Sehr süß gestaltete Zimmer mit Liebe zum Detail. Unglaublich hilfbereites und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter.

Einzig das Frühstück war etwas wenig. Mit heranwachsenden Teenagern etwas schwierig.

Znakomita lokalizacja przy samej plaży. Cisza, relaks kompletny. Zjawiskowe miejsce. Świetna restauracja, dobre ceny smacznych dań. Kapitalna obsługa - zarówno menedżer Yash jak i jego współpracownicy bardzo uprzejmi i pomocni w każdej sytuacji. Wzorowi pracownicy.

Geweldig personeel die ons verblijf echt héél fijn hebben laten voelen. In het speciaal naar ons jonge kinderen toe! Die waren dol op ze! Heerlijk zwembad met handdoek service. Het eten vonden wij echt lekker, zowel onbijt, lunch als diner was erg goed. Meerdere keren gegeten Kamers ruim en erg schoon!

Het ligt wel wat afgelegen

La struttura, seppur isolata, ha tutti i comfort necessari per un po di relax. Ottima la cucina, anche se un po’ lenta, ma si può capire dato che tutto viene preparato al momento, è ottimo sopratutto Yash, che ci ha seguito con cura durante tutto il nostro soggiorno. La zona della piscina è molto curata e pulita, come la maggior parte delle zone comuni del resort.

Migliorerei la pulizia della camera, che era buona, ma non ottima e la strada per arrivarci, che sarà solo di un kilometro, ma è costellata di buche.

Le paradis sur terre avec piscine accès sur la plage direct, un personnel discret et avenant. Merci à Yash et également au cuisinier et jardinier. Le lieu est très paisible avec peu de maisons, des palmiers, des transats, et la possibilité de manger les pieds dans le sable. La mer était agitée mais on se sentait seul au monde. La ville est à 22 minutes en tuktuk pour se fondre dans la vie locale (marché local, et port de pêche)et trouver une mer plus calme. Nous avons également fait une sortie à 7 minutes en tuktuk pour assister à la ponde des tortues. Malheureusement cette nuit-là, elles ne sont pas venues. Donc séjour exceptionnel. Merci.

La chambre pour 5 manque un peu d' espace. Mais super moment de retrouvailles en famille

Super accueil dans cet hôtel avec un personnel aux petits soins et très sympathique. L'hôtel est splendide, il porte bien son nom. Très agréable d'avoir les pieds dans le sable et le bruit de l'océan comme berceuse. La nourriture est également très bonne et le petit dej copieux ! Je recommande vivement l'établissement.

La route rend l'accès un peu compliqué à l'hôtel mais cela reste un détail largement compensé par le reste.

Rien tout était parfait

Sehr schöne kleine Hotelanlage direkt am Strand. Unser Zimmer war stilvoll eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts. Das Personal ist enorm nett und fast rund um die Uhr bemüht, dass alles in Ordnung ist (Pool wird täglich gründlich gereinigt, Garten sehr gepflegt, etc.). Das inbegriffene Frühstück ist sensationell gut und die Portionen sind gross und ausreichend. Jeweils am Vorabend kann man aus vielen Möglichkeiten seine Wahl treffen. Mittag- und Abendessen sind auch möglich und es gibt eine ansprechende Karte - die Speisen sind sehr gut. Ausser am.Anfang waren wir die einzigen Gäste aber trotzdem war der Service nicht eingeschränkt. Vorallem Yohan hat unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Er ist die gute Seele, die alle Gäste betreut und einfach ein toller junger Mann. Das Hotel liegt direkt am kilometerlangen Sandstrand, welchen wir für uns allein hatten. Kein Massentourismus, einfach herrlich. Die Wellen waren zwar zu stark zum.Baden, aber dafür war der Pool perfekt. Schöne Liegen ind Bettem im.Schatten am Strand. Einfach traumhaft. In Gehdistanz 5-15 Minuten gibt es ein paar Restaurants (teils von anderen Resorts). Wir haben 0berall gut gegessen und die Abwechslung genossen. Yohan hat einen TukTuk Fahrer für uns organisiert, welchen wir dann auch selber bestellt haben für weitere Fahrten (nach Tangalle City Center oder Badestrand ca. 25 Minuten). Das Hotel hat ein paar Hunde, welche aber weder nach Futter betteln, noch sonst irgendwie aufdringlich sind. Der kleine Welpe war süss. Für uns war es der perfekte Abschluss unserer Reise und wir haben eine kleine Perle gefunden. Wir hoffen, es bleibt alles genau so und würden wieder hierherkommen, falls es uns erneut nach Sri Lanka verschlägt.

