Nothing to like in the residency

1) The room was too small, they didn't even provide a chair to sit. 2)AC water directly leaking in washroom not even properly designed the water outflow from AC. 3) Smoking nd Alcohol smell during the entire stay we check in by 12 am so no other options to leave the place. 4)The property was 4 months old as per owner word but even the AC remote don't have proper keys 5)For elderly people these won't be prefect place to Stay 6)The are take 3 days to share a invoice for the stay 7) While we are address the issue owner and staff behaved rudely. Don't we have freedom of speech we are paying 3000 but we didn't ask anything for free we are asking worth the money value stay. 8)No proper car parking facility There are more such issues don't waste your time and money on this property even doing these things there are asking for a good review via phone.

Nothing. Very unprofessional. I had booked two rooms for two couples. The bedsheets were VISIBLY TORN FOR BOTH OF THE ROOMS! For one room, there were two single beds that couldnt be joined. They took 100% advance payment before showing the rooms. Very unsatisfied. Paid 4K+ for both the rooms.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, courteous, and always ready to help. It is the best pet friendly place in Madurai I can say in this budget. The staff members are very friendly, helpful, and accessible 24/7. The surrounding place is very lively and everything is available in that place. Overall, I liked the place and stay and it was very comfortable.

May be, the clock was not working and the toilet basin quality is not good. Still, manageable.

Entrance looks good

On arrival the room wasn’t clean. The receptionist was getting the bed ready. The floor was all dirty with hairs and dirt. We asked them to clean the same which seems like not liked by the receptionist or owner. The pillows and the bed sheets weren’t clean. Early morning they knocked the door and demand us to rep-ark the car to the other side of the road from in front of their place of stay. It was too stressful after a long journey. Overall bed was okay to sleep but the situations around was daunting. After reaching home we have received a couple of calls from this residency claiming that you have only provided stars and the person who ranged was aggressive at some point.

I booked for a single room for 3200 for 4 person but they providef 2 rooms with single beds charhing 4100 for stay. Not satisfied with rooms provided. No hot water. AC was frequently down. The booked room was provided to some other guest. Want refund of 1000 as the facilitis were very bad

I’d like to share my extremely disappointing experience during my recent stay. The overall service and support were highly unprofessional and unsettling. Despite multiple complaints, both the TV and AC were non-functional, and eventually, I was told that there was an issue with the internal wiring—yet no resolution was provided. The next morning, I raised multiple complaints regarding the water heater not working, but unfortunately, no action was taken. This left my parents with no option but to bathe in cold water at 5:00 AM, which was completely unacceptable. To add to the frustration, we were charged an extra ₹700 for a pet, on top of the already paid amount, citing “cleaning charges” without any prior intimation or transparency. Lastly, despite booking two triple-bed rooms, we were asked to adjust in one triple and one double-bed room, which was not only misleading but also completely unprofessional. This experience was far from what was promised and expected, and I sincerely hope this feedback will be taken seriously to avoid such incidents for future guests.

Nothing. The only thing to like was that it is in the city of Madurai where I was staying.

Oh where to start! For starters, the boy (yes boy) at the reception refused to open the door for my young daughter and wife who were lugging two suitcases and trying to open the hotel door. Secondly, I guess the only place with more mosquitoes would be the Amazon rainforest. The bedding was stained and the towels provided were rougher than sandpaper. The bucket placed in the bathroom was older than Father Time himself and had more scales inside than the surface of a pike island salmon. The AC in the room was loud enough to keep me up all night. The wonderful smell of sewage makes sure that you practise your breathing techniques. And finally the cherry on top was that another boy at the hotel hounding you to leave a 5 star review on Google as you exit.
