للأسف التجربة كانت سيئة جدًا ولا تتناسب مع الصور المعروضة على Booking. نظافة الحمام كانت سيئة، والثلاجة كانت بايظة وبتسرب مياه. الغرفة بإطلالة جانبية كانت تطل حرفيًا على عشة فراخ، وبعد تغيير الغرفة كان الفيو أفضل لكن الغرفة متواضعة جدًا ولا يوجد بها سوى كاتل بدون أكواب أو مناديل. الصور على Booking مختلفة تمامًا عن الواقع، والغرف أقل بكثير من المتوقع.

الغرفة نضيفة وكويسة والفطار كان كويس جدا وفيه تطوير عما جينا من سنتين

الغرف متهالكة والرطوبة اكلتها والمراتب عبارة عن شاسيه حديد فقط لا تصلح للنوم

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel! ​My stay at Panorama Portsaid Hotel was an absolute disaster from the moment I arrived. ​Misleading Advertising: While Booking.com advertises the property as a 3-star hotel, their official license and the sign hanging right inside the reception clearly state it is only a 2-star hotel. ​Unacceptable Room Conditions: The room was extremely dirty, and worst of all, the bed had bugs that caused bites. ​Missing Essentials: There was no running water in the room, and no electric kettle provided. ​Out of Order Facilities: The elevator was broken, forcing me to deal with severe inconveniences. ​Unprofessional Staff: When I tried to cancel my booking directly through Booking.com to avoid cancellation fees due to these horrific conditions, the hotel refused the request. To make matters worse, the reception staff rudely told me, "It's your fault for booking through Booking.com." ​This place does not meet basic hospitality standards. Save your money and stay somewhere else!

Location and the sea view is more than amazing and the stuff is friendly and the restaurant is super with full sea view from both sides of the sea and the canal, highly recommended

The location mainly was the most ideal and the average price was good compared to the quality given

The breakfast was not what was expected but was not that bad either and the cleanliness was below average a bit

To use the Internet you have to drag yourself to the reception desk, it is the only place as they where the connection works but they don't say it on their site. On their hotel site they say nothing of the sort..

I liked the receptionist they are easy to talk with them much more than some other hotels

Rooms its ok not wow or bad, the location of the hotel and the view is ok, There is a hygiene issue which i found Cockroach insects, and the wall was very wet and need some maintenance for the corners of the room and in the toilet as well, the customer service and receptionist are very very bad an rude speakers specially the girl who’s set at night, over all its not worth the price

Жил в 501 номере , за стенкой лифт , который очень шумит. Вечером на улице шум и гам , который не дает уснуть , ночью мешают спать мотоциклисты . Шумоизоляция на низком уровне. Завтрак можно было бы и чуть лучше сделать .

Port said de sistemde olan sayılı otellerden. Konum vs oldukça iyi odalar geniş. Kahvaltısı çok güzel.

Çok fazla Hindistanlı kalıyordu. Odanın temizliği çok iyi değildi.

Booked for 4 nights and stayed 2. The road outside the hotel is extremely noisy, especially at night and through to early hours of the morning with young boys on motorbikes racing and after the first night I changed rooms from front of the hotel to the back but because the windows are old, not double glazed and don't close properly i had the same issue so I just changed hotels.

The noise, and old windows that doesn't keep noise out.