Ein paradiesischer Ort um zur Ruhe zu kommen, mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern ( besonders Yohan ), die sich um alle Bedürfnisse kümmern. Das Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Außerdem werden hervorragende Massagen angboten ( Jamal war unglaublich gut ). Der weitläufige Strand ist meist menschenleer und lädt zu langen Spaziergängen ein, baden ist aber nur im Pool möglich.

Um das "Paradies" aufrecht zu erhalten, sollte der Besitzer einige Schönheitsreparaturen durchführen und manches Mobiliar erneuern.

The layout/landscaping was pretty, rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The pool/area was ideal with easy access to the stunning beach - where you have it pretty much to yourself!. Staff friendly and attentive. It’s a very chill place, good for switching off. They helped us arrange a day safari and massages on site were lovely! Ideal for families (I think) due to the rooms/pool/beach being close together.

This is more ‘things to be aware of’: You have access to the beach but the sea can be rough, i.e. it’s not ideal for children (though you can boogey board) The food was ok, but there are limited options close by. They all closed at 21:00 & some wouldn’t let us in at 20:20. No shops within walking distance so bring what you need or be prepared to get a car into Tangalle. This is a small thing but the music in the restaurant area was ‘elevator music’. Thankfully, they were happy for us to connect via Bluetooth of an evening.

An excellent hotel for a relaxing vacation! Direct access to the beach is a big plus, and the private beach, sunbeds, creates a romantic and peaceful atmosphere. The pool is well maintained. The room was clean, and housekeeping was done daily, which added extra comfort to our stay. Breakfast was varied, with options for all tastes, and the food was delicious and served in generous portions. Lunch and dinner are also available, and the dishes are very good. For Easter, we asked the chef to prepare dyed eggs for us, and he kindly fulfilled our request. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, responding promptly to all our requests. I highly recommend this hotel!

It was perfect.

This is a quaint property, lots of monkey’s early morning and palm squirrels around.

You cannot swim in the sea here it’s too rough, breakfast orders are taken the night before and it is in a beautiful but very remote location. Rooms look a lot bigger in the photos.

Der Strand ist zwar schön und ruhig, jedoch ist Baden wegen bis zu 3 m hoher Wellen und starker Strömung kaum möglich.

Die Unterkunft entspricht eher einem einfachen Beach Guest House als einem 4-Sterne-Hotel. Keine richtige Rezeption, eingeschränkter Service, Zimmerreinigung nur auf Anfrage und insgesamt renovierungsbedürftig. Zusätzlich werden bei Kartenzahlung 3 % berechnet, und es gibt keine transparente Abrechnung – lediglich handschriftliche Tages-Endbeträge auf einem Zettel. Für 2–3 Nächte okay, für längere Aufenthalte nicht zu empfehlen. Insgesamt deutlich überteuert.

The location was fantastic, and we loved that it was a small place with only six rooms. Very quiet and peaceful. The beach is beautiful, and you can take long walks along the shore. The waves are very rough, so it’s not suitable for swimming. The pool and pool area was clean and the surroundings were beautiful. Dimantha and Ridmal were sooo nice to us and our kids, really heartwarming. Without them our stay would not have been the same.

