The reception staff are quite road , unhelpful frowning face , when we ask for house keeping it takes all day and come at next day

The rooms don’t not have any cups or mugs for hot drinks. Only a kettle. We asked for mugs but the stuff provided us with 4 plastic ones that are used only once. It should be clearly stated that the hotel doesn’t have private beach. It has an entry to public beach.

The door from the village to sea was closed most of the time

I got a newly renovated 2 room studio apartment which was very clean and excellent value for money. It had a good view also. The only issue that it was on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators which wasn't an issue for me, but it would be inconvenient for older people. The resort doesn't have access to the nearby beach and you have to pay for it.. in conclusion, it was a good experience for me and my family, and I would consider this place again as long as they keep up with the room standards I had ...

*We paid TWICE for the breakfast *Though polite team, they are NOT cooperative when we argued about why should we pay for breakfast twice *ROTTEN BREAKFAST.. Cheese was rotten we left a sample to reception to make sure. Not open menu as someone went out the hotel as buyed 40 EGP breakfast and we paid total 1000 for both nights for breakfast.. So silly. *cafeteria man let us sign a paper with the food we ate????? *we were 4 adults and one kid.. We paid for all of us. They said kid should pay separately for the breakfast. WHERE ON EARTH kid pays again for breakfast in any hotel in the world. Since I paid once why should I pay again. *clean room, though I found hair on my blanket * kids pool was not renewable water, I doubt they clarify it on hour basis, cuz I found hair and insects and baby jelly nose on it while swimming with my kid. * extra fees if you want to set on beach * HORRIBLE KIDS AREA. all of it was broken *the other two pools was either too deep so no one was using it. Or too shallow so it was super busy.. So we HAD TO use kids pool only during the stay. **WHEN WE CONTACTED BOOKING TO COMPLAIN WE DIDN'T RECIEVE ANY FEEDBACK DURING STAY. PLUS THE COMMUNICATION WAS SO HARD THROUGH PHONE. I PUT MY RESERVATION NUMBER THE RECORDED MSG SAID THERE IS NO RESERVATION.

This hotel does not accept people of mixed genders traveling together who are not married or blood relatives. I understand that some hotels in the Middle East have this policy, but there was no information about this on the booking page and since it is not the case everywhere in Egypt, it would have been nice to know before I booked a twin room with a friend. We arrived late in the evening and were forced to pay for two separate rooms. Later, they sent a man to my room after midnight to bring me a single can of Pepsi, clearly to check if I was alone. It was a huge invasion of my privacy and made me very uncomfortable.

The receptionist asked to pay taxes even my booking included taxes. Then the second day I found my reservation was cancelled I found ants in the room The hotel stuff can’t control the guests attitude very noisy till 4:30 am couldn’t sleep at all. In the morning I called the restaurant to serve the breakfast at the room , no one answered I called the receptionist they asked to call the restaurant i told they’re not answering so he said i’ll call then after 15 min. I called again to ask if it is confirmed or not. The pool is so dirty.
