properly cleaned for a long while.

I stayed at this hotel on the fourth leg of a month-long trip through south India. I can not tell you how absurdly wonderful my time was here or how they surpassed my expectations. I was allowed to stay in a room with a perfect view of the Meenakshi Temple. The room and laundry service was exceedingly good. The manager seemed kind and respectful. I am honored to have stayed here and recommend this hotel to all travelers.

It is difficult to get taxis through Uber from the hotel. That said, the staff will call a ride for you and haggle the price so you do not get ripped off.

I liked the room.

Receptionist was not genuine. Don't like to occupy again. Check out time was not satisfied. So room vacated and now occupied another hotel for stay. Also after mail only got the full pay structure from booking.com. This is not correct. Anyhow it was a bad experience with booking. Com and hotel saradarajan.

The hotel was conveniently located withing 3KM from railway station and Meenakshi temple, making them easily accessable. The restaurant offered a quality, hygienic breakfast with a decent variety. The staff were thoughtful and called to remind us of the breakfast timings, which was much appreciated.

Our room faced the main road, which made it quite noisy. It would benefit from better noise-reducing windows. Other rooms might not experience the same issue.

The reception staff informed that the room shown in the picture was not the room that we had booked. Not sure how that works or who is at fault. He told me the room in the photos was of a room that was costlier than the one we booked. Someone has clearly goofed up. Anyway, the rooms were still very good and clean and the service was pretty awesome. The stay was very comfortable and a very decent South Indian breakfast too.

It wasn't the room shown while booking but it was still very good.

Super nice welcome from reception feom men and women of the afternoon shift. Positiin is abit far from the temple and crowded area but at leat here is more calm.Room is 5 and all you need.confortable bed and clean sheets ...very nice experience more than expected breakfast also is varied and tasty

Das Hotelpersonal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Uns wurde ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade angeboten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Hotel nur empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und groß und die Lage ist in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Busbahnhof. Alles prima 👍