The sun loungers were extremely worn out, broken, and uncomfortable—both by the pool and on the beach. The beds were also very hard, and some upgrades here would definitely help match the price level. Otherwise, the food was okay, though the selection was a bit limited if you don’t eat meat. Also, don’t book the car service from here—it’s extremely expensive (about double the price compared to all the other hotels we booked through during our trip around Sri Lanka).

The property was amazing and you had a great beach on your doorstep but the best part was the people working there. Sooo helpful and ready to go the extra mile for you. Thank you guys

Se cercate un hotel molto isolato, affacciato su chilometri di spiagge incontaminate, con bella piscina, camere moderne, bagni europei, un discreto ristorante e una buona colazione questo è il posto che fa per voi.

Ma dovete anche mettere in conto che il villaggio più vicino è a 15 minuti di tuk tuk (500 rupie a tratta) e Tangalle a 25 minuti (2000 rupie a tratta). Poco affidabile il servizio prenotazione tuk tuk gestito dall'albergo (sperimentati ritardi sino a 40 minuti).Wifi altalenante, soprattutto la sera. Frequenti le interruzioni di corrente, con camere al buio mediamente per brevi periodi. Personale giovane e cortese ma probabilmente non del mestiere. Insetti (vespe) in bagno.

A boutique hotel with excellent, friendly, helpful service. Direct access to a clean beach. Pleasant swimming pool. So nice we stayed an extra day, just chilling.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage direkt am wunderschönen leeren Strand ist ein Traum. Die Unterkunft ist genau wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und nochmals ein Dankeschön an Johan und sein Team.

10/10 – Absolut empfehlenswert! Unser Aufenthalt war rundum perfekt! Das Essen war ausgezeichnet – frisch, abwechslungsreich und geschmacklich ein echtes Highlight. Das Personal war überaus freundlich, stets bemüht und unglaublich zuvorkommend, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Das gesamte Hotel war äußerst sauber und gepflegt – man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den traumhaften Strand: feinster Sand, klares Wasser und eine sehr entspannte Atmosphäre. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Really lovely hotel right on the most gorgeous beach! Food was yummy and not too expensive considering the isolated nature of the hotel from the town. The staff were lovely especially Yohan.

Very isolated from Tangalle town, make sure to keep this in mind if booking as you can't just walk to a shop to get bits! Good for a two night stay probably wouldn't recommend for any longer.

Wspaniałe miejsce na prawdziwy odpoczynek. Miejsce delikatnie oddalone od centrum, ale ma to swój urok. Kilka domków powoduje, że czujecie się jakbyście byli w hotelu sami. Prywatna plaża, szum morza, świetne jedzenie no i ta obsługa. Każdy z pracowników zasługuje na 5 gwiazdek, zawsze uprzejmi i uśmiechnięci. W szczególności Tiran i Yohan. Wspaniali ludzie! Le cadre de la piscine est magnifique, entourée de cocotiers, propice à la détente. La chambre était spacieuse, très propre et confortable. L’établissement est à taille humaine et le gérant, attentif, a fait de son mieux pour me satisfaire. N’ayant réservé qu’une nuit et restant moins de 24 h, je n’ai cependant pas pu pleinement apprécier l’ensemble des lieux.

Le petit déjeuner n’est pas à la hauteur et la quantité est très insuffisante. De plus, une assiette de fruits est proposée, mais lorsque j’ai demandé à retirer certains fruits, elle n’a pas été réajustée avec les autres. La chambre peut donner une sensation d’enfermement, car elle ne dispose que d’une seule fenêtre. Le robinet de la douche fonctionne de manière particulière, émettant du bruit, et le débit d’eau est extrêmement faible. Le niveau sonore de la musique dans la salle de restauration lors des repas est trop élevé et, à mon avis, inutile, il rend plutôt l’ambiance moins raffinée qu’elle pourrait l’être. Rapport qualité/prix un peu décevant.

Diese Unterkunft ist ein wahres Juwel an einem menschenleeren, naturbelassenen Strand. Die stilvolle Einrichtung, die ruhige Atmosphäre und das fantastische Essen, schaffen den perfekten Ort zum Entspannen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Johan war einfach fantastisch, er erfüllte jeden Wunsch und machte unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Egal, ob wir Hilfe bei der Organisation eines Taxis zur nahegelegenen Klinik benötigten oder einfach nur Tipps für die Umgebung wollten, Johan war immer zur Stelle und der Mann für alle Fälle. Wir können diese Oase nur wärmstens empfehlen und kommen auf jedenfall wieder.

Nothing negative to say

Yohan qui gère l’hôtel a rendu notre séjour super, très joli cadre, les pieds dans l’eau. On se sent à la maison dans cet hôtel. Super petit déjeuné préparé avec soin tous les matins.

De prachtige locatie♡ én een lekker zwembad en de zee. (Zee was niet echt om te zwemmen vanwege hoge golven maar wel lekker pootje baden en spelen)Heerlijk rustig plekje! Hele sfeer qua interieur klopte gewoon. Voelde echt als een paradijsje en ik hield van het kleinschalige.

Steeds zelfde korte playlist van muziek, service van eten en drinken was traag ondanks ruim op tijd bestellen en een keer koude frietjes en koude eieren in de ochtend. Keuken kan echt nog flink wat verbetering gebruiken om de ervaring en prijs kwaliteit kloppend te maken!

En magiska plats precis vid stranden. Poolområdet är väldigt fint. Frukosten var bra. Vi fick väldigt bra service och vistelsen var verkligen avkopplande. Stranden precis utanför är fantastiskt för långa strandpromenader, stranden var nästan öde förutom fiskarna som drar upp nät på morgonen. Väldigt vackert.

Rummen var något små för 5 personer. Ligger lite avsides och det tar ca 30 min in till Tangalle. Det är svårt att bada i havet precis utanför på grund av vågorna.

Die Zimmer sind unglaublich schön und alles ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber und der Strand ist traumhaft schön. Es gibt einige Restaurants, die zu Fuß erreichbar sind und auch das zum Hotel zugehörige Restaurant ist sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und als wir zum Beispiel einen Roller mieten wollten wurde alles organisiert und der Roller stand am nächsten Morgen fahrbereit vor dem Hotel und war preislich auch vollkommen in Ordnung.

Wir haben vier wundervolle Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht und hätten uns keinen besseren Abschluss für unseren Urlaub wünschen können. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der private Strandbereich – ruhig, gepflegt und fernab von jeglichem Massentourismus. Genau diese Ruhe war es, die wir gesucht haben. Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits, was für uns ein absoluter Pluspunkt war. Trotzdem war das Personal unglaublich hilfsbereit und hat uns problemlos ein Tuk Tuk organisiert, mit dem wir weitere traumhafte Strände in der Umgebung erkunden konnten. Ein großes Kompliment geht auch an den Kellner: stets aufmerksam, freundlich und mit einer wunderbar lockeren Art. Der Service war perfekt und das Essen sehr gut. Die Massage war hervorragend. Alles in allem ein ideales Hotel, um vor der Heimreise noch einmal richtig zu entspannen. Vielen Dank für diese unvergessliche Zeit! 🌴😊

To miejsce to prawdziwy raj. Byliśmy tu z dwójką małych dzieci i było to zdecydowanie najlepsze miejsce naszego pobytu na Sri Lance. Piękna, niemal pusta plaża, wyśmienite i świeże jedzenie oraz świetnie utrzymany basen. Dodatkowo menedżer Yohan był niezwykle miły i pomocny – nasze dzieci go pokochały. Z całego serca polecamy!

Super freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, dass jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Lage traumhaft schön und idyllisch. Aber man sollte wissen das man dort jenseits vom Geschehen ist. Jedoch für paar Tage zum runterkommen perfekt. Sehr gutes Fisch Restaurant zu Fuß ca. 15 min von der Unterkunft entfernt - ocean Breeze (sehr zu empfehlen) bekommt frisch gefangenen Fisch.

Bei uns war alles super. Man muss sagen Zimmer sind sehr einfach gehalten und klein aber trotzdem sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber.

Our stay at Golden Beach Paradise was exceptional from start to finish. We were welcomed like royalty - the owner, Jarmila, is incredibly kind and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The pool is beautiful, and the beach on the open ocean is stunning. We also tried the traditional Sri Lankan massage offered at the property, and it was wonderfully relaxing. The restaurant exceeded all expectations. The chef is outstanding, and every dish we tried (and we tried almost the whole menu!) was delicious and clearly prepared with care. Prices are very reasonable. Rooms are great, staff is excellent, and the atmosphere is peaceful and quiet - you fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The name “Golden Beach Paradise” truly fits the place. We want to give special thanks to manager Yohan, who made our stay unforgettable. Always smiling, always ready to help with anything - food, taxis, tours, music. His dedication from day one to the last day made a huge difference. Weather forecasts online were inaccurate - it showed rain all week, but in reality it rained only a few afternoons for about two hours, and even those moments were beautiful. We explored much of southern Sri Lanka and felt safe, welcomed, and comfortable everywhere. Beautiful beaches, wonderful people, zero unpleasant experiences. We are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!

Yohan was great

We hadden 5 nachten geboekt bij Golden Beach Paradise en het was werkelijk perfect Het is een kleinschalig resort met zo'n 6 kamers in aparte appartement huisjes en de sfeer is geweldig. Als je zoekt naar een sfeervol resort met het gevoel van een verlaten strand dan is dit waar je moet zijn. Het personeel is geweldig en vooral Johan is een perfecte host/manager, wat een superaardige gast en zo behulpzaam. Het ontbijt en vooral ook het avondeten was heerlijk wat een geweldige kok. We hebben een filmpje bijgesloten en dit geeft echt de indruk hoe het daar is we zouden er zo weer teruggaan.

Der Pool mit dieser wunderschönen Aussicht auf das Meer - einfach phänomenal. Auch fand ich es sehr schön, dass das Hotel ein paar Hunde beherbergt 🫶🏼 Die Hunde sind alle super süß aber sie müssten dringend zum Tierarzt.

Das Zimmer sieht auf den Fotos bisschen anders aus irgendwie geräumiger. Essen ist sehr hochpreisig aber dafür gibt es 5 Minuten von der Unterkunft eine absolut empfehlenswertes Seafood Restaurant. Was preislich super ist.

Tolle, ruhige Lage, großer Pool Wir waren in der Nebensaison komplett alleine dort. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Just the location

Size of the room was unexpectedly small. There was hardly any place to sit or stand in the toilet. The shower is in a bathtub, in the room itself. Food was OK, not as great as we found it in rest of SriLanka.

Brak zainteresowania głodnymi i starszymi psami mieszkającymi w hotelu. Szczególnie dwie bardzo stare suczki które były głodne i spragnione wody. Wystarczyła by miska z wodą która jest w kranach przy basenie i pieski byłby szczęśliwsze. Szkoda że obsługa w tak pięknym miejscu nie myśli o swoich zwierzętach.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt, wir haben es sehr genossen. Ich hatte in diesem Urlaub Geburtstag und sie haben sich die Mühe gemacht und mir noch eine Torte geschenkt. 😍 wir haben es so sehr dort geliebt: immer wieder würde ich dorthin fahren. This is the best accommodation we had in Sri Lanka. We stayed here for 4 nights. The pool is large and great to swim in. The beach is amazing and pretty much empty, we had it alll to ourselves. The breakfast wad delicious every morning and you can choose from a variety of breakfast options. The room is spacious, very clean and modern. The manager Yohan made us feel welcome and took care of all our needs here, always being proactive in asking if we need something. He made our stay perfect. I really recommend this hotel if you are looking to come to Tangalle.

The place is a real hidden gem in Tangalle. We loved the pool and the vibes of the place. Everyone was extremely friendly and smiling all the time. The food in the hotel's restaurant is amazing. Our room was exactly like in the pictures, we chose the one with a sofa in the balcony so that we can chill outside. The room was light, full of sunshine and great decoration. There was also a fridge and a hairdryer, which is absolutely a plus. Johan and his team made our stay unforgettable, they assisted with organizing programs and transport.

I had an amazing stay at the Golden Beach Paradise Hotel in Sri Lanka! The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, with a special shoutout to Yohan for going above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. The hotel is spotless. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a great variety that satisfied every craving. The beach section was beautiful, perfect for relaxing by the water, and the pool was such a nice spot to unwind. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a paradise getaway!

Cant really eat at the hotel. Most of the food is cold when it arrives and takes about 1-2h from order to table. Unfortunately not an exaggeration.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful—a little slice of paradise on a secluded and stunning beach. The sunsets and the serene atmosphere were breathtaking. The staff were exceptional, and Parsad, in particular, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. He made us feel right at home and even organized a lovely birthday celebration for our little one’s first birthday. It was a truly special experience that we will cherish forever. It's a little Paradise! The pool area is great, the beach is just right in front of the hotel. Its not overcrowded at all, the weaves are quite rough though. They have enough shadow when it gets hot and sunbeds. They are all very kind and they organized me a good tuktuk driver. Plus they really are doing everything that the place looks nice and neatly. If you are here try the curry it's the best I ever had!

It's a place to relax and therefore it's not so close to the city. But if that's what you like it's amazing 🥰

The rooms and the property is decorated with class, therefore quality of menu card should be newly designed, cane cover maybe as your room decorations Please don’t use metal straws for drinks, they are not hygienic

Beautiful location, very nice rooms, nice pool, the staff was nice, everything very clean

around there are no shops :( we asked the staff about some drinking water and they gave us bottles without saying that at the end of our stay we need to pay for them (350 lkr each, in shop they cost around 150). We had breakfast included and unfortunately they were so small we were in shock. We ended up going to small restaurant 350m from hotel because in the hotel all food is very expensive. Last thing is that we had cups with coffee and tea in our rooms but no kettle

This place is exactly as it says - absolute paradise. The location on the beach is incredible. We spent 4 days of our holiday here and we were blown away by the standard of everything. The staff couldn’t do any more to help with anything. A particular thank you to Andrew who works like a Trojan to make sure everyone is happy and looked after. The food and cocktails were great.

It didn’t bother us but it is worth noting that it is quite remote - perfect to switch off!

Timing; room was not ready when we arrived at 1pm ( normal as check-in is 2pm). So we had a nice lunch to close the gap until 2pm….but then it was not ready at 2pm neither. Breakfast/lunch/diner; order upfront, because if not you might have to wait a very long time

We can recommend our stay with all our hearts. The apt was big enough for the family of 4, clean and nice. The location was perfect and it was definitely worth the money paid. The Manager, Andrew was extremely kind and helpful.

Swimming pool is very clean. Rooms are cleaning every other day. Beach in front. It’s not visible from the rooms but it’s because of the greens and it has its own charm because u can hear the ocean always. Breakfast is good and u can choose between some options. The hotel will help u in different excursions and will provide u with a taxi. U can’t swim in the ocean but it was not a problem for us as soon as u can walk on this beautiful wild and very long Beach. Also they can drop u to close beach where u can swim.

On the breakfast u need to choose either juice of fruits. I think will be better if u will provide both.

We spent almost 2 weeks there, probably the best accommodation in the area. Thanks to the great manager Andrew nothing was impossible, he arranged everything, Helpful staff, good kitchen, thanks for everything Andrew!

The location was stunning, and the ambience really relaxing. Andrew the manager was very friendly and helpful. Brownie and Happy the dogs were lovely 😍

We actually choose this property because it advertises rooms with sea views and we paid more for this to have the perfect ending to our trip. Confusingly there are no rooms with sea views at this property, so this was a big initial disappointment but it was too late to cancel / get a refund and find a place that did actually have rooms with a sea view.
